Very nice place. Great location. Near the city center. Nice views. Good facilities. Super standard as compared with the price. We were there for nine people plus two children (1.5 years old). Apartments autonomous. Rooms spacious and well decorated. Very friendly owners. The deposit has not been obtained in spite of such information in a travel agency. Very highly recommended. Liked all of us. read more

Fantastic holiday in a stunning location

Apartment-Kitzsteinhorn ticked every box for our family's needs. The location was great, far enough from the main road but close enough to public transport as well as an easy walk into Kaprun. The apartment was modern, spacious and had everything we needed. It was warm and clean. It had a great ski room and laundry facilities. There was plenty of parking. Security was first class. The owner/manager was very attentive to anything that needed attention. We will definitely be returning and hopefully next year (all the way from Australia!). read more

    The 2 bedrooms were very generous in their size with wonderful cupboards. The lighting was good. The apartment was warm. The bathroom had heated towel rails which were very good. The TV was good. Being winter we did not use the balcony but I could imagine using it every day in summer. The apartment was very modern and clean.

    The apartment was so much better than we expected. For value for money it is excellent. The owner/manager was on site 6 days per week. The driveway was always cleared of snow early. We were able to have fresh towels every 3 to 4 days. The owner spoke wonderful English. The ski room was well set up and there was also a washing machine and dryer. Oh and the kitchen had a dishwasher!! And the wireless internet access was fantastic. Actually the included wireless internet access and easy mobile phone coverage made our holiday even more enjoyable as I knew I could communicate so easily with family & friends back in Australia.

    As I have said above, the location is excellent. No noise from the main road about 50 meters away and very close to the bus stops. Also a short 10 minute walk into Kaprun. The shopping in Kaprun is amazing. Great supermarkets, ski shops, bike shops, fashion etc etc.

Very clean and organized. Everything you need is there in the appartment. We've been here for the second time and will come back for sure in the future. A very honoust owner because we had to leave earlier and we've got money back without even asking for it! read more

    Very clean and nice. We were very happy with the free WIFI. Everything you can think of is there... we brought are toaster along but even that was already in the appartement.

    You can walk to all the facilities but there's also the bus which you may use with your skipass. The supermarket Billa is only 5 min. walking from the appartement.

We stayed at the Aparrtment Kitzsteinhorn for 7 nights. Our scope of going to Kaprun was for a skiing holiday. The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to ski slopes, which are few minutes away by car. Most of Restaurants, bars and shops in Kaprun are in Nikolaus-Gassner Straße which is just down the road from the apartment and are reachable by walk. Rooms are very clean and spacious enough. Apartment is well equipped for self catering needs and was also warm that makes you feel very comfortable in the cold temperatures. In the morning nothing was better ... than enjoying breakfast with a view of Kitzsteinhorn and surrounding mountains from the kitchen windows) Towels where changed once during our stay and the owner, Mr Adi S., was very very helpful when we asked for any assistance. Children have a small playground outside of the house where they can enjoy themselves. Parking was also available just outside the apartment. If you want to enjoy your stay in Kaprun-Zell am See, we highly recommend to choose this apartment. read more

In the kitchen has an oven was missing, otherwise a super ferienwohnung mit grais wi-fi. Nearby the bus stop, shopping possibilities, but only reached by car. Friendly contact and landlords not in the house. read more
