Room large enough, so that even a long vacation with bad weather work can be. From cleanliness one cannot speak here. Exactly 66 seconds was the maid service there to clean it and that was no exception. Inclusive services there is in the low season no, the described restaurants and bars were not opened. Two à la carte restaurants were during the whole time unfortunately you had to but already 3 weeks in advance. I ate there and was very satisfied, otherwise you should the hotel only book if one wants to loose weight. read more

    Room see point 1st bathroom is absolutely filthy. Mold and verkrusteter dirt on the tiles. Dried-up urine stains on the floor. Blind make-up mirror, unacceptable just. Minibar is 2 times per week refilled.

    Dining-what? It is convenient not available. Bahnhofsessen probably rather described it. No change, always the same and tasteless additionaly. For the decrease perfect. Drinks at the beach or nearby the pool there was no, since everything was not occupied. Restaurant atmosphere no sitting in a huge train station. Around cups one must flog oneself, if seminar guests and the are plenty there.

    A majority of the staff is rather unfriendly, you must stop and the tourist life. German is a foreign language and stick to it. With english you can communicate reasonably. Complaints go unheard. All information i me tiring ourselves together. There is a customer service, but kinerlei roadshow where everything is, what is very poor, because the hotel very extensive.

    Animation is very slimmed-down version available, but they are rather unmotivated. For children is in the summer probably much, from the lunapark to aquapark and large arcade is everything available, however in the low season is also the child care into the water. Umbrellas and beach chairs would be abundant, if they nominate. This one is however not able, so the annoying reserve from 06:00 o'clock begins. The pools are under all sow, remind rather of a cloaca than a pool. A usable pool unfortunately not cleaned every day. The beach is a dump, since one would like to really not lie down. Pfui devil.

    The beach borders actually directly at the hotel. To side it was a about 25 minutes on foot. Otherwise no shops nearby. Public transportation are easy to reach.

The hotel offers capacity for about 1550 people. In the winter it is a welcome and quite well with booked. Vacationers are just extra income. The hotel is 7-years-old, but quite worn. Mould and mildew spots in the fruchträumen for example the spa in the pool, in the zimmerbädern especially on the tiles are standard. Inclusive services for example several bars, several à la carte restaurant etc. In the low season not available. However the rooms are big enough and equipped with minibar, safe, flat screen tv well equipped. read more

    Has already been partially assessed. Furniture was not brand-new anymore but still as a part of. Cleanliness of the bath under all cannon. Minibar was 2 times per week refilled.

    A majority of the bars and restaurants were not open. The main restaurant was rather sufficient, no atmosphere, very loud, for breakfast plastic spoons and paper sets, often no cups or glasses or cutlery if the number of participants was high. Food always the same. No variety. Salads ok. Coffee you could hardly coffee call, but is the coffee and Cappuccino the coffee house really good. Cleanliness on the tables often not available. Cleanliness of the floor well. The chefs did their cooking the mensaküche adapted or cannot cook. No taste, often overcooked actually not even 2 stars.

    Friendliness? Service at the bar rather unfriendly. Reception see bar. The Cappuccino man is the notable exception. Language skills only conditionally. As soon as it please and thank you also looks it was worse. This applies to german also for english. If it is important, that the bed linen every 2. day changed is in the right place here, otherwise you should but no value for cleanliness put, because then one is bitterly disappointed. 1 to 2 minutes for the rest of the room cleaning were standard. In the first 2 weeks our complaints unheard highly skilled migrants. Then we have the general manager mr yüxel gürhan met, the really tried and our complaints were quickly to process. Also suggestions like something be improved can, were adopted and tried quickly implemented.

    Beach just a dump and was during our stay also not cleaned. A shame. Pools same in the first 2 weeks of a sewerage, after they were cleaned. Chairs were although sufficiently available, but we didn't made available, also was the opinion, that there is without cushions also must. Due to this fact was the annoying couch reserving unfortunately on the agenda. Showers and toilets at the pool and the beach only limited, since not open. Umbrellas only on repeated demand available, at the beach stood not any available. Sports for older vacationers only conditionally, since steppairrobic, pilatus definitely not the non plus ultra is.

