Very clean, spacious, big balcony. Bookworms bring along better a small reading lamp with, because the lighting was the bed was high above, we found the light and very bright. I i would have preferred a kettle for the morning coffee on the balcony desired.

The hotel staff members were perennially very friendly and helpful. If their german sometimes has failed, it was always in english. The rooms always very clean, like the whole hotel. Hotel directly by the beach. The beach and sea exactly, as it should be: many shells, great waves and still pleasant water temperature. In the town were beginning october approximately 1/3 the shops open, the usual stuff offered: jewelry, bags, sport clothing etc. , mostly copied article. Very happy the friendly discreetness the traders, you could browse, without to be hassled! Restaurants and discos in the area were closed, those we however anyway not busy. For partyfreudiges people is obzor in october not the right place. The quad tour was a total success and as we have heard, the excursions with the Jeep and in other places also a total success.

We were with the food and drinks very satisfied. The champagne for breakfast was a great thing.

Because we at the airport Burgas upon arrival have learned, the we into another hotel come, (was lucas helios beach) we were skeptical, but then very satisfied. Freundlöichkeit great the room cleaning was great everything was just very nice.

We were thrilled, when we our room entering have. Everything really clean! There were always clean towels and the room was cleaned daily.

The beach was right on the hotel. There were trip possibilities also but to the time of year not more much. It was in order.

We had the luck a family room to get. Nice and big the rooms and the bathroom. Very condition. Unfortunately we could the balcony didn't use it, since we had a small plague had.

There were several bars and two restaurants. You could the whole day eating and drinking. Everything was very clean. The food was varied and tasteful. I can absolutely recommend, a bulgarian evening to register. Really delicious. I can not understand, that most people about the food complain about.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I so in the ever experienced. It spoke not allee German or English, but you could always communicate, or it was someone in/out privileges, the translated. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was always fresh towels

We have 2 time on the spot participated, it was fun. The evening offers we found not always good, is however matter of taste. A point of criticism, you must for the chairs at the beach pay, although it is very little, but nevertheless not reasonable. The cushions were also often broken.

Very clean, sometimes was already too much mopped. The rooms were also very clean, the beds very comfortable. The only point of criticism was the shower, the did not drain out correctly. It were nice, but often extremely thick guests there. You could also from morning 7.30 - for dinner peruse eating and drinking.

You are in 2 minutes to the beach. It was a very nice, clean beach. Obzor itself is very small. Many undertake one could not, wanted we also not.

We had a room on the 7th floor ( elevator go only up to the 6.) The room was big, however smaller than the double room below. It was cleaned daily, and there were also every day fresh towels. All rooms have view of the sea and a balcony.

There were two restaurants, once the for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the other for snacks and the bulgarian topic meals (gave it believe I 3-4 times the week). The food we found it great, you have always found something. If the meat not the taste, there was every evening pizza, noodles and tomato sauce, enough vegetables, salads and so on it wasn't missing anything. The bulgarian topic meals is very recommendable. Whether the food great repeated, I can't say, since we only 5 dinner had (one of them in the themed restaurant).

Everything was clean, from the cleaning ladies up to the ladies at the reception all were friendly. Most also speak German, and if not in any case English. Alone simply because the barkeeper it was worth it at the bar, you have a great effort the people to converse.

At the hotel we had nothing to complain about ( no way structural defects or similar), but we didn't afterwards looking for ;-) Since we holidays there were, was the altersuchschnitt quite high, mainly pensioners, only a couple families and few young people. Mostly English, russians and German. In case the issue is, from a virus no trace.

The distance to the beach is really great, directly behind the pool, it would have been better not at all can be. The airport varna is about an hour away by car. As far as I know is the airport bourgas about as far away. Despite the fact that we in the low season were there, you could still some excursions book, but since we only 5 days there were, we only made a trip (and the Jeep safari, which we as really great felt, is probably but not for everyone suitable) You could quad biking, there was daytrips after varna and to Nessebar. It was in the village obzor a few souvenir shops and shops, until then you had to about 5 minutes walk.

