Clean rooms, very good staff and a very good pool, with 5 jacuzi's. The staff is very helpfull and the daily buffet is vewry variable and of a good and tastfull quality . \\\\\\\\\\In the hot season the water of the pool could be a little bit colder.

The loungers and chairs are not from the usual plastic, but high quality.
The entire complex is very clean and well kept, no obvious broken.
The offer includes a breakfast buffet, free wi-fi (sometimes local only limited available)

We were in conjunction with a trip in this hotel, very recommendable, literally a 'oasis', since the place Pattaya not particularly beautiful and pleasant is (dirty, a lot of traffic)
The complex is surrounded by green, very well-kept, nice, big room, everything was clean, good food, asian and european cuisine, for example for breakfast sausage and cheese, real bread, rolls, freshly squeezed juice, only the waiters are not the fastest.
Luckily there was a huge pool, as you don't into the sea to go after the information from other guests, that every evening the sewage the entire area reingeleitet and ... we for this reason the badengehen so rather uptight have! read more

Very well maintained hotel under german leadership! Rooms with high level and top maintained nice hotel! Location of the resort very quiet! Immediately felt like at home! The pool is mega and with various water attractions equipped! The only thing which one can criticize is, the cost of alcohol at the pool bar quite sumptuously are!

I had already left a review on loma resort delivered, unfortunately negative. But thai garden resort was nothing, but nothing at all, to complain about. I was over christmas and new year there for 4 weeks. There were people from Germany, Holland, sandinavien and Asien since. Everything was very nice, clean, friendly and had a a very relaxing vacation. read more

Very beautiful hotel, very calm but central. Unfortunately, that the beach in next near the hotel (Pattaya beach) rather for parties in the evening known as for its cleanliness. The hotel is in very good condition and top managed. The pool is great, which is important, because the beach in Pattaya did not deserve this name has. Thai garden resort is a comfortable and angenehmies star hotel in Pattaya. We gastiereb there for years regularly and were altogether always very satisfied. It is both for families, as well as for individuals very suitable.
If not in the high-season so many german speaking 'freaked out' if, the already from 06:00 a. m. in the morning (or even earlier?) Actually all pool-love with towels and other goods show/occupied without even to be there. The whole game is regularly until at 16:30 hours.
An instruction of the hotel-management, you can, if you have long enough waited, yes the ... towels from the not used loungers take, it helps as there is not really not! One leaves the guest himself?!? And the hotel-management sees the übelem hustle and bustle of about a third of its customers stand back and an estimated further third of its customers in front of the head?
As mentioned, this problem there is only the peak season, but in this period is probably due to the hotel good money?!
If this problem by the hotel-management have been solved, deserves the thai garden resort also again its four-stars. read more

The hotel is located to the rear, in a beautiful the approximately 60 meters long pool, laid out subtropical garden. Not from the street let this put you off. The rooms at the maximum 2 story facilities are very big. They are very tastefully furnished in thai style. Particular emphasis should be on the spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Furthermore, they are, for hotels pretty large, flat screen, fridge and free safe equipped. Wi-fi in the entire hotel free receiptable. Breakfast is very plentiful and fulfills all wishes. The only problem, the air-conditioned breakfast room is way too small ..., so that most tables on the terrace by the pool are. Here is the 'all-you-can-eat' dinner buffet for favorable 300 Bhat restaurant. The hotel is located in interior and has no beach. The is however no disadvantage, since the beaches in Pattaya anyway not so great are. read more

Actually it was all positive about this hotel in the previous reviews say. We are now for the 2. time here and agree also gladly. Unfortunately, we have but also somewhat negative side and hope, that on real body arrives. At the check-in we made the first bad experience with a young, german staff, the instead of us, only little english-speaking guests, in the declaration to support, preferably as you would not. Unfortunately, we also during our stay no further word with your changed, since the first impression very formative and we are not molest wanted. Once these young woman ... still at english what we simply no more words found. As we really only wanted to relax we have here a very quiet, not from smalltalk-style holiday. Unfortunately are still two further things negatively were noticeable. First the nonsensical reserve of the chairs, but, due to the miserable beach and too few beach chairs, is necessary. Furthermore it has recently heaped, that it is on the lawn between katzenhäufchen suns must. This of course is very uncomfortable and should urgently be turned off.
Very positive we feel the ladies, the massages perform. They are always ready appointments after the request of its clients and very pleasant. Strong praise for this.
All in all it was here again a great time in the hotel. We will probably times a vacation suspend (there were still different beautiful corners) and are curious, as here in 2 years looks. read more

