Our absolute favourite hotel in NYC. The location is perfect and the staff is amazing. Fast, very service oriented and they definitely go for the extra mile. We were upgraded to a suite on the 36th floor with a great view on Boradway. The sushi in the Blue vin restaurant is great and we did use the Acura service, which is a real asset for the hotel. It is pricy but it is worth it. read more

Who to New York could not stay more central. Here you are right in the middle of everything and can reach much to reach on foot.
From the hustle and bustle on the street you get nothing and also the breakfast is here very recommendable! read more

Nice hotel directly on the Time Square. Super flair.
Go and New York experience. Everything comfortably within walking distance.
We had the hotel without food, since we outside in the town wanted to eat.
The room with a view of the Times Square in 20th Floor was perfect.
Tip: taxi from airport to the hotel take, cost 55.- Dollar read more

Can certainly not with other W hotels compete, therefore but it is new York. For a NYC hotel but quite positive. Great restaurant, cool bar, and great location of course, even if I continue in the direction of the Meatpacking or so would go. Service could in sum better his.
in short: for NYC really OK, but only in the area of restaurant and bar a real wireless read more

Very stylish hotel. There were currently the Fashionweek and the bar was full each night wireless with the creme de la creme of fashion. The rooms feature futuristic design. Perfect location. It's close to everything. Friendly staff and big apple tourists absolutely perfect! read more

The hotel made a clean impression, if you in the lobby to the elevators and in the lobby (in the 7. Floor). The public toilets in the lobby but a bit of cleanliness to be desired. The hotel itself is very stylish, but not in the cozy-to-home feeling sense. Not very functional - I'll describe in the rooms but more accurate. We just spent the pure night because it was in the area enough possibilities to get a breakfast. There are in this hotel guests of all ages and all nationalities represented. evenings, however you look at the hotel bar ... (directly in the lobby), it is mostly young people and business travelers who is a nice place. The constant music played full. Whether in the lobby, at the W Store in the elevator Too much and too loud. In the rooms aren't look with. In the lobby there was a public computer with internet access, where you free, among other time check their e-mails and write. read more

The hotel is not bad as other opinions could suggest. However voices few drawbacks, such as the somewhat Laborious procedure into the room only had 2 elevators. The reception/bar area is quite stylish decor, but there is always a lot of cool people, and it was quite "open". The reception area is a bit under. Room itself is fine, clean, and a 4 star standard adequately equipped. Overall the bonus of the hotel is probably its location, right in the heart of Times Square, and as long as you have no longer want/need to be at the hotel it's safe ... also to be recommended. I couldn't complain, as well as not lack of friendliness of the staff - where you much contact. read more

The hotel has a very cool flair. First you have to the entrance of 6 hotel staff patterns. Then the elevator once in the official lobby. If the Aufzugtüre opens think that you are in a bar is available as a bar in the lobby and throughout the hotel constantly is integrated with very loud music. The "front desk" is tucked away behind three bars. What a flair as a hostel. Either you come to a staff on easily young and hip makes or one of absolutely cranky. At the check-in the Member of staff had to three times in ... the rear of the lobby, by a locked door with a code. The three times so he had to enter code. It's got quite annoying. From the entrance door, you have to get back to you room with two different lifts. The same applies to the health club. On the second day you then only tried to get quickly, but due to the two different elevators not easy and communication routes very cramped and dark. Therefore, you were always in danger with other people. read more
