We were thrilled from the breakfast taste quality just top. Sparkling wine, juices, fruit sausage, ham, and so on: one wanted not at all get up and to the pool go. From the chefs I would hope that they are not so reticent, apart from that I look forward to next year will definitely come again.

A clean nice hotel in Bardolino, different room categories, beautiful breakfast room with view of the pool, very good breakfast buffet with a lot of different types of sausage, cheese, Mozzarella, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, cakes, Obstsalet and sparkling wine. In 5 minutes one is in the center with many restaurants. The pool we didn't use, as for Chiaretto -feast there were.
The heads and the women at the front desk and in the breakfast room all were very nice, as well as also the women for the rooms were responsible. We will this hotel again next year book, everything was ... fine. read more

This was the first time we stayed with our small bitch at the hotel Capri and were pleasantly surprised. The whole staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke good German. There are only three stars for the hotel. The decor is four stars.
The breakfast buffet is fine things. Every morning there was champagne, fresh, very tangy coffee with fresh milk aufgeschäumter.
All the facilities of the hotel and the quality was just convinced.
We'll gladly go again. read more

Overall very satisfactory hotel! The only downside is the service of the cleaning staff-we had no shower mat rolled more, because it was not replaced by a new. The mattresses were very hard, but this is a matter of taste. Other than that, everything was perfect!
For relaxation and shopping vacation on lake garda, the hotel is very recommendable! read more

We were a couple of days hotel capri, and it was a great holiday. You is very willing to make an effort and friendly. Drinks Service by the pool, great breakfast buffet which left nothing to be desired (full grain rolls, sparkling wine, Salmon, cereals, fresh fruit). A few steps from the lake and the city. We were very satisfied with what the hotel offered. Parking lot or around the corner on a locked car park.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again and I recommend it because the price-performance ratio was one hundred %. read more

I can't understand the bad reviews not. I know the hotel for over ten years and have seen the house in time sections. This time we were the first time as a family there with our three years young triplets and the service was great. The staff, from the cleaners to the chef was great. The house is already a further star, at least in the new building is concerned. I was in the old wing for a long time, but I know that they are there to renovate. We will definitely again and again and we look forward to! read more

We stayed there last year for the second time in a row in the hotel capri and I can't understand the negative reviews. The transportation situation to and from the hotel front desk is normally friendly, it is a explained where the parking lot is (with drawing!-i think for a short holiday, you have to park on the parking lot outside of the hotel area) and which room you have. The breakfast is great, you will find everything, that the heart desired and it is regularly and quickly refilled (we were always only shortly before 10,00 h)! The owners ... were never rude. The rooms are clean, no trace of spiders or we will also this year again a couple of days hotel capri spend, as it is a great hotel. read more

As unfriendly as in this hotel are Gärste as we have ever been treated anywhere. The hotel is quite large and has enough room. The outside of the hotel is nice and updated, but the staff and owners leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast is included but almost no selection. The sausage, jam and fruit salad are left in the dining room, the bread and rolls right, so you have to walk along the whole room to have a lazy breakfast together zusuchen. Our room was nice and clean. The bath is however so narrow that you don't move in it. There wasn't a shower curtain. Friendly, the staff was only if it not ... working. Drinks we brought us drinks were in the room from the general manager loudly prohibited. We could but happy to come back to Germany, as guests in the hotel your drinks don't buy it doesn't need. It would be in this hotel friendly openly, we would have enjoyed a few drinks. But so! I will go back to this hotel. read more

Very nice and clean hotel, staff and owners are nice. Although it is located along the main road (window noise) but you are within walking distance in 10 minutes in the center of Bardolino and two minutes from the lake. Windows can also be closed by the heat as the air-conditioning is available. The pool is not the largest, but sufficient and beach chairs in array of number available. Very nice are the palm trees around the pool and on the entrance of the hotel which was a lovely view bear. The breakfast is just fine and something for everyone. ... For families with children is rather unsuitable as there is a middle-aged and quiet hotel. read more

We have been as a couple at the hotel Capri for five nights and had a superior room. The hotel is located right on the main road in Bardolino along the lake Garda. Some people be disturbing the traffic noise, we were concerned that exactly. We had a room that directly at the pool in the 1 Floor. The standard rooms are mostly in the back, with a view of the parking lot. Probably would be recommended at least a superior room. Due to the food you no complaints for Italian 3 -star hotel. There was next to the typical ... Italian to nothing tasting bread rolls and croissants, whole wheat bread and toast. Next to it ham, salami, two different cheeses, tomatoes, eggs, jam, Nutella and always fresh fruit ( laid out). The distance from the center of Bardolino is awsome, we walked about ten minutes and the weather was the naturally evenings a nice6. Now the rather worse about this hotel and sometimes reason why we wouldn't go again. And basic on principle. The owners are just rude and unfriendly. Not a "good morning"and "bon journo" no hello, no absolutely nothing. You were just ignored. Well, you want is not the best friend of the two brothers and sisters, the this hotel. But more or less what you'd expect a certain sort friendliness if you pay you 600.00 EUR for 5 nights. All in all, it while you do not mind the hotel president, nothing to complain about and the bosses left alone, a pleasant holiday in this hotel. The pool is also really squeaky clean and pool chairs were always sufficiently available. All in all, we will not go back on principle.
