The hotel is a large area consisting of lots of small houses with in each case 4 units. The complex is very extensive, so that the high number of guests were hardly noticeable. The complex itself is beautifully furnished, the garden lovingly maintained and really very clean. Since this is an all-inclusive -facilitities are you get around the hour with food and drink-there is even a ' sandwich-emergency service ' between 23 and 7 o'clock! The guests are admittedly all nationalities-with guests from Russia especially at. You can hear a lot of english, spanish and german. The rooms are depending on the location in different colors deleted. We had room with a view of the sea - this was completely in blue. The houses in 2. beach row were, for example, with orange rooms. The bedroom is relatively large, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is also quite large- rommeeabende to 4. weren't a problem. There is a tv (even with german speaking channels - Deutsche Welle), as well as a coffee maker, a fridge (daily with drinks refilled and was included). To the greetings there was a bottle of rum. The hygiene is for cuban conditions super, but everything is a bit old and due to the salt-laden air is some rusty (faucets etc.) , but functional. In the bathroom there was a hair dryer.

Buffet, restaurant, snack bar, and an à-la-carte-restaurant left nothing to be desired. Always rich and varied offer. For cuban standards very clean and well presented. 3 days there was a shortage of fruits-but that is just the way it is on an island, if the container is ☺ who complained, should not be in a developing country have a vacation. I found it just a pity, that except for the lobster dinner little typical country on the table came. Here very adjusted to the tourist. Until on a lot fish which in the abundance is available - there was to rice, on potatoes, pasta, salads and so on. Everything. Who always fusses about it, that without tips nothing would go-we were not only once understand. Who is friendly and also times for a chat concede, the naturally also treated friendly. The employees are all very friendly. The ladies at the reception but quickly stressed and have rather a miserable face. The waiters in the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. Some of them spoke even a little german. Otherwise you could get by with english and of course spanish well. The rooms were cleaned daily - but at different times. Time we were from the breakfast back and the room was ready, once they came only in the late afternoon. Fast are the maid service, however therefor very thorough. We had nothing to complain about. There were no complaints at all, therefore i can deal with such not judge.

The pool is absolutely in need of renovation. The water is although clean, but the pool is not tiled, but with folio laid out, the everywhere solves. Does not see really nice from. The pool area is however very beautifully designed, there is also a pool bar, for the you are not on the water must ☺ Beach chairs sufficient and they are in great condition. There is the hotel a 'play house'. Here there was in xxl format chess and 4-wins. Also a ping-pong table available. There is also a house, in which next to a bar, also two billiard tables is possible-if you stay here but profibillard want to play, this should be quickly forgotten. The tables are old and wrong... But to have fun it was good enough.

Distance to the beach depending on the room booked. We had a sea view and therefore to the beach just a stone's throw away. The complex itself has 2 small shopping possibilities, in which one actually everything you need gets. A shop is exclusively with souvenirs stocked, the other offers daily necessities such as sunscreen, shirts, even razor, cigarettes and so on. At. Both shops are rather small and well arranged. A somewhat larger shop is located in the hotel complex next door (to the pelikano,). Several times daily drives a small shuttle to the individual beaches. A taxi one could also at any time order, this costs 2 cuc per person-no matter where you want (port Playa sirena, etc.) Here one should however the cuban leisureliness note-since one waits already times half an hour to the taxi ☺
