Nice holiday hotel, breakfast somewhat unimaginative (no spanish touch, bread only half durchgebacken, always more or less the same selection (2 sorts of jams), bland-tasting tomatoes. Coffee, as in such houses usual \u263a ). The actually britenbohnen was in abundance and were of the corresponding guests and large quantities destroyed. Otherwise everything generously arranged and clean, even the towel group considers reasonably back. However the essensalternativen very, very small. Tip: visit the Marbella old town. read more

Good hotel with many innovations opposite the last year. Unfortunately the staff saved, so it often overloaded was. ( tablecloths in the restaurant were not changed, cutlery was missing times at the buffet.) Further savings: parking 10 Euro per day - last year free. 2011 was a rental car in rate paid at time of booking included. New equipped Parlor with five jacuzzi. The hotel as we have has gotten old. The rooms in the back part the hotel, a smooth Impertinence ( smashed, old doors, bathroom dirty, to the handles everywhere dirt (blood, etc.) simply disgusting! Food mass processing, overburdened staff, unfriendly welcoming at the reception and much more... Never again! read more

The ageing hotel in the style of a andalusia village is 7 kilometer from Marbella away below a busy highway. Very nice we found the well-kept garden area and the pool area. At the beach is the beach Club with access to the beach promenade. There are two restaurants with enough seats, only a few in the open. From the too many older guests were many germans, but also all inclusive-spaniards and at the weekend young English were there. We could only half board book. read more

    Our room was on the ground floor without a terrace with a small barred window and very dark, so we to read and maps letter to the pool bar had to go. The furniture was rather run-down and uncomfortable, on the walls were damaging bodies. The bath was so far okay. , also which the cleanliness wise, the towels were changed daily.

    The restaurant is completely in self-service set, only the beverages served and the exit pay. With the selection and the quality the offered food we were reasonably satisfied, we liked particularly the large fruit buffet. Unfortunately left the service much to be desired, time the coffee maker did not work and there was no rolls and no orange juice. It took a long time, until someone about hard-working, also at the buffet was often long not refilled. With the dishes you had to to eighth, none with leftovers to catch.

    At the large pool there are many chairs and sunscreens, up lunch all reserved with towels are. The discreet music and animation didn't bother us.     The walk the yacht -port from Puerto Banus is especially in the evening worth it. You go initially to the approximately 150 meters away beach bar, the poorly lit street with deep potholes to reach (flashlight recommendable!) is. The beach is not very clean and the few pay chairs are fast away. We are from other blue bay hotels & resorts clearly better! During the day was only one bar open so that it to waiting, mineral water had despite universe inclusive to be paid for, as well as some local alcoholic beverages. To the beach around 8 minutes away on foot. Also at the hotel own beach bar, you had to be payed. Not recommendable! read more

The whole hotel area makes a very nice impression, is large and nice! However the hotel is 4 stars not worth only so! In the restaurant it has me personally on most weazy. There is little cutlery. You really have to all courses with a fork and knife food, the often quite dirty were. The mugs, plates amongst others was also not well washed. The plates were gathered on the tables of the guests and there was only really very little service, everything other things. In 3 dining rooms have altogether maybe 5 people working. And that is with the ... 600 guests in the hotel. Sometimes one could order oneself at no table sit - either manned, or for long time not cleared up. What the audience regards, there were in September many older couple from Germany, many young English and little spanish. read more

    We had a room on the 3rd floor. It was quite large, but in need of repair. The furniture, in particular the closets and the sofa, see rather bad. The hand towels are so wishy-washy, that you believe, they would in the touch/dry make tear.

    There was a restaurant and a couple bars. In the restaurant is a very dreary offer, especially what salad- and dessert buffet regards. The cleanliness and hygiene leaves much to be desired. The cutlery, plates and mugs were often dirty. There was also often not enough cutlery. The kitchen style is in my opinion rather German, as typical of the country ( applies to dinner). The breakfast is already mixed. The waiters have wines the guests ( with f or half board) poured, the for the all inclusive-guests thought were, that means cheap wines. The staff are as previously said understaffed and stressed.

    The chairs by the pool stood closely together. Around everything was always wet and if people in the pool enter, they often dirty feet (earth, grass). The showers funktioenieren apparently not. After I note the showers however be turned on again. The swimming pool water is very wasseriges chlorine. Once swim, the whole day stink, it was called.

