Very good quality and various selection of food, table clothes and personal service by the table. Beverages serves in real glasses with a smile from the waiters. Nice outside pool and also babypool facilities. Large rooms with good view and a nice and quiet area. Also the best Thalasso Spa pool in the nextdoor building makes this a good choice. read more

We were there for 10 days there and we were very comfortable. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. The talasso-bathroom is very recommendable. According to our observations were also the ' smallest tourists' in the best service! All in all an all-round successful and great vacation and certainly not the last one in this pleasant hotel. read more

A very service oriented hotel in a prominent location. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The hotel bus returns strandwanderer several times daily to the great beaches of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. The pool area, pool chairs with cushions and a cutting number of parasols. Personable, that lots of guests already before breakfast the refreshing wet fall. It is simply, the verwöhn meals sporting activities against. Unfortunately the pool - noting cooler february-nights-not more so pleasant heated as in the years previously. Nevertheless the hotel has probably with good reason numerous international regular guests. read more

As always the expectations accordingly good. Unfortunately the suggestions in the hotel area internal reviews only partly taken into account. For example an independently working toilet was annoying not only the zimmergast, but also the next door Living guests. Here was or could not be put right. I would like to highlight the staff in the field front desk the always and in all situations approachable was. Check in fast efficient; after 10 minutes we were in the prefered room. Check out exactly quick. Sahnestück here on-line -check in with condor with boarding pass was immediately! Only real point of ... criticism is the thalassobereich with fitness room. 23 Euro for thalasso our opinion too much. 8 Euro for the fitness room is more than borderline. read more