The number and size of the rooms are for a one time vacation enough. You didn't want to live there, but sleep and nicely make for the evening or tickets letter. And the rooms are in the best way prepared. Over size damage at the hotel i can't write as nothing noticed and we have stayed here since 2006 every year here in november until december holiday, so the winter time and there is in the winter no high season is, you can unfortunately not all benefits what you in the peak season offer. But on the condition and the ... cleanliness is always respected. The average age and nationalities i can't write much, they are dependent on the seasons. At the end i would like to special thanks at this point the chelkoch mr vait Erdogan and the two rezeptionisten mr Mehmet and mr Emin say, try the guest to fulfill every wish. We can recommend this hotel on behalf of friends and relatives. read more

    The staff in the whole hotel is friendly, willing to help and courteous. Unfortunately, not all the staff spoke foreign languages, but turkish, german and english, most. Housekeeping findete daily and for child animation and complaints on the body is always someone on the spot.

    The hotel has a pool what a innenbahn of 25 metres and from where you in the outdoor area to swim. In the outdoor area there are several pools and a slide pool, and enough chairs, umbrellas, cushions the all inclusive. Towels are included. For wellness, fitness and games are provided. For us as a long term, and we will never boring.

    The hotel has it's own beach the directly at the hotel adjacent to it. At the beach is select a star shaped bridge with a bar but in the winter not is available. The weather, and serves the safety the vacationer. The town side is a walk of 30 minutes, if you don't so good on foot you can take the coach directly in front of the hotel and the cost for a shared taxi is 1 Euro. You can book excursions in the hotel. There is 1 main restaurant and 2 à la carte restaurants, furthermore there is a lot of number of snack bars and bars but as described above not in the winter are open.

We are as always as regular guests very satisfied. One always the feeling, you are very welcome here. Everybody i svery friendly and cooperative. With the eating and drinking nothing left to be desired. One must watch out, that you are not overweight to come home. Good equipped fitness room and the large indoor pool motivate us, to be active. The team looking after the guests, Banu as a manager, and Mehmet at the front desk made again but, that our vacation wonderful was. We will always come back. read more

Who peace and relaxation in the pre-season searches, is here in the hotel not really. Terrible noise and dirt through renovations in the indoor and outdoor area And the over 2 weeks! The many conference participants were there still the lowest bad. Are positive the entertainers assess and some people from the service. Never more sueno, there are better where it is reasonable value for money! read more

For what you pay for, is the absolute top notch (3 weeks 624 €)! Were already 20 times in the Turkey, also in Antalya-Lara Concorde/ wings / Royal Holiday Palace and so on. Clearly, these are ultra all-inclusive in the winter, and more drinks/food choice, costs but also 1000 to 1200 euros for 3 weeks in the winter. Here in the Sueno Beach specialty restaurants all free of charge, on the 13 february 13 valentine large menu in the hall with all the bells and whistles and the free of charge. Food is good and plenty of choice, drinks until ... 2:00 o'clock this is, good entertainment/ shows, very nice big hotel, friendly employees, everything, we will be back! And for all nörgler, remains at home, or if their super luxury want, give but just more money, because to give away any! read more

Sueno is the first hotel, which we for the 3. time visit, from the reason, because here the food, the staff's hospitality and the generous facilities very nice. You can always find a spot, where you relaxation and relax. In case of bad weather you have the possibility to, the swimming pool, the sauna and fitness room the everything free of charge. In the room you have wi-fi - port free. Besides we are from the new, bright außenansgtrich loved it. All together we feel very comfortable and are completely contented. It is a loud kongress-und sporthotel (almost every week hundreds of turkish conventioneers and european teams) with mass treatment. Peace and relaxation were not possible. In the lobby and restaurant was a volume and atmosphere like in a station concourse. Many evenings was noise in the patio area. Before 1:00 a. m. at night was hardly sleep possible. Night sometimes loud conversation on the hallways to the rooms. On the terraces were the holztishe and folding chairs without cushions and partly broken (worn). In the morning were still full ashtrays available (partly even emptied. The last 3 weeks were ... almost daily loud schleifarbeiten in the pool area in progress. The loungers could because of the noise not be used. Once lawn from 10:00 to 16:00 without lunch break was mowed. 4 times during my stay of 6 weeks i was pushy asked a gästebewertung effect. Guests, the rating were the customer service quoted and again questioned. In my opinion, the hotel general and in the service and gastronomy area only three stars standard reached. read more

