We had a very nice time and the already to second time in this hotel.
The rooms are although old but the cleanliness and love the cleaning ladies again mistakes.
Food and friendliness of all of the staff was great. In comparison to a other, much more expensive hotel in the summer I must say, that we sad were, as we had to leave.
We are the Turan also next year see. read more

Vacation was in whole really good, at the best our 4-year-old child liked it, very large offer for children, wether at the beach, or karusel, unmängen of different playgrounds slides aqua park for small and large. Food for children in the early 2 different breiarten for example rice porridge or semolina porridge. Very lots of space for the food also for adults very large offer to eat, only chinese restaurant isn't recommendable. Bungalowrooms are partly not renorwiert. We have first night in bungalow has after schiemel smelly, the next morning we have a extra charge in the main hotel were ... changed where we very satisfied were, ansonstendie bungalow are as well very badly soundproofed, if the neighbors at night coming home you hear everything, even if outside some past and conversation waxes on. Room are every day cleaned, bed sheets was also every day changed. Mini bar was also filled up every day ( no alcohol), safe is free. The hotel is very recommendable. At first we were in one of the normal bungalows. This was way too small for 2 adults and 2 children. After complaint we could for a small extra charge a family room in the main building change. From this moment the vacation was overall very nice.
The aquapark was especially for the price the kids the best.
In the restaurant there could have been quiet a bit more variety must. Very annoying we found, however, that drinks to eat yourself had. read more

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The animation was not so good, because only one animateur with the vacations made. The rest were sitting just in the corner and phoned. Especially was the mini golf, the zoo, the 16 slides and 3 à-la-carte -restaurants. Great vacation! read more

Certainly is the whole complex not brand-new. Who destination informed about be is however and must afterwards nothing to complain about, if he expected much more.
The offer is ok for the price and with regard to the end of the season was also the entertainment team still good together and the shows, as well as the individual daily offers positive decorated. Entertainer Ibo is its tasks particularly praiseworthy, because he was always present and any events animated.
Foreign languages skills may in German a bit better. But if you the English a bit hiked is probably way and abroad ... should we also a bit of understanding.
The mini golf course is over \u263a but the slide park uS, as adults, a lot of friends, and is, with the number of slides, very recommendable.
In large and whole we recommend these hotel further, because it in the price-performance -proportion fits.
The beach is great, the pools in top condition and the variety at animation and evening shows absolutely okay.

Huge area with beautiful garden. Room in the main building newly renovated and perfect cleanliness. At the buffet is everything, absolutely delicious and great wide choice. For children a real dream location, as the aqua park simply fun. The beach is also okay and directly in front of the hotel. The sand on the water edge very rocky, but not disturbing for us was. End of October were not so lots of guests locally, but you did not the feeling had, that the end of season. Much praise goes to the management respectively reception staff, since we only a budget ... room we had booked and then a beautiful comfort room in the main building got. In this hotel you can very nice relaxing and also funny vacation experience. However at home not right on the Waage rise, since the great food certainly everyone some new pound bring along. The hotel complex(club ) is huge, you had enough space and possibilities to retreat. About the hotel rooms i can't say anything as we in the select villa were. This are in terms of size great. You have to deal with an extended family enough room. The furniture was now not the newest but it was ok. One was always make an effort the entire grounds to keep them clean. What you saw. In my opinion you could also the cleaning of the rooms 8. there this did not work. The entire area had wi-fi so that the kids always ... constantly in the network could. Breakfast and the different food was plentiful. Actually there is something for everybody. Although it somewhat more diverse could be because the food constantly repeated. I think the hotel great. The children much of leisure facilities and a large variety at swim fun is present. The whole complex is simply a dream and offers a large Viezahl to possibilities to recover for example the hammam. The hotel is well kept, not too small and compact ( approximately 6000 rooms). State of the rooms is ok, especially if you built in 1993 consider! Me are the condition the bed covers and towels was negatively noticeable. Especially in the upscale class (select villa) we had partly daumengroße holes in the kopfkissenüberzug and somewhat tattered towels/bath towels with stains. This should especially in this price range not happen. With the all inclusive-package comes everyone at its expense. During our travels September were hardly German-speaking guests on site, especially Russian citizens. The hotel is a huge hotel with huge area, entertainment, animation had on the internet and was at the start first not so thrilled about it. But we have a friendship holiday and just wanted to get in a huge area with lots of commotion where much also for children.
