The Europa has' only' three stars, we would however ( except for the small bathroom) immediately 4 stars! The hotel is very central. Breakfast is very good and features everything your heart desires. The staff are super friendly and very ensure the wellbeing of the guests. Definitely again. read more

A hotel as you want it: clean rooms, very friendly friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast. Of course, for a city hotel room to the street not really quiet, at night is however not that much traffic. We will stay there gladly again live. read more

The rooms of the ***hotels are distributed on several houses. The furnishing is good and modern. The bathroom was well equipped, but not very big. A problem one has in the summer in the main building to the street, the is very busy. You lack air conditioning the choice between 'plague' ( noise from the street) and 'cholera' (heat in the room). A consistent long-term -air ventilation by the cleaning staff would like a little help. The gastronomy you have to distinguish between the breakfast and the use as a restaurant. The breakfast buffet is ****worthy. This selection is terrific ..., with the pastries, the cheese or sausage, as for tea, jams etc. Great! This is true unfortunately in the restaurant not. It is apparently the best Italians of the city be, well. During the dishes too many good, the pizzas even very good, it was the service even worse. Apart from not enough staff came the food for our convention group was superb totally confused. While a colleague their main course already had eaten, got other only the appetizer. More drink orders were only on a instruction now queried. The request for a green tea was commented with ' we have mulled wine from last winter '. And instead of the green teas came a green looking mint tea. There is better cared for, if you are over the diagonally opposite the hotel lying pedestrian precinct in the direction the many restaurants of Bamberg city center goes. Note: the using garage is approximately 50 meters in front of the hotel. Very convenient location, the room to the 'inner courtyard' absolutely quiet, if a little cramped, the bathroom clean and well equipped, but only for one person usable, the staff totally friendly, competent and very helpful, a breakfast buffet of the finest quality and it is constantly refilled, completely reasonable value for money. Centrally located on the edge of the pedestrian precinct. Renovated old building. Parking is only for a fee in the nearby parking garage available. Because of excellent location you will the car but not often need. Room were really reasonable. Small drawbacks in the TV: rather small with a satellite receiver. I knew from at home, I was therefore not bother us, but someone, the as untrained is, can problem get. But clear: functioning does it! Connection is available for free with internet access -cable available ( also the cable!). Wi-Fi is not because of the thick walls. Mobile Phone ... reception is however not a problem. Breakfast was very good, also everything what the heart desires! Cleanliness completely reasonable. Friendliness and service were outstanding! In short: anytime again! read more

The hotel is right next to the beginning of the city center. The room was big and clean, however not very inviting ( for example bare walls ). The breakfast could in view of category could be better, for example roasted egg dishes; the breakfast room was furnished nicely, but way too narrow bestuhlt, so that guests at other tables pass and there didn't bother or in the restaurant were placed, the however not Beheit and therefore way too cold was. For a city trip however quite recommendable. read more

Location very cheap ( only a couple of minutes in the old town, 10 minutes to the train station), good parking options in the garage (8 euros per night). The hotel is renovated, very clean. Breakfast buffet reasonable. The staff are very for the well-being endeavored and always present. We would the hotel book immediately again-and Bamberg is well worth a visit! The hotel is best suited for a city break.10 minutes. Footpath from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center Christmas market and so on many local nearby. The rooms are from the size okay, only the bathroom was a bit small, but everything was very clean! Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, constantly replenished and brought coffee. We went with a group of friends and our small daughter on new year's Eve in Bamberg. Hotel Europa is a city trip very suitable, since there was a little outside the centre is situated, all major sights, opportunities for shopping and restaurants etc. but in a few minutes easy to reach on foot are. We had a good, clean and commodious double room on the top floor, from where we had a great view of the fireworks had satisfactorily. The breakfast in the hotel was very tasty, and the evening meal in the on-site Italian restaurant 'dal Pelloni ' ... was really great. You can park in a parking garage directly below the hotel for 8, -per day. We visited the Hotel Europa on our city break to Bamberg. The hotel is close to the pedestrian precinct location. From here you can reach all important points in quickly and without a car. We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was very clean and faced the inner courtyard. Therefore, we had no problems with traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was generous and lovingly equipped the breakfast room. The staff was found to be an absolute plus. All the staff were very friendly. There was nothing to complain about. Only spent a night in this hotel, were very content, the staff was accommodating and very friendly. The room was small but clean, the beds with outstanding mattresses, facing the courtyard and very quiet. The breakfast was really great-both the selection, as well as the quality. Breakfast was great. Restaurant was not used. Ideal for a short break. You can walk to everything was good. Have my car for three days not needed. Room faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. Had a good night sleep. read more