We have been 14 days there.
We can only say it is a great facilities, the food tastes. If you didn't find anything it is your own fault.
The staff always nice, the pool is 64 meters large. The guests come from Austria, Holland, Germany and other nationalities. What we found (are no auslängerhasser ) there was no russians and it was simply great. Who to the sea would like to take a small trains for 10 bt or quote request. ,we felt good overall. read more

I was for the 3. time in the hotel, this time from 26-12-12 to 10,01. 13. the hotel and the hotel were here already very well and accurately described. Outstanding is the large pool area with several underwater massagestandorten, nestled in a garden and umbrellas and of high quality loungers edges.
This time i had a noisy hotel just before renovated room on the top floor of the back wing without pool view. The size of the room and decor was good. However the door was not properly set, it gaped a partly up to 2 centimeter broad gap ... between the door and the door frame and bad. At night the lighting the balustrade not though, it was in the room never really dark. Besides penetrated so some noise after inside, for example punctually each morning at 07:30 o'clock the arrival of the cleaning staff with carts, followed by some now watch vacations, the vocal doors recently moved to the area. At the latest at 08:00 o'clock was so the night to end. At the beginning there were no warm water in the room, in the 2. attempt was the sorted out. New and improved is free wi-fi, the worked very well. Here the hotel has the standard site adapted. Still positive is the handling of visitors to guests, the polite treatment, and without extra-fees to ask. Bad as in the past, the service for breakfast, as well as the general attitude of the management. Where a warm willingness to help was, is today everything was short and finally rejected. 2 example: a tourist asked for a charger for a Nokia-cell phone. Without examination or demand was the question in the negative. Me this happened at the last stay, the front desk searched initially, gave me a instruction with directions, where i such a charger could buy and has then there is a sign on directly at the front desk 'charger (.) Looking for '. The hotel the manual clearly the bare reserve the pool-loungers with beach towels. Nevertheless were already on my first day although it is only few loungers really manned, but all with beach towels arranged. It was then every day so on, even at 08:00 o'clock in the morning, even though nobody by the pool was, were all loungers taken. On days that was also an issue at the breakfast buffet, numerous guests were looking for daily in vain and have also complained about it. When i did, i received the following response ' the problem is since 10 days known (!). It already lots of guests complained, i was not alone (!). You know, but not, as you the problem solve and in the remaining has the management also other to do when for the guests by the pool to take care of it (!). To 2 hours (!) I could even the towels remove, if as long as nobody has seen on the couch. ' i tried very hard, so faithfully as possible without being overbearing. It should be without further comment from me decide, whether he such a hotel wanted to leave. I see not a problem that, the existing hotel rule implemented by signs, flyers on the reserved loungers, personal speech by the pool-staff and the collection of the towels. Or simple additional loungers to set up. There were always maximum 2/3 of the chairs really manned, the number of of the chairs to match the number-if they are not with support of the hotel to be blocked.
The result of this mimicking dozy continental and indifferent behavior of the management was, that i as many other guests also to 10 days the pool actually not to use, as i don't in the morning at 06:00 o'clock loungers reserve wanted. My impression is, that the management for a few selected guests great deal. And the other guests, so well, are also there.
So far i had the hotel itself also very good. Currently adjusts the high review but no more. Without usable pool area and shown general indifference of management remains a medium rate room in a b -location, secluded from beautiful beaches between Pattaya and jomtien, to a far exaggerated price. I will not stay there again and the hotel can not recommend. I would hope, that all the frustrated tourist, the also never free chairs found and the management ignored, this report, so that the hotel-review have now been put right is. read more

To the hotel is actually everything already somewhere written. Again and again there is a ' best house ' in Pattaya traded.
Our summary: it is a good but relatively expensive hotel with very good pool. Cleanliness is very good, breakfast also. The whole garden area is very beautifully built.
The rooms are big. (we had a deluxe gardenview booked ) our room (f 1) was very long and rather narrow. Window in actual terms, there are only at the front, so the room relatively dark seemed.
Besides it was right next to the maintenance area of the hotel, so ... that it already times louder was in the early morning. The furnishings the room with flat screen, mini-refrigerator and free safe and so on you can everywhere read. Information there is also on the website http://www. Thaigarden. Com included hotel plan. German and dutch older generation ' control ' the complex. While we were there are but also quite loud groups from probably India on round trip on the complex hollow.
Russians were in the hotel not matter-but in Pattaya already.
Unfortunately the hotel is in the (for us!) Worst region of thailand.
As i in Pattaya and environment not beach want to discuss this, you have to as a guest in Pattaya on pool vacation are. And the hotel has a very beautiful pool area. Of course also there the chairs by the pool reserved, although noisy hotel information prohibited. While we were there, there were but nevertheless always enough chairs in the very good condition available.

We had the hotel very short determined booked, to some other holidays in thailand, also times Pattaya and environment to look at. Our summary: it is worthwhile not.

Tips:
