The apartment was in a very good condition, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped and cleaned as in the hotel description announced. The balcony is beautifully large. But, the animation was really noisy! We had luckily an apartment the far from the stage away, as it was then. We only booked with breakfast and the was okay. The location is for quiescentlooking for with rental car perfect! The beaches to reach on foot were, were very clean, no trash or sunday Neither in the water still in the beach. Our son liked it really enjoyed, especially the children's swimming pool, the daily with new water.

Airport approximately 1 hour away Restaurants especially for english palate... Beautiful beaches on foot and also in the immediate vicinity reachable by bus. Good location for excursions to the whole island make

Rooms with 2 beds, tv, bathroom, air conditioning and garden with chairs would be by the size and furnishings ok. But it is only three times per week cleaned, not very thorough. The patio door and the glass shower wall did no cleaning gotten, ebesowenig the shutters before the patio door. The mountings in the shower were full of rust and verdigris, the color went from, so that you prefer not at all concerns could have been. On the final day in the bathroom also a cockroach showed! It tasted the tap water to salt water, the evening entertainment was so to hear clearly, as if it were hleich outside in the garden.

Had only breakfast and was a few times at the bar. Both were good, the staff at the bar friendly. The breakfast was from nature international, there were rolls and jam exactly like eggs and bacon or majorcan pastries. Drawback was the orange juice with ananasgeschmack from the automat, from the other juices were.

Staff speaks only partly. Somewhat german. Cleaning of the room only three times a week. Ask, why i actually gebuchtn hotel was, were blocked with the reference, the marthas have four stars, the bolero only three. Of course are four stars not in the slightest the stzandard of marthas (s. category room).

Pools were good and clean, chairs abundant and neat. Evening entertainment was nicely done, but in the room too loud audible.

Large klubanlage with guests from all over Europa and all ages. On the grounds there are three hotels (except marthas still bolero and another). It seems, as if this not really differences would. The guests shall be authorised, where capacity is, no matter what was booked (so with me, had satisfactory). Ask at the front desk be disposed of. The outdoor facilities are well maintained, the rooms see there.

Beautiful bays with beaches just around the corner, as well as options for shopping, eat out and car rental. Drive to the airport Palma relatively far, bus services to other places only partly. Good. Cala d'Or is a pure tourist town.

Had studio booked and paid for and an apartment received. The apartment was very modern and practically furnished. Completely enough for 2 or 3 persons. A tv there is, but only for a fee of 14 Euro per the week. Hair dryer was available. As already mentioned several times left the cleanliness extremely to be desired.

We had ( thank god) only booked with breakfast included. The selection was varied, however the quality was really bad. In short everything was very carelessly prepared and presented. The staff in the restaurant was completely overburdened. Want not at all know how it in the high season too goes. The table-ware was partly dirty. The pizzeria the yes from some predecessors very praised, we can on g a r k e n E N good. The only good thing was the pizzateig. Apart from that too expensive and very disgusting aftertaste.

The cleaning of the rooms a very solid problem in this hotel. Even if 3 times per week according to hotel cleaned, this cleaning only on change of bed sheets and towels. Not under the beds and sofas look. We are not so clean freaks, but the even disgusted. The cleaning the outdoor area and especially the reception range was daily and good. Handling of complaints was quick and good.

The hotel complex itself has already seen its best years behind itself. Facilitities are spacious and green. The apartments are timeless and sufficiently equipped. Mattresses are good and even mattress covers are available. The balcony is huge. The evening entertainment was way too loud ( until midnight). Big problem with the cleaning of the rooms.

For excursions with the rental car really good starting point. In the late season was it okay, otherwise pure tourist zone with too many English and German vacations.

Our apartment had exhausted-and living room, kitchen was also there. Room is bright, large, well equipped. Kitchen fully equipped: stove, fridge, dishes. The bathroom is also large and nice. In every room is air conditioning, tv, telephone are also available.

Cleanliness in the restaurant is very important. Breakfast is before in English oriented, but there were also rolls, wholemeal bread, sausage-, cheese-, jams, honey, eggs-thus actually everything, that you need. Always selection of fruit, also evenings. In the evening: salad buffet was unfortunately somewhat monotonous, always the same. Always something was grilled, pork, times turkey, every evening there was also fish. Small selection, but not bad. There was also local dishes: tapas, paellja and so on

The staff at front desk was always friendly and willing to help. Communication wasn't a problem, at least 3 of the staff could speak German, English was all spoken. Room was 2 time cleaned, it was enough for us. Complaints we had no. What we noticed: for the food the plates were not cleared away ( lots of guests cleared their tables itself), I think for four star hotel is not.

