We should again to Tunisia travel, then definitely not again in this hotel. Our rooms were after arrival dirty. Hair from the previous guests were on the floor, the klobürste hanging the ' leftovers' from the previous guests, everything was totally fossil and it had the mold everywhere in the bathroom. Our towels were not really clean, as well as the bed linen. Our bed with every movement creaky and we have a rash of the versiften blanket get. It is a huge complex, however everything outdated, what really unfortunately is. Most entertainers and hotel staff are however very friendly been. After we booked the trip had and I row negative hotel reviews las, I was I skeptical, whether it the right decision was, not 100 or 200 Euro daraufzulegen and a superior hotel to book. However I was a better informeth and experienced a wonderful vacation! I have afterwards right on the lots of negative reviews annoyed. Apparently, a lot of people after tiny approaches to look for, purely subjective important shortcomings. On the basis of the criticisms I on some things respected and could not shortcomings. For example, there is no only loose board on the way to the ... beach, it look no nails and is also no garbage at the beach!
The hotel complex consists of lots of small colorful small house and the garden in between were cleaned from the gardeners well-kept. We have our bungalow a minute to to the pool and 2 to 3 minutes to at the beach used. There is a amphitheater, in each evening different shows take place, very entertaining. Furthermore are hourly changing sport activities offered, a huge fun.
In September we were on the complex, that is low season. It was not much going on, which much relaxation offered and a large background noise remained at the beach from. The audience is international: German, french, belgian, and many Poland and czechs.
The selection of food was varied and varied. In the morning, there was something like crepes with melted zartbitterschokolade -it was outstanding! read more

The hotel complex was very big and nice. Lots of small bungalows (2-storied) with lots of green.
Pool and slides are clean and beautiful laid out. The large restaurant has a lot of choice, which the food is concerned. Drinks there are also many, but without sugar unfortunately only water.
Otherwise is the selection of free time very big. There are dance, water aerobics, Tennis, Midget Golf & beach volleyball.
It is also quad & camel rides offered, which however costs. And the 'salesmen' apparently need, you sometimes very often in this offer addressed.
Also Jet skiing is possible, however ... very expensive (15 minutes -35 €!).
Which also somewhat annoying, there are very many locals on the complex. It can happen, that a veiled woman in the pool dives. And the sight for the food is also not always appetizing, but we have clearly come. But it is stop-if you book early-very convenient. read more

The pure hell!
The pool is dirty, and with glass and excellent things covered!
The beach was like a dump!

We have a lot of fun had, the animation was really great mimo and Sam are ywar crasz but that is a good thing, are for us geweswn if we needed her. The food spend you had plenty of choice. The rooms were clean. Staff were very good and friendly. We recommend the hotel. read more

We had a family room for 4 people (2 adults/ 2 children)
The room was regularly cleaned, the towels and the bed linen changed.
Unfortunately you can the entire area not say, it was a lot of dishes rum, although it didn't take them and after days not removed.

The beautiful sandy beach was also full of trash, the loungers mostly broken and there is also a toilet.

We were 14 days as a family and were very disappointed... Beach very dirty, broken loungerss cars and scooter drive at the beach along where kids dig or straight from the sea without consideration is therefore very dangerous... Unfortunately have the reviews my predecessors to be true. The hotel makes a very worn down impression and with smaller children can this vacation also be dangerous! The room was especially large enough for two people. No inches too much. Supposedly was cleaned every day, but under the washbasin was a small dark spot, which I not to define and wanted. Everything looked a bit run down. For the food you knew sometimes not, what you eat, since no tag dranstand. There was very few germans guests. Nearly only czechs, Poland, russians and french. To the pool there were pitfalls ... and on the way to the beach you had to watch out, that no nail in the foot got or at the loose holzbrettern might have stuck. The only thing which positive was, were the entertainment and the employees! They were great! Always helpful, nice and friendly! I would not more spend a night in this hotel! read more

Stay in the Caribbean world dar naouar was a nice and relaxing vacation, for us in any case it was well worth it. The whole staff was very friendly and have a good deal with the tourists in the hotel.

The hotel complex is really nicely done, no zimmerblocks, but bungalows, 2 pools, bar, beach.
Mix of guests ok, offer the food also.
But:
In the first room ( number 243) runs the entire kondeswasser of the airconditioning into the room. After about 30 minutes a 0.2 liter cup full. It runs on the spiegellampe behind the tv down on the floor.
First night with 40° without air conditioning.
In the hedges to this rooms are at least 10 bottles.
2. Room was ok, however was missing at the front door the keeper, she could not normally be closed. ... A türband (hinge) was broken, so that the door is always on the floor streaked.
Pool:
Size sufficiently, however no showers directly at the pool available, all the guests go directly with dirty feet or sweaty into the water.
Lattice around the pool were broken or missing. This was 2 years ago of guests criticized. Tiles in the pool area partially destroyed. The beach is filthy! No cleaning by hotel staff. The loungers are cross and crosswise, are not cleaned. Disposable diapers, bottles, trash. Not a single liege, the at the beach was okay! Either was the cover broken or kunstoffliegen was broken. This also applies for the pool!
The beach bar is absolutely wretched! A shack, behind the lots of trash. We stayed at the third day of travel guide made it clear, that we in this hotel will not stay. We could then after hammameth to the sister hotel transfer. There were we then also satisfied with the hotel and the staff.
In this hotel anything is repaired or replaced! All flaws, the other reviewer in the last 2 years complained have, are still available!

We as a family all were very satisfied ☺ nice hotel and pool area - especially the aquapark (consisting of 2 small slides for small children and 5 larger for older children ☺ ) the hotel's own beach is also clean and beautiful - and also there, there are some possibilities of freizeitbeschaftigung (horse riding horses or camels at the beach, Banana drive, paragliding etc.! Good, also food typical of the country and really great entertainment for both adults and children during the day and very fun, varied entertainment in the evening - 'showtime ' ☺! Good shopping possibilities ... with a larger supermarket very close ( for example for water, sweets etc.) Also excursions to for example carthage or sidi bou said are accessible by taxi or bus (bus stop approximately 200 meters away from the hotel) good and cheap doable! The complex is relativi large, but after a day we have really good by right found. One noticed however that the units are already older (peeling paint on the walls), but the cleaning staff is very friendly and tried very hard, everything very clean to hold. The advantage of the all inclusive was here for the three of us significantly. You could really relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, is near the beach and is in very good condition. It is in friendly colors designed and the rooms are in nice streets laid out. We had booked all inclusive. The nationality of the guests is very different, of french on Polish to English. There are many families there, but also young people in groups. It is very very clean. read more

After we had booked the recommendation for this hotel. 37% 51% at the hotel but its four stars and was offered we surprise us, because we have no bad experiences with its had made. Unfortunately we were instructed a better. We found a very dated area. Everywhere there were cracks in the facades and paint peeling. the paths were provided with enormous-one of ' faltering edges. The way to the beach over wooden planks, which were partly loose and therefore always postponed, so that one could get stuck the feet. On the beach there were no showers and the beach ... bar was surrounded by rubbish. The worst part was the main restaurant. It was not the picture in the catalog. The restaurant was very poorly lit.