    The hotel is located directly at the highway (173 kilometer). To the beach one would have absolute plus. That is probably the reason for it remained the majority of the guests by the pool... The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. To to Marbella center it is about 30 minutes and from there approximately 30 to 40 minutes to to the airport malaga. There is a small kiosk at the hotel entrance. A bottle of water costs for example 2 Euro. Nearby there are a couple more kiosk (7 to 10 minutes on foot) and a supermarket ( around 15 minutes away on foot). In the supermarket you can a bottle of water for 30 cent buy... The excursions from the tour operator offered. Are varied. Some are however on your tour in my opinion recommendable - for example gránada or malaga.

    We have against an extra charge booked a superior room. Bathroom and bedroom both a ballroom. Paid off, as the standard rooms Probably are small and at the main road (highway) beach chairs. Big balcony with a view of the 'square '. Air conditioning hard to adjust. In addition a fan. Furniture modern spanish wicker furniture. Mini bar against an extra charge. Safe available against payment. Good mattresses. Cleanliness good except for worn cushions on chairs and armchairs. We were for this price-performance ratio good.

    1 large restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1 bar next to the restaurant and 1 bar at the big pool. Here there is for half board guests lunch light snacks for sale. All food in buffet form. Breakfast : good and sufficient. From cereals, dairy products, fruit, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, cold cuts and cheese everything available. Dinner : something for everyone. Large salad buffet, a spanish corner, european meat and fish dishes, vegetables and for the, the everything not like pasta or pizza. Spice was usually not necessary. Dessert buffet. Lack of staff came with large crush to bottlenecks in the clearing of the tables for the next guest. But on request immediately taken care of.

    To the beach about 10 minutes on foot by residential area. The blue bay beach bar is not to the hotel, but must from the guests be used. At the bar for the beach for € 7 per day/chair and an umbrella rent. Prices for snacks are acceptable. Bus service to Marbella right in front of the hotel. Travel time about 30 minutes. In immediate proximity of the hotel no infrastructure so no bars, shops or other entertainment possibilities. We had our tours already in Germany booked.

People let the stay away from this hotel,4 stars are totally exaggerated. No evening without dirty dishes, cutlery, glasses or mugs. In the hotel were usually only 60 + guests and lots of young English the in night as well to partying understood. The food was fine. If it's not hot wants, it was usually Luke warm to cold - however there were the whole time always the same food early and evenings. Although it is quite old it was clean and tidy, it was still no high season we therefore also a larger room which great was. You could park in front of the hotel, on the complex it could have been on day 10, -€ cost what almost a ... cheek. The beach was okay. But no great beach. read more

A beautiful hotel in a great garden. However you should a car rent, so you the area explore can. Puerto banus is good on foot on the promenade. The beach is in several bays and only about 400 meters away. The hotel is for excursions in the near and further afield, as well as for a beach vacation recommendable. read more

The from the hotel started excursions were good. Good organization of travel and nevertheless enough time to eat and sleep. On the weekends a bit noisy due to the many short breaks. We have in the back part the hotel used, it is quiet than in the front area, where the road could be disturbing. read more

Unfortunately, it is no longer the rincon Andaluz! It shows: for the food! Cold and always the same taste for a lot worse than the Andaluz! Staff either overstrained or too few! Tables either still fully or not freshly set! Very Carelessly! No Wi-Fi in the terraces only in the lobby! Pub very strange opening hours! Cleaning staff very strange! Half 8 knock a minute wait and then just go! NO go! When dry cleaners very noisy! Also at 7 o'clock in the morning! Short in short! All together still a usable hotel however with the new acquisition the Bluy ... Bay league are food and so on very, very sick! \u2639 fourth visit however the first in the blue Bay! Unfortunately very in the wrapping litte hotel. From the 6 restaurants only 2 open. Everywhere the old logo of the previous owner (' hotel Rincon Andaluz '). Hotel facilities from the 70-years should quickly times' registration ' will. As only sleep capacity OK. read more

No recommendable hotel for the cooler period. Despite repeated complaint was the heater not enabled. It came only cold air from the air conditioner. Not only we had to very cold.
