Small but sweet... We would gladly come again. Clear the understanding of the hotel in all included somewhat annoyed, but the vacation no abort done has. We had the beverages just outside concerned ( situated right in front of the hotel a small shop). The entertainment was great and really entertaining. For a beach vacation only to relax is this hotel really recommendable. read more

A nice facility, which is in need for a rennovation. Most of the guests are italians, and most of the hotel's attention is dedicated to them. Unfortunately no travel agency pointed that out. read more

    The rooms were properly cleaned. But some rennovation is needed.

    Bad: The food was cold most of the time, very monotonous (pasta, pasta and pasta). The buffett had minor changes in the choices offered. On the second day the food was contaminated. Once we waited 1,5 hours for the food. Besides, the temperature in the restaurant is not regulated.

    There is a difference between the staff in the hotel: - Rooms: They were daily cleaned and the cleaning staff was very friendly. - Hotel -bar: After some tip the guys there were very friendly and courteous. German is understood and spoken in the bar, but not in the rest of the hotel. - Restaurant: The service was a catastrophe. The waiters were unfriendly, tables were not properly cleaned and the cleanliness was bad.

    The sport activities were ok. The animation was often repetitive, but it was no too bad because we did no understand anything, it was in italian and french.

    The hotel is right on the beach, which is very nice. The connection time from/to the airport is 30 minutes. It takes a couple of minutes to go to Midoun shopping with a taxi (The taxi costs $3-4 TD).

Even the local guests were very angry with the condition in the hotel. Whether it was because of the Ramadan? Complaints were totally ignored over there. read more