There is a main restaurant in two shifts will. Furthermore, there is the snack-bar, which also evenings as specialty restaurant used. In the snack bar in the morning breakfast for people who sleep in, lunch snacks and afternoon coffee and cake offered. The food was initially good to very good. Pool bar 10:00 until: o'clock, lobby-bar 15:00 until: o'clock and saloon bar 19:00 until: o'clock. Drinks are matter of taste.

The staff in general friendly with exception of the staff at the front desk. Knowledge of German with the staff enough to good. Cleaning of the rooms could have been better. A doctor is in the hotel. With complaints the fremtsprachenkenntnisse powerful after. The staff at reception will surly and rude! Manager in case of any problems not reachable!

The entertainment team offers something for everyone, is but not pushy. The pool very nice designed and maintained, water was checked every day. Plentiful loungers, cushions and sun screens by the pool. Loungers on the beach for a fee. ( in my eyes tourists rip-off) Indoor pool ( 27° ) small but sweet. Fitness room with several spotgeräten, Internet room for a fee.

Beautiful hotel with 286 rooms. The hotel lies directly at the sandy beach from obzor. It is a TUI-best family all inclusive- complex. The guest structure end of September is too many from older guests from Germany, britain, the Netherlands, and isolated locals. To the cleanliness one can only say, it was constantly cleaned. Some of the floor tiles, by the constant wischerei mirror smooth.

The center from obzor is in a few minutes easy to reach on foot. There, there are several shops, restaurants, banks and hairdressers. While we were there, there were only a few stores open. It will be excursions to varna and Nessebar offered. Jeep- or quad bike safari tours are offered. At the beach by some vendors para-sailing and Banana-boat required.

The selection was absolutely sufficient and the quality was good (air upward is always) The noise level in the dining room was already enormous. Guests the general rules of manners not control where you unfortunately also.

The entertainment team gave a lot of effort and had some sports. We only aquajogging, dancing and darts participate. The tenders were not pushy. The evening entertainment was sometimes 'great' both from the team, as well as from magiern, folkloretänzern amongst others, sometimes the level was a pleasure.

The hotel is 'favorite' ok. The location is perfect, just a few meters to the water, great sandy beach, room with a view of the sea. The employees are very attentive and friendly, communication was always possible, our room: 'only class', the cleanliness ( thanks ema ) really reasonable.

We have rearly seen such a nice beach had, kilometers far and flat to the water. The place obzor offers some shops, one becomes with interest to, but not pushy.

The room is boringly decorated, medium but very clean. Luckily is the bathroom quite large. The safe costs in the week 20 Euro.

The main restaurant is dark, way too loud, cramped and dated. The dishes were however varied, but actually tasted nothing especially great. The drinks are a nightmare! The drinks are stale, luke warm and taste only after sugar and artificial flavourings.

Bad animation. Every morning is the same music deafening volume through the complex.

The pool is small, the indoor pool is tiny. The loungers are totally dirty. The loungers ( in the disastrous condition) and sun screens at the beach cost money. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room also with fees will be charged. In the sea there are many seaweeds and the beach not well maintained.

The RIU Helios hotel is already a bit outdated. There is no garden, only sparse lawns. The hotel is relatively clean, except for the pool area. From October were all services, like for instance the snack restaurant and midnight meal deleted. Actually in all-inclusive too were. The majority of the guests are over 50, mostly German.

The hotel lies in a very covered with waste, left countryside. Barracks, construction, broken streets and disintegrated hotels decorate the area. The beach borders directly at the hotel, to the airport it is about an hour. Locally one can nothing at all undertake. On the hotel beach a abwasserfluss into the sea led.

As described above very nice large and clean rooms. We were really very satisfied, thanks.

There is just a restaurant however it is very well arranged as the dinner in 2' meetings' took place. So you have each evening its fixed table and it is all very relaxed. The food and drinks very good starting from breakfast till for dinner just very large excellent! Many thanks to the whole team.

Staff were very accommodating and always friendly. One comes through with German well and if you can speak English it will be even easier. Cleaning of the rooms like mentionned above every day, and we were very satisfied. Dealing with complaints we cannot judge as there is from our side was none. Perhaps so much, we have but also no visitor learned the somewhat negative said.

