The house is optically beautiful - however in a bad state. Partly very neglected and unclean. The location is very good and central and attracted. We come however certainly not again. read more

Location almost city center at Passeierpromenade located loud noises the passer river and railway. Sleep while having the windows open impossible, front desk only over many stages reachable. Not again. read more

The hotel was so far by far the worst thing I have experienced. Friendliness here at best on the paper capitalized. So I am here never again quarter! read more

Yes, if one reads other reviews, you must confirm the renovation of the building. But much would be lost by the current altwürdigen charm. You must for such a setting time can also turn a blind eye. For a 3 star hotel-is it but very pleasant. The very beautiful dining room with fault it exposes subscribed and tasty dishes. The food was very rich F/half board. Similarly, one must emphasize the friendliness of the staff and the manager of the hotel several times to asks, if everything was in order and the food is. He was always approachable and helpful. ... The room were cleaned regularly and the bedding changed several times. To sum up to say, that you are in the hotel very comfortable and we can always again in view of the price-performance ratio here would go again. Already alone because of the location also at the promenade with views from the balcony on the shop before flowing. read more

In principle, we have us in the Westend very comfortable! It is an old hotel, the atmosphere has really. If it would be renovated, it would be great. But it is so often used. The garden, in the also to dinner and can be purchased, is fantastic and the kitchen really very good! The man at the service is extremely nice and helpful. read more
