The hotel operates since about April 2010 and is modern and stylish furnishings. The people are very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 11th floor and from there we were able the top of it from Empire State Building see: -) The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and clean. The towels were changed every day, and a hair dryer was also available. In addition there was an in-room safe. The room service was decent and came every day minutes. 1 time, more often 2 times. The weather forecast for the next day we always got every morning and the New York Times on the doorstep. As we had booked without breakfast, I can't comment on the food. The hotel also has a roof top bar (23rd floor), with an amazing view. From there you have to the north, the Empire State Building and to the south, the Financial District a nice view. And also the cocktails were very good: -)

The hotel is located in the 26th floor over looking street between 6th and or 7th Avenue. The PennStation (U. A. Subway connections) is in the the 34th street, so it's not far away. Also to Times Square is also not far. Just around the corner are lots of places to eat and also to drinks, fruit, vegetables, Kaffee, ... To buy. With the subway you can travel around the city and also there is a bus in every Avenue. The nearest subway drives in the between 28th street so only 2 blocks away. The city's best shopping are close to Times Square and generally in the the 34th street, also Macy's and Bloomingdales.

Our standard double room with a queen size bed (very comfortable), coffee maker with complimentary coffee, work desk, flat screen TV with HD, air conditioning and Internet connections. The bathroom with marble sink with high quality toiletries and hair dryers. The shower is spacious and with glass doors. Behind a small door next to the entrance, there were the safe as well as a small Schrankvorrichtung with Hängemöglichkeiten, a small ironing board and iron.

Check-in and check out worked smoothly. You have to call the front desk said hardly wait, the staff is friendly and the bell boys were very accomodating. The room cleaning was perfect. On request at check-out day you can also free 1-2 hour stay longer.

The hotel is an all round has its own style and lives up to its name: The relatively small lobby is very chic, the elevators of bellboys served. You can only access on the respective Wohnetage with its room card. On the roof of the hotel is the Sky bar overlooking Manhattan. Overall very clean and trendy.

Opposite the hotel there is a subway restaurant, just around the corner is a deli for the Frühstücksverpflegung and supply of drinks, etc. .. Walking distance is about 5-10 minutes on the MadisonSquareGarden and downtown. The transfer from JFK airport takes about 40-50 minutes' boat ride away.

The rooms are a dream. We had a double room with 2 king size beds. I have never slept on so thick mattresses. Between dne beds is a bedside table and Ipod radio. On the wall a flat screen Samsung. There are 31 programs, mostly in HD. PayTV costs $13 a movie. Dishwasher wasn't working right be used for free and coffee is refreshed daily. We decided not to touch the fridge and 6.5 dollar for a bag M&M or 4.5 dollar for water were too expensive. Each room has a private safe. Internet is free. Nice bathroom. Mamorwäschtisch and large shower, bathrobe can you for $95 purchase. Towels are without Branding and therefore uninteresannt.; )

The hotel is brand new and liegte 7Avu corner 26th street. There are 22 floors with about 20 rooms on each floor. On the roof is a bar with a good view of the skyscrapers. We were on the 22nd floor and had a great view of downtown. The lobby is cold and windy!!!!

The location was great. The Pennstation is only 6 blocks away, Broadway with Flat Iron only 3 . Timesquare to Macy's and it is a 10 minute walk. There was convenient Futterbuden on every corner. Subway and is directly across from a Mexican.