    Size about 20 square meter. The sofa was already somewhat worn out. In the carpet were stained. Topiletten and bathroom were clean however in the area the bathtub was already slight mold. The windowledge type balcony (about 2 square meter) was with 2 armchairs and a mikrigen holztischchen equipped.

    The main restaurant was due to ongoing congresses noisy and crowded. Breakfast and lunch, there was only in bare wooden tables with paper-place sets. The information of the customer service was: this is' american-style ' (McDonald's?). Coffee spoons from plastic (5 star hotel?). Too few and constantly changing staff. Therefore lagging clearing. 5 time in the time of my stay from 6 weeks during the meals (about half an hour) no service to me a drink to bring. Sometimes the staff to heckling from guests response. In the rush hours sometimes up to 5 minutes wait on the coffee maker (only 1 vending machine available). Diets was not offered. The food during the 6 weeks almost without variety and little tasty. The sauce tasted for almost all meals. The choice of salads was alright. For fruit there were almost always oranges and apples (rarely kiwi, bananas, pears and 2 time strawberries). Freshly squeezed fruit juices for a fee were not offered. After 3 weeks, i have in the hotel often pizza (tasty) or ate out.

    I had the feeling guest 2. to be class. Turkish guests were preferentially. Turkish guests, after i arrived (1 time lobby bar, 1 times reception) were before me service. The coffee was turkish guests coffee with a spoon, cup, saucer and sugar enough. Other guests were only the cup with coffee laid out. Turkish coffee in the basement, the turkish guests preferred was, was always a waiter available, also served. The first 3 weeks in of the lobby-bar and terrace area only self-service. A guest, with a waiter the tables cleared had, wanted to order something was told: i am only for clearing undelegated. The lobby-bar was 10 days closed for renovation and the time was in the palm bar nearby from the main restaurant only 1 waiter for hundreds of guests at the bar. My wish for exchange of Cola on Cola-light (diabetes) in the mini bar was rejected. My request to an evening at a kettle in the room for tea (w/bauchschmerzen) was only in the course of the next mornings met, after the pain almost were gone. The cleaning of the rooms (cleanliness, exchange sheets and towels) was alright.

    The grounds (partly) and the beach were neglected. In the pool area were some loose stones. In the first 3 weeks were almost no chairs and cushions available. There was a strong argument for a beach chair where even the gendarmerie was switched on. A guest, the 2 mats on the beach chair had a cushion for the customer service to deliver. In the first 3 weeks were several pools uncleaned (green from algae and dirt on the floor). The swimming pool was large, warm and with a sufficient number of sun loungers. In the field of external was however already mold. The entertainment was very nice and courteous. Incredible from the team Sarah and Kar.

    The hotel is somewhat off the beaten track in the Sorgun-forest. In the immediate area there are no bars, restaurants or shopping. The next shops are in side (walk at the beach circa 30 minutes) and in Manavgat with the Dolmuş distance.

