The guesthouse is not large, it is also a quiet and relaxing vacation guaranteed. Town center nice host, what the of the guests lovingly care. We felt in good hands! read more

After 13 years once again, we were to guest in the Kaltbachhäusl. And as it was then, super friendly host, great accommodation, the rooms always clean, really big and good breakfast there was really everything there. ( great as the woman all this creates ) We felt free and fully at home. No matter what concerns, the informal host always had a open ear for us and took a lot of time US recommendations for excursions, restaurants and much more to supply. In short. As we drive would gladly come again back. read more

The guest house is commodious with a large lounge, sun terrace and spaces for sunbeds, the number of rooms is not too big, everything is clean, tidy and in good condition. Every day to be the rooms and baths cleaned and prepared. A large breakfast buffet, and anytime again with own specialty products( for example marmelade) and drinks according to polls included. We have stayed as a family with three children and as a married couple and it made us feel good. read more

    the rooms are sufficient large, with bed or double bed, table, closet, TV, balcony equipped. The apartment with kitchenette is of course bigger, than 2 rooms, 1 room with kitchenette and of dining corner. The rooms to be anytime again renovated.

    The service is very friendly, informal and nevertheless professional. The cleaning of the rooms is daily, in case of any problems or is it to ask always a open ear and there are many tips for the area.

    The hotel was located above of ramsau. A bus station on site. By car easy to get to all moving areas offer, can but also right on foot get started.

A very cozy, small guesthouse is a bit above of ramsau. The rooms were really good (including balcony with a great view), the breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Drinks (wine, beer, etc. chilled) could get any time of the day or night. The location is right off the highway, but the evening was hardly any traffic. A car or similar, despite bus stop in front of the house, but due to erratic driving shop. All in all we can only recommend this hotel, not least because of the friendly and courteous service. read more
