For tourist from 50 the peace and quiet and Erhölung need is El Mouradi the right hotel. The kitchen was ausgezeishnet. We were for the 2'. In this hotel and we will Next year definitely book it again. read more

We were in Tunisia in the long term. Unfortunately, in seminars in above-named hotel, guests from Libya, football teams, the generally very loud articulate. Entertainment and recreational activities are not available. The place gammarth is dying slowly but surely, the hotel, no opportunities for shopping nearby. You should try to get a taxi or a lively place for a relaxing holiday. read more

the hotel with something more than 500 rooms is round laid out, the pool as well as to hotel bar belonging terrace are centrally located in the inner area of the hotel complex (unfortunately pool on the terrace, which in the late evening or night in the rooms about sensitive disturb! ). Of a passage from the hotel's own beach section, it is here a small private road be crossed (the hotel belongs ) on me throughout the week I stay no car noticed. All in all everything very clean and in very well maintained condition, both the room (inclusive ... bathroom and toilet ) as well as the hotel complex itself. I booked half board, the choice of breakfast and dinner is average-but as always also a matter of taste. International clientele of every age, from the Arab world. read more

    By myself inhabited room (number 2192 ) was really big with beautiful balcony and view of the sea, all in all in very good condition and really very nice! Bathroom big, air conditioning individually adjustable. Unfortunately are provided with the rooms no 'coffeemaker', who his first coffee in the morning on the balcony drink like a private kettle and soluble coffee bring along. Safe and telephone available. Tv receives next to BBC and numerous Arab channels second channel of German television and RTL.

    Since the gastronomy always on its own, personal taste, I would say, that the buffet always something ready, what the own taste somehow satisfy could. Salt and pepper can be found on every table! ☺ drinks (also water ) the food is computed separately. All inclusive, for me anyway not conceivable, I would in this hotel however not recommended!

Application and check in without any problems and also multi-lingual, however you will learn the operation of the staff, notably at the front desk, fast to know if the subject of 'problem solving' comes. The manager the front desk simple ignorant and arrogant! Customer service- particularly the dealing with complaints extremely 'poor' and absolutely everything other than 5-star. The staff at reception sat while the conversation with the guest to the part of the head bored on the hands based at the front desk and then also still in the belief, one understood and is (normally ) no Arabic, in Arabic language and derogatory and insulting (! ) on guests. I have really the words was missing! Daily room clean and absolutely not to complain about. It is advisable the maid service to the beginning of the stay a tip -i have here for a week 20 TND (so about 10 euros ) given and my room was always' spotless '!

Beach section really small -therefore probably only for the low season recommendable. Pool chairs and cushions available at pool and beach without fee. Waterand standqualität good. The hotel is peaceful location- however even without access to options for shopping. The in the hotel the 'bazaar' (small business ) offers solely the possibility the purchase of cigarettes, Arabic and French newspapers and magazines, postcards and stamps etc. (no food or drinks! ). Possibilities for excursions for example to Tunis, the ruins of Carthage and Sidi Bou said-subject to tour operators and dortigem offer. Without car bad connections-since I place a friend and her husband visited and car mobil was was the reasonable, otherwise would be the hotel for me however not in question.

wir waren in Juni 2001 zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel, das Essen ist immer noch genauso gut wie letzets Jahr, das Zimmer ist viel besser, da ein neuer Teppichboden verlegt wurde, die Größe der Zimmern ist aussergewöhlich groß, insgesamt hat alles gepasst. read more

Very good food and pleasant staff. But that was it also. For Abenteuerurlauber, the the area itself explore want great. The simple' normal' tourist is in this hotel before Langerweile die. No animation, rarely at all music or similar the atmosphere reminiscent of a sanatorium. read more

Guter Service, leckeres abwechsungsreiches Essen, kein Stress mit den Liegen am Pool (gegen Kaution extra Handtuch), alles sauber: In der Anlage als auch im Zimmer (wurde jeden Tag gesäubert). Alles in allem: sehr zufrieden & würden nochmals gerne dort Urlaub machen! read more

Ich hatte Anfang April einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Hotel El Mouradi Gammarth gebucht. Die Buchung betraf meine Verlobte Frau Dr. XXX, tunesische Ärztin und mich. Mit der Buchung hatte ich angefragt ob es evtl. Probeme geben könne, da wir noch nicht verheiretet seien. No problems hieß es und ich erhielt den Hotelvoucher für meine Verlobte und mich. Der Voucher wurde dann jedoch vom Hotel vor Ort nicht akzeptiert. Angeblich dürfen nicht verheiratete Paare in tunesischen Hotels nicht in einem Zimmer übernachten; dies widerspreche tunesischem Recht und Gesetz. Aus diesem Grunde könne und dürfe man den Voucher nicht akzeptieren. Allerdings war ... man bereit zu „helfen“. Ich könne ein zweites Zimmer buchen und gleich bezahlen, dann durfte ich mit meiner Verlobten bleiben. Es war eine glatte Erpressung, sonst nichts! Es ging dem Hotel dann allerdings auch ganz offensichtlich nicht mehr um tunesisches Recht sondern lediglich ums Abkassieren. Nachdem ich nämlich die geforderten 420 TDN (60 TDN/Tg) gezahlt hatte bekamen wir unser Zimmer: 1 Doppelzimmer, einen Schlüssel … und es schien niemanden mehr zu interessieren, ob wir nun zusammen übernachteten oder nicht. Dann gab es die nächste "Überraschung" der unschönen Art, abschließend mit einer weiteren Erpressung. Meine Verlobte ist Ärztin in der Notaufnahme einer Klinik in Tunis. Sie musste unplanmäßig am Freitag, 5.05. den Nachtdienst für einen Kollegen übernehmen. Aus diesem Grunde fuhr mich Ihr Bruder zum Hotel. Ich lud ihn zum Abendessen ein, da dieses ja ebenfalls für zwei Personen bezahlt war. Als wir den Speisesaal verließen forderte man 40 TDN für sein Abendessen. Ich verwies darauf, dass ich ja einen Anspruch auf zwei Abendessen habe. Ohne Erfolg. Wenn meine Verlobte nicht da sei wäre das mein Problem; für den Gast müsse ich jedenfalls zahlen. Ich verweigerte zunächst die Zahlung und verwies u.a. auch darauf, dass ich ja ebenfalls schon 420 TDN für gar nichts gezahlt hatte… Bei meiner Abreise am Montagmorgen folgte dann die nächste Erpressung. Ich musste die 40 TDN zahlen oder man würde mir mein Gepäck nicht herausgeben. Ich kommentiere das nicht weiter. Jeder Leser mag seine Schlüsse ziehen. Hat uns im Prinzip sehr gut gefallen und ist durch die Nähe zu Tunis, Karthago und Sidi Bou Said auch für Besichtigungen sehr geeignet. Das einzige Minus war der Handtuch-Wechsel. Das Personal entfernt in der Früh sämtliche Handtücher und bringt die neuen erst im Laufe des Nachmittags. Man hat leider nicht einmal eines zum Händewaschen nach einem Toilettebesuch. read more