The hotel is quite large, the rooms are in several 4-story building distributed. The houses are so built/floors are moved), that you don't hear a thing, so lots of people there are. The area is large and very clean and tidy, with a lot of green-beautiful. There is a pool for adults, a for children, a playground, tennis court. The benefits may be selected; we had the stay at the hotel very cheap bid, but had then the half board relatively expensive to book. The audience is multicolored mixed there, we had guests from England, Sweden, Holland, Germany, Italy, Russia, Poland there. You hear many languages- great! Also the age herwar all ages: young couple, older couple, very old couple, families with small children.

The hotel is in Cala Egos, in a small, but wonderful bay. The beach you can reach in 5 minutes on foot. It is a very small beach with fine sand and very clean water. It is protected, therefore there is as good as never the droßen waves. Cala Dór is about 30 to 40 minutes on foot, you can but also with the small railroad for 2€ go there, taxi - 5,50 Euro. Cala Egos has a small enkaufsstraße, where some small shops and restaurants are located. You can conveniently rent a car, there is a lot popular attractions in Mallorca. Nearby are: nat. Park cala montdrago, botanicactus by ses salinenes is very recommendable, wonderful beach es trenc, in Arta and Capdepera you can the burge visit, with randa the sanctuaries. Until Palma is approximately 70km, is also worth a visit, particularly the cathedral. We were in Soller and then to fornalutx roamed around oranges, orchards which surround the hotel to see. It is wnderschön!

The rooms our apartments were great. Everything was relatively newly renovated. In the rooms stood new furniture, they had laminate floor and on the bathroom there was also nothing to moan. We had a large bedroom with a large wardrobe. A murphy bed for the small ones it gave for 4 Euro per day in addition. The living room contained tv, telephone, couch and a kitchenette. Furthermore we had a large terrace. On request could a safe to be booked. Also the bathroom was in good condition. Only a problem had the hotel obviously with the sewage. Probably by the tons of sand, which daily from the vacations introduction, ran the water very bad. We missed before each house a wash respectively a washbasin for the sandy feet, which the sewage problem easily could resolve. In many other hotels this is standard. All together this was however the best equipped hotel, we have ever had. The same also the rather low-key cleaning from.

The hotel has a large dining room, in the for breakfast the bar were fantastic! On the first day we asked ourselves, where all the people came from. The coming days we were a little earlier to table, so that we in the crush mostly were ready. Furthermore there is a real hotel restaurant and at least a bar. Because we because of various warnings only booked breakfast had, we can only comment on. Basically everything what the heart desires. Just everyday the same. Every day the two same types of sausage, the two same types cheese and so on on the last days of vacation we have us already correctly on the first breakfast home happy. Would be the vacation longer, we would be outside for breakfast. The cleanliness in the dining room was average. The breakfast was personally for us very English angehaucht. For dinner we moved in one of the many restaurants around the corner. The step, only breakfast to book, not regret it.

The staff in the hotel was always pleasant and accommodating. The child-friendly handling I had already mentioned. The German language was with the staff not very far above connected. As far as possible, was attempted, everything in English manner. As I however the spanish language am, was all the same to us that. With the cleaning of the rooms was understated back. Every third day was cleaned. There was always new bed sheets and fresh towels. Large quantities of sand, the you inevitably in the hotel room drags, this was reinigungszyklus for the majority of the guests a problem. However we had in our apartment dustpan and brush. So we have in between quickly durchgekehrt, which for us no burden on. With complaints was apparently good. With us in any case was one day the lift broken. After a short time was the technician there and repaired. The hotel has, as lots of large hotels, over a laundry service. That is not from disadvantage, if you with small children traveling. Child care and we didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer. A doctor is in the immediate vicinity to the hotel. If you his advertising believe, the latter may in almost all disciplines heal. We were there of two emergency. I can absolutely recommend - help yourself! What I found German paramedic experienced there (the rescue service) we at home not a soul believed.

In the Martha' s is a big hotel with obviously fresh refurbished apartments. The complex is in about 10 houses divided. The broadness the hotel and not more than 4 floors large houses, seems this hotel pleasantly small, in reality is. For frühstücksgedränge we were very surprised, as lots of guests be contemporaneous in the hotel are. The hotel area is clean, it is cleaned often, especially around the pool. Our rooms were completely free from vermin, also on the complex we have only very few cockroaches seen. This is not the norm and speaks rather for a high level of cleaning. The hotel offers all variants of catering. We have however the previous reviews read and then on the dinner in the hotel declined. So we had only breakfast, what we also didn't regret it. Therefore, that it is a apartment hotel is, were conspicuous many families with children present. As we, there were many even with small children respectively babies on location. For the welfare of the children was in any case ensured, the staff at the hotel was very child-friendly. In the hotel there were very lots of different nationalities represented. Next to us German we could yet English, dutch, russians and Italian mind, which however not a problem represented.

