Very nice attentive staff. Hotel in top condition. For breakfast everything super fresh, constantly refilled and very delicious. Much nicer than a huge buffet with of fresh and dried things. We enjoyed the time very much and are coming again. read more

The hotel is very recommendable. For short-or long-term stay. There are only suites. The reception is very sincere and personal. The service excellent. The breakfast really good also here a very attentive service. The wellness and spa area very nice. A very nice swimming pool completes the stay. read more

The minute you walked through this family run hotel you were greeted by a warm smile from the lady on the desk. The service was outstanding and the apartment was a home from home slice of heaven. If you want quiet and private this is the best hotel for that. The pool and Sauna area also deserve a mention. The lounge offers a quiet haven from busy Berlin. Staying in many five star hotels across Europe this is one I would return to as it gets many things so right. read more

Overall a very pleasant stay. There were a couple of minor down sides. Firstly, we could smell cigarette smoke and cooking from the room next door. Secondly, we were given the incorrect address for a restaurant but the upside was that we found a traditional German pub which had great traditional food. read more

Gladly anytime again this hotel! The staff were extremely competent and ready to help prior to the booking, as in the hotel itself. Rooms were perfect, airport bus on the doorstep (21 minutes driving time). Pool has from 6 to 23 o'clock open! Suite spacious, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. read more

Am regularly business in Berlin, wechsele often the hotels. Was this time more random in louisas place, since my appointment quite close to to the hotel has taken place. Must directly say, was already in the adlib, Grand Hyatt and so on This hotel is about the friendliness of the staff perhaps the best, which i in Berlin Have ever seen. There is, i believe not so fast, apart from that room and service the best. Definitely again! read more

We know many five star hotels, but none is as Louisa's place: spacious room, central location, a very friendly, interested and offenherziges staff, a discreet and peaceful atmosphere even under the guests, A small heaven on earth. Mini bar is on request stocked. Coffee machine available. To welcome you in the room a bottle of water, as well as pads for the coffee machine. Various newspapers in the room available. Bathroom very clean and in the fine wooden keramikstil. By the high rooms prevails also here pleasant feeling of being at home.

Louisa's place is a gem of a hotel run by a young and enthusiastic staff who could not have been more helpful or friendly. The service was excellent, the suites luxurious and spacious ( especially the deluxe to which we were upgraded!!) We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant Balthazar and would definitely stay there again if we come back to Berlin ( which we hope to do very soon !!). read more

As a 2 children family we had an excellent weekend at Louisas Place. Although it was in the center of the city rooms and the environment was extremely silent. The transportation was extremely easy. You can either take subway or a bus, just a few meters away from the hotel. Also a lot of nice restaurants and breakfast places around the hotel area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our staying at the hotel. I would only recommend 2 things: 1) wifi should be available without any extra cost. 2) breakfast per person is extremely expensive compared ... other alternatives around the hotel. you can have a dedicated breakfast for the whole family for 20 euros around the hotel, however in the hotel it costs 20 euro per person. These are only my recommendations. I knew beforehand that wifi was at an extra cost ant the cost of breakfast. But we preferred that these would be also included within the accommodation costs. In general, we spent one of our best family holidays in Berlin with the help of Louisas Place. Thanks a lot and hope to see you again. read more

The Louisa' s is no luxury Temple like for instance the Ritz or the Adlon, but a smaller comfort-hotel with beautiful Suitenmit small kitchen. Very helpful staff both in the service, as well as at the front desk. I thought it was nice, a large fridge was available, from the Servicea refill or (even better) even with treats from the kadewe department store and drinks across from 24 h shop stocked... We will come again! read more

We were unfortunately only for 3 nights in the Hotel Louisa but it really appealed to us. We had a suite with a extra bedroom, kitchen and balcony. Very nice and great for children. The service and also the whole around was excellent. We will be back. read more