At the entertainment is in our opinion still air upward. This concerns evening entertainment. Within a week 3 times karaocke is not very imaginative. Pool is very clean but unfortunately cold. There are plenty of loungers available and the beach was also clean.

We had a room superior booked and were enthused. Great large room and a second large room with double bed and a very nice bath. Also a big balcony was there. Every day it was cleaned and as a small problem in the bath to see it was taken care of immediately have been. We booked all-inclusive and we were really amazed. Big compliment to the kitchen and all industrious aids. Many british people and luckily little russians but behaved. German about 20%. Average age was far over 50 + but that was probably because it was already off season. Would go back to this hotel again and again!

Distance to the was none there one directly from the hotel at the beach goes. If you are out it was also no problem because there are in the immediate area lots of restaurants and enough shops. Is very recommendable Nessebar a really beautiful place. Watch out, our tour operator wanted for this price probably one golden nose deserve but not with my girlfriend. :-) 17 €for the trip is okay, not 25€

We had a suite, the was great. The furniture was very good and not worn, there were no drawbacks on the furniture to see, the air conditioning was very good and you could also prepare for it. Our balcony was very big and also had enough places to sit, well to the tv, who needs something on vacation?

There were 2 restaurants, but the bulgarian didn't use it, I don't know why, the offer in the dining room was always really good and diverse. What I thought was very good, at the entrance to the restaurant there was dispenser with disinfectant. The local cuisine we really liked and also tasted very good. If you on vacation is, you should from time to time sometimes tip give, as I see it, but also without a tip the staff were very friendly

The staff are very friendly and has good foreign languages skills German and English very well. We had no objections of, the rooms were always very clean, There were from towels, elephants, hampelmänner, swans and many other things made.

The sporting activities was good and sufficient, the kids club is nothing I can say, from the age I am out. My opinion access to the internet is the following, I am on vacation and need so what not. The beach was very clean, as well as the pool also, the quality of the water was constantly checked. Loungers and umbrella were ok. , only the pads you should renew. Showers were sufficiently available and were funktiondfähig.

The size of the hotel is ok. , not too big and not too small, exactly the right thing. To the cleanliness, I rarely a hotel seen, where you the whole day cleaning was, the cleanliness was excellent. We had all-inclusive, the benefits these were great. In the hotel there was English, dutch, french and German. I have to say you shouldn't believe everything you read, what you about English hear, there is also such and such.

Very spacious family room which daily very clean cleaned. Desirable of course wi-fi in the room but it is very cheap in the hotel lobby to get.

The buffets were very diverse and no matter what time there has been still a massive choice had.

The service is perfect and all are very friendly. We have a -year-old child and all have with him easily and were very child-friendly. The entertainment is very good but not pushy.

Unfortunately the pool was with 19 degrees but a bit cold and the pool was not much warmer. But it has an indoor pool with 27 degrees. Also annoying the German kind of early morning its chair with beach towels and only around eleven hours to appear!

The hotel is all around simply super. The staff are very friendly and to a large extent also very well German. Even for children a very good hotel with a kid's club, children's disco etc.

The hotel lies right next to beach and is also otherwise very well situated. The village is small and rather unsuitable for the right shop.

The family room with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony was very spacious and nice. We felt very good. We had a great view.

There is 1 main restaurant ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a themed restaurant by lunch snacks ( hot dogs, pizza, pasta) and cakes there, several times per week you can evenings a table reserve. The food was magnificent and it was something for everyone. There was always food typical of the country but also ever changing other dishes. Fries, spaghetti, pizza, salads, appetizers, soups, bread, ice and so on there was also always.

There were all always very friendly, especially the entertainers and the staff at the bar. Some waiter of the restaurant looked however not unfriendly reserved. The staff at reception and the housekeeping were always focused on the wellbeing of the guests.

The whole animation team the 10 days for a perfect holiday made. There were all incredibly warm, had fun at their work and glowing. Especially the children very comfortable, especially in the mini-club ( trolleywood ). Almost every evening was children's disco, afterwards there was a show program. During the day were different sports and games offered, the implementation was perfect and were not the entertainers pushy. The outdoor swimming pool was unfortunately somewhat cold.

The hotel is in a well maintained condition. We felt good all-round.