Big hotel with about 200 rooms, partly the sea, partly the country side. The hotel is outdated, details later. We had booked all inclusive. On average always about 200 turkish delegates of all ages. There predominantly german holiday-makers in the retirement age. read more

The balcony was a balcony, scarcely 2 square meter with old two camp chairs, the not had place. The furnishing was old and worn, thank god, the mattresses alright. The bathroom was the rage.     There was the large buffet. Furthermore, 3 à-la-carte restaurants, which one 1 time per week after arrangement could visit. Italian, mexican and asian. In february was the central bar in the main building open, in addition to the coffee-bar. Drinks at the bar there were enough. Foreign language skills in relation to the german language was except for the maid service adequate. The cleaning of the rooms was poor, even the beds were frequently not made. In the morning if one around 9:00 even not in the bathroom was ready and the maid with gestures wrote, that there is still 10 minutes, they came still until late in the afternoon around 5:00 p. m. at. Times were the towels, the toilet paper. Both we booked ourselves. We gave on, to complain, as we from other tourists knew, that this nothing used

    The facilities for the winter quite a good rate. Boccia, water aerobics the beautiful heated indoor swimming pool (28 °c water temperature ), darts, Steps, to name just a few. In the evening there was 3 times weekly live music, to bingo or mister and miss sueno choice. Unfortunately too few tables for card players. The beautiful outdoor swimming pool area you could not use, because too cold. The beach was although it is very nice, but unfortunately through the plastic the last season dirty, eingestürzte shacks. 1 man a week with the cleanup busy, and everything would be nice. Beach chairs and polluted cushions there was limited, umbrellas no. 1 toilettenhaus at the beach, also not always clean.

    The Sueno Beach is located 3 kilometers away from side in the district Sorgun, the drive from the Airport Antalya lasted approximately 1,5 hours. The beach is a walk through the garden in about 150 meters distance. Shopping only in side or in Manavgat possible through the good Dolmuş-connection, costs 1 €/ einfache travel. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity not available. Excursions can in the hotel booked over the guide will, but quite expensive.

A very nice hotel, by you never be bored. The huge plant is very lots of possibilities a bit something to do. It is by the pool lazy pool, in the lobby a drink, or in the spa spoil yourself there is something for everyone. We 2, female students, had a lot of fun in the hotel, especially the spa and the location of the hotel are super. Side could be reached on foot at the beach and Manavgat with its great shopping opportunities and the large bazaar is with the dolmuş very easy to reach. The only thing that ... wasn't that great, the food was, and there could be, that we 2 weeks were there and you'll the food no more not to see can. However, i must the salad praise, it was great. We knew the sueno in the winter a seminar hotel and the turkish guests were very nice. At the sea there were loungers with cushions and there were water in refrigerators, really great. The gardeners were very hard working in the clean facilities. The food could abwechselner are but very tasteful, the head waiters were very hard we got our drinks always on the table. Our room requirement was is fulfilled. The location is great you can to Side at the beach or in front of the hotel with the Dolmuş bus ( 1 euros ) or with the taxi ... to side or to Manavgat go. Very nice is the big indoor pool where one also into the free swim. The evening entertainment was already times better. Man may not do forgotten that it was the winter season. If the german guests swear you must just 200 €more pay then they have prawns but not this one location read more

Huge and extensive hotel. Outdoor area in january accessible, but attractions closed. Hotel is in the winter for company and behördenkonferenzen use. I don't know where the hotel its 4.5 star rating, deserves, they are certainly not. In the main restaurant it was as in the cafeteria. The food was unacceptable, everyday the same and the early, lunch and evenings. Tasted it also not, was rather something for turkish palate. In the hotel there was seven theme restaurants, of which unfortunately only the asia and the mexican on had. There the food was great and super tasted, you will see that it is. The hotel is a massive complex and in the winter apparently did not wait. It rained in different ... places in the hotel clean and everywhere towels absorption. The room was big and spacious, the was okay. We had the hotel actually because of the existing indoor pool booked, however we have because of the dirty water not used. In my opinion should be 5 stars still some be improved. More selection of hot food, with the dessert likewise, various fruits, warm croissants or similar for breakfast. Large, well equipped hotel in a great location with direct access to extensive sandy beach to side. Seasonal was the largest part of the pool area, as well as the in-house amusement park closed. The team the entertainment seemed short staffed, which also in the offered programm reflected. The other binding via Dolmuş or taxi, as well as escorted reiseausflüge have promised us. In the winter months is the hotel obviously increased when tagungszentrum for the different occasions used, whereby the hotel well attended.
