Never again, Frustration at the end a dream trip

On arrival after a wonderful round trip - great view on the Pacific ocean. Three and a half hour wait for the keys from the room. No excuse. Hopelessly overbooked with locals families. Dripping air conditioning in the room, what anyone interested. Daily wait on the DIY man. On the hallways dirty dishes, older than 2 days. All houses in steilster hillside location, which is why we just considered, what we should be sea. The staff were frustrated, called the hotel itself Scheißhotel. Longer than one hour waited we a towel by the pool. This is the only Aufenthaltsplatz in ... the complex. Town center 1 bar for several hundred guests. In the pool Plastiktassen, straws, Kinderwindeln. Cleaning of the pools found in the 4 days 2 times by Sauggerät instead. No matter-there was not enough beach chairs. Thus rather to the sea! Wrong! The sand was full of sand fleas the mean bite. The 30 chairs on the beach were so damaged, that we have not succeeded, from two a working to make. In the bar the chiggers on the walls and in the polluted cushions on the chairs. Above next to the reception there was also a bar there 10 minutes steep uphill). No was dependable, since the employees the working hours do not comply with. As uses all inclusive little. There is a large dining room and a small pizzeria in the same room. For dinner was over an hour line up normal. There are no other places to sit there. Everything went by the pool from-with really extremely louder animation from early until late. We have fled and bays a daytrip. Nothing helped, we had back.
A shame for us, that we in this hotel at the end of the vacation landed. It should be 4 relaxing days after round trip will. We had workmen, dirt, broken furniture, unfriendly staff, cold food, broken loungerss and really frustration. A shame, that we have the great holiday and tell the story about the experiences in the hotel most of the time take. Sorry for the dreamlike countryside and animals, but we had no relaxation there. Left 6 weeks later the remaining fleabites, the really höllisch itch. Well, Lime juice eased some of the pain. Never go again we go there. read more

The hotel is quite isolated spacious (permanently kostl. Shuttle bus-about traffic) on the hillside to the sea; the beach club (at no high expectations) daily also satisfactory. Shuttle boat. Very good for those looking to relax; but herrl. Wildlife (several large iguanas in the area, pelicans and often visited the trees on the beach of Weißkppf and shout monkeys herds, etc.). The all inclusive offer for example also all cocktails. The Highlands by numbers. Canadian and United States Parties sometimes something loud-so no room near the pool.. shuttle n. This hotel has been assigned to us as trade-off hotel, as our original hotel Casa Conde del Mar us not has admitted. We found it completely unacceptable, since it was very far out of the way, huge, very noisy and dirty was (especially in the bathroom). The balcony was very small and you could escape the noise from the Anamation not. The food choice was relatively large from, but good quality.
In the evening at the bar we were greeted by several Parties and us could conversation difficult.
We could not believe, that this is a 4 star hotel should ... be and left next day again from. read more

Me can agree with the previous reviewers not.
We were well taken care of. especially our son had done it the staff.
All the great food and beverage choices were correct (have been a lot of bad experiences) we have often ate in the speciality restaurants.
So we were completely satisfied.
Of course you should not only hang out at the pool, then it is boring. but who is doing what: rental car, tours, comes fully on the grounds.
I can recommend it unreservedly. if you have any questions, has can report like. read more

Very large location with approx. 200-300 rooms, different 3-floor blocks in the mountains, organized good conditions, All Inclusive, long ways to the pool, beach or the reception, there's also Shuttleservice, which functions relatively well. You have to go through rocky paths if you want to walk, because it's on the hillside. The location is very good organized. read more