The hotel lies pleasantly calmly in a cul-de-sac, on the edge the village Cala d'or. The distance to the airport Palma is about 60 kilometer the transfer by bus took a little over an hour. Close to the hotel, around 5 minutes away on foot, there was a small bay with the name 'es forti'. We have three times tried, at this beach to go swimming. All three times we have however the beach early. Already in other reviews was the beach several negative mentioned. We would have however not meant, that it really is so bad. It is the dirtiest beach with the dirtiest water, what we have ever experienced. The water was full of trash, which washed ashore and then, of course, also on land around was. On one day bubbled the water on the surface, the brown. I dared not to remember, whether because not one of the many boats feces into the sea led could. By jellyfish was the beach well visited, which our son and I also got to feel. Furthermore this small, approximately 15 meters long bay mercilessly crowded. In our short was around us almost only Russian spoken. In short, we this beach only advise against, even if it is close to at the hotel is. For those readers, which I would be exaggerating, I have a few pictures uploaded. Completely different it looks with Mondrago from. This is a nature park on a large bay, which is again in two more beaches divided (see pictures). This bay guaranteed good condition, is also for small children perfectly suited. The arrival can alternatively with a car, catamaran, taxi, bus or bicycle show. Unfortunately it looks with parking spaces rather bad. Coming early secured therefore the best places. We drove always by car and required for approximately 5 kilometer about 8 minutes it was ok. The drive with the catamaran costs there and back circa 20 Euro. For this the journey is what the eye and the stops in the various bays had the children a massive swim fun. The Cala Mondrago is very recommendable and in spite of the many bathers was the beach never crowded. In Cala d'or itself there's not much happening. There are two large supermarkets ( vollsortiment ) and lots of small stores. Furthermore there is plenty of car rentals ( comparisons is worthwhile in any case) and a row at restaurants. We saw there amongst others Italian, chinese, mexican, German... With a bit of luck you will find a typical spanish. We were daily by car somewhere on the island on the way. Recommendable is Palma with of the center, the north with formentor, the large street market in inca, the tiermarkt in sineu. Worth seeing is also a drive in the mountains, combined with a trip to Soller. From there you can ride the 'streetcar' to puerto Soller make. It costs single fare 5 Euro, is however a highlight - in Germany in this way, unthinkable (see photos).

Several bars or essbars are available. Tables were cleared away immediately if you chair leaving for a coffee or something to eat to get.

You had to the staff already tangible make the you wanted to drink or eat. At the front desk one is endeavored problem to repair but only if the language is with the you will have to face.

Animation you can't say. Much rather spuhlen the entertainers their gelerntes program down, and with much rowdy. But it is now times our opinion as we found it and I think this other exactly think. Every morning a fight to get the loungers it was very funny and interesting watching as some people because of a liege almost in the hair get to do a good space by the pool to get.

Complex very big and spacious. On arrival the rooms were very clean. Afterwards in abstamm of 2 days only sporadically swept and the towels were changed. Breakfast was sufficient, however always the same. You would English around everything to understand said something or of the entertainment occurred. Felt other hotels looked where the entertainment does what you expected, in other words fun and entertainment and not only shouting.

To the beach no 10 minutes away, however not recommendable as more rubbish and trash in the water was the fish. Two supermarkets are locally where one gets everything which one with us at home also buy can. A car would be an advantage, because one then the opportunity to other beaches to discover.

Clean, because they arealways cleaning, happy s, helpful staff, fantastic evening entertainment with in house shows or brought in shows except the Parrot show with Fernando and Pablo and strangely one called Ashley !if you have young kidstheyll like this show as ell as the energetic Molly disco from 8,30pm dutch entertainers but who cares the language of fun is universal, as they put so much energy andenthusiasam in. They also speak great English and spanish. Buffet is excellent value variety is good and in Cala Egos, hich is5 minute walk from hotel there are numerous resturants the Popular and cheap Tonys the farly priced Bar Lomer ith great food, and cocktails and amanager who runs it on few staff he is a really nice nice man and entertaining to watch, Also, reccomend the El Pescador straight on by the roundabout then take the first right off the main road 10 minuteswalk great outdoor BBQ from a Swiss chef ribs n steaks to die for, for a bit more up market at higher prices but excellent food try La Marinara next to Tonys. For Tapas got to be the friendily La Tabernica, next to the indianna Johns resturant, great service and try everything in La Taberneca. Marthas has air condition rooms several pools with life guard, it doesget busy by the pool and the 9am sunbed dash isa must, its usually the Brits that do it not just the Dutch. For self catering the cheap supermarket is Euroski, 10 minutes walk or try the Spar next to Tonys, more local isthe little local spar, turn right out of hotel instead of left and 45seconds later you are. Cala egos has beaches nearby chemists, bars, souveni shops, and is not rowdy, Visit beaches at Cala Mondrago, Cala Gran, Cala ferreira, and Cala Esmerelda by bus, taxi, or mini train, BEAWARE Siesta time 12 till 3pm no bus or mini train. Marthas rooms arecomfy but basic but who wants to spend their hols in a room, daily entertainment for childre, older children, teenagers, and adults, Volleyball , football, tennis darts archery, water polo fun games rifle shooting and more do as much or as little as you want its free.
