The rooms/ balcony facing the land side are significantly smaller than the with a view of the sea! So definitely when reservation on a room with sea view eighth. Bathroom very run down and way too small ( here the difference of view of the sea facing the land side). There was only a German tv-channels ( ARD). There were 2 single beds the easily be moved together could, however leaves the quality much to be desired, since the knarren and quietschen with the smallest of movements a alredy sleep. The lifts are not from the 21. Century but with ... seal-). We booked all-inclusive and were from the breakfast totally disappointed, lunch/ dinner, as well as the snacks were satisfactory, however monotonous. Drinks were for a three-star hotel ok. We would not again to blue bay! read more

Very nice hotel for a beach vacation, to the center from Palma you can public bus for 1.50 Euro use. The beach is clean and you can loungers, as well as umbrella rent.
All employees in the hotel were in any case friendly and helpful. The communication inside of the hotel you should English bseitzen, as you here with the German language not far.
The rooms were small, however for a one time vacation without greater requirements perfectly acceptable. read more

The hotel is very nicely located on a hill. We had a room with a sea view. We really liked.
However one must, if one from St. Agustin to the hotel would 167 stairs go up. Nothing for footsicks.

Price, achievement and weather voted. Unfortunately, not a lot of German spoken in this area but with a bit of English you got on well life. A free shuttle service to the beach is offered. read more

The rooms are very clairaudient and the buffet was " OK " , but not outstanding. It is however the reasonable price. The evening shows were rather small and not particularly professional level (but still fun and amusing). The information upon check-in were very poor: meal and room card. It was missing, inter alia: information about the hotel, the way to the pool, the beach, the dining room, to the next store, to the bus stop. In addition there was no information about the wireless, to the all inclusive offer, and so on. read more

Since 2006 we have been satisfied to visit Hotel Blue Bay as a perfect base for playing golf in the many beautiful golfcourses in Mallorca. This year we decided to explore Palma and other areas and attractions, and to enjoy sun an the magnificent wiew from our balcony. From here we can follow sailing-races, yachts etc., and at night the illumination around Palma Bay or even moonlight this time. - We like the chef''s regular buffet, always with vegetables, fruits and good courses. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many languages are spoken.
If seniors want to go by bus ..., there is a bus stop 20 meters from the hotel to Plaza Espanya (Palma center) with Metro, trains and busses.
We look forward to our holiday at Hotel Blue Bay next year. read more

The Blue Bay is located on a hill, there are lots of steps down into the Städtle, or along the main street to the beach, but in less than ten minutes footpath that is easy to reach, for me personally it was quite right, so some movement to have, as with all-inclusive food would be one only and food. But there is also several times daily a bus shuttle from the hotel to the beach (free of charge). read more

In the hotel were mostly English, Dutch and Spanish, a few few German tourists. The staff spoke only English. The staff was generally polite, the clothes of the kitchen staff was very hard to get used to. The food was very one-sided, always the same, no variation. Poor hygiene in the dining room (often dirty dishes).
The view from the balcony is great, to the beach about ten minutes walk, you can also go to the beach with the hotel's own bus.
We can't recommend this hotel. read more

This hotel is wheelchair accessible, even with a ramp to the pool. The small, well arranged area has functional bungalows, the no four stars standard, but clean. Although the complex is in need of renovation, but it was nothing broken, but rather out of date deleted. The children's entertainment was a joke. This hotel consists of 90 percent English nothing for Germans and pensioners as it is situated on a hill. Very bad food and the rooms were much too small a pure vacation flop the staff except the dierektor only spoke English the activities. Spanich I would avoid this hotel at all costs. read more

Very good price/performance ratio, vacation with very nice and helpful people. Especially suitable for active people also, the good location for activities in all directions to use. We felt comfortable 14 days. We spent a lot of time outside on the beautiful island, it was cleaned every day we returned the room, new towels every day and so on
The food was absolutely Okay, especially at the evening buffet was for the price, an amazing variety. The breakfast was a little monotonous with time.
We had a lot of fun with the very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with great view. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were a bit small new equipped, but Oh well It is a three star hotel. The quality of the food is good, but small selection therefor every day. Pool we didn't tested, it was still a bit cold, but it looked good. The garden was very beautifully designed, an absolute fantastic. We were very pleased and will come back again. read more

The hotel area was totally great, very green and also neat.the hotel itself.well! Apparently it had just been renovated. We didn't have that impression. Everything was alright, there weren't too many rooms and they were actually ok.
With regard to clealiness - it could have been better.
In the dining room the tablecloths were, for example, always simply turned over so that one couldn't see the spots. That in itself was disgusting.
We had booked all-inclusive, which we would discourage as the same food was always served and one wasn't in the hotel the entire day.
Otherwise, there ... were mostly Spanish, English and Scandinavians in this hotel. We were happy when we finally ran into someone German. One couldn't make any contats there and didn't feel that welcome. read more