Der Aufenthalt im El Mouradi Gammarth hat mir im Allgemeinen gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das leckere und vielfältige Essen (ich hatte HP) und die Nähe zum Strand. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind renovierungsbedürftig, die Hygiene entspricht nicht dem westlichen Standard. Katastrofal war es wie hier von einigen berichtet jedoch nicht. Da ich die meiste Zeit am Strand oder unterwegs (Tunis, Karthago, Sidi Bou Said sind nur wenige km entfernt) verbracht habe, haben mir diese Mängel nichts ausgemacht. Das Personal war freundlich und hat umgehend auf Beschwerden reagiert. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen. read more

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit mehrern Personen darunter Ich und meine 7 jährige Tochter.Das Essen war sehr gut und das Buffet wurde immer aufgefüllt,das Abendessen war das Highlight alles frisch und sehr lecker.Die Getränke am Tisch waren auch nicht allzu teurer 1 Fl.Wasser1,5 l oder 1 Cola 250 ml ca 1,50 Euro das ist okay.Das Personal war zu uns sehr freundlich und uns wurde immer ein Tisch zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen von den Kellnern reserviert.Die Zimmer waren alt und die Einrichtung erneuerungsbedürftig,der Teppich war dreckig und der Kühlschrank auch.Nur ... zum schlafen war das okay.Das Animationsprogramm laut Infotafel hat nie stattgefunden nur die Minidisco für Kinder um 21.30 Uhr was eigentlich schon fast zu spät ist für Kinder wenn man den ganzen Tag am Wasser ist. Der Strand war noch nicht badetauglich,keine Schirme keine Liegen und es wurde gebaggert am Hoteleigenen Strand was sehr schade war und wir die ganze Woche am Pool liegen mussten.Auf Anfrage warum der Strand noch nicht fertig ist wurde uns gesagt das die Saison gerade anfängt und das der Strand aufbereitet wird aber wenn wir Liegen haben möchten würden sie uns welche hinstellen aber ganz ehrlich wer möchte in einer Baustelle entspannen,sehr schade.Der Zimmerservice war vom Trinkgeld abhängig,je mehr Trinkgeld man der Putzfrau gab desto sauberer und schöner gemacht war das Zimmer,eigentlich nicht okay. Da ich mit meiner Tochter für die erste Juniwoche für den 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt 260 Euro bezahlt habe war das okay,mehr Geld ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht wert. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und nicht pingelig ist kann man in dieses Hotel gehen! read more

Ich muß das wir mehr als zufrieden waren mit allem. Meine Mutter, ich und mein Sohn haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen und den Alltag für die leider viel zu kurze Zeit mal vollkommen vergessen. Ich denke wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen!!! read more

Sind begeistert von Mouradi Gammarth. Kenne die Mouradi-Hotel-Kette aus Hammamet. Finde Mouradi Gammarth als Ruhesuchende mittleren Alters super. Das Meer ist herrlich sauber und am Strand war es erstaunlich leise.Also keine schreienden Touristen, die sich quer über den Strand unterhalten. Man hört meistens nur das Wellenrauschen. 1-2 mal täglich kommen Reiter und Quadfahrer vorbei.Das ist lästig vom Krach und Geruchsbelästigung her. Ist aber hinnehmbar, da man schön spazieren kann. Der Sand ist im Wasserbereich fest und man sackt nicht ein. Von hier aus gute Ausflügsmöglichkeiten nach Tunis, Karthago und Sidi Bou Said. read more

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sauber. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal in Restaurant, Bar und am Pool. Direkt am Sandstrand. Ich bin überrascht über die negativen Bewertungen. Dass in einem Land wie Tunesien alles ein wenig länger dauert als bei uns ist normal. Damit muss man rechnen. Manche Touristen benehmen sich auch unmöglich! Es war echt ein toller Urlaub und wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen! read more

Faules Personal, und jeder will nur Trinkgeld für alles ...... Nie wieder dieses Hotel, echt schade aus diesem Haus könnte viel mehr gemacht werden. In Zimmer müssten auf etwas überarbeitet werden und täglich nach deutschem Standard gereinigt werden, dann wäre es echt ein Super Haus. read more
