The reviewer is a very nice, cozy hotel, about 600 meters from the fish market and the tourist information centre. The price/performance ratio for Norway for me, not least because of the good breakfast buffets. If you care to look, recognizes in some rooms defects in the upkeep, which affected our stay but not at all. read more

I booked this hotel for a night before the start of a Hurtigruten trip. When I became Enchecken obviously trainees with a little knowledge I had served with the cleanliness of the room in a corner of the room were obviously older-and remains-and in the breakfast room-a service staff member was a piece of meat when clearing fallen off, have dropped several waiters the sausage again surrounded, without abolishing it-to complain about. The breakfast was also very early time hardly a seat, since a large group of Asian guests, the tables blocked and the service with clearing the table was ... completely overwhelmed. The room and the breakfast were adequate but not more than that. Also taking into account the high Norwegian prices for hotel accommodation is the price/performance ratio in the hotel Augustin not appropriate. I stayed, for example, on the way in a better hotel in Oslo significantly cheaper. Furthermore, the hotel is currently due to the extensive Bauarbeitgen in the city has to offer is just difficult to reach. In this hotel I would not stay. read more

I would not book again. In addition the selection of cheap hotels in mountains is rare. Is located on a busy street-only by a very narrow sidewalk by the road-so the room are, to the front of the hotel out, loud. The room was also according to the Court, due on a day and night current extractor fan of the kitchen. On pleasant sheep as was not to think. The offered waffles for afternoon coffee (coffee or tea free including), is a good idea, but not very hygienic. Once the dough was actually also not edible, as much to thin. ... You can do so well. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten something and it has it to my home address sent me, that I had to pay for it. Compliment! Breakfast was OK and plentiful.
Overall I would book again but not the hotel and it can also not recommend, sorry ☹ read more

The hotel is located on a Main street, what not bad is. Our room faced the street, but the windows are OK. The room was clean. A flatscreen TV on the wall, but only with Norwegian channels poor picture. Beds are OK. The bathroom is something dark and small. But on the whole enough.
Tip: asks in Norway after the fjord pass (120 NOK). Therefore you get in different hotels discount! The could turn out to be profitable. This hotel accepts the fjord pass.
The hotel is located close to the harbor and not far from the deputies Fjord 1. ...
The breakfast is good, but nothing special. read more

In the context of a car trip we this hotel. The tour operator unfortunately has us not pointed out, you must reserve a hotel parking lot. The hotel has only a maximum time of ten parking available (the receptionist). We had to take in about five minutes away in a parking garage a place. The has us 180 Kr. (About 23 ) cost! The hotel can say, that the hotel is in a rather bad condition, since everything was very old is. The hotel has not worked broadcasting station. This is according to staff normally be. We had a small ... room facing the street; therefore, it was very, very loud. The breakfast buffet was also not so great diversity. The W-LAN is free of charge. To the fish market, the famous Floibahnen and other attractions you need five to ten minutes walk. read more

A very well-kept hotel from the from all major attractions within easy walking distance to Bergen can.
Despite our very late arrival was the desire for a quiet room and we got one with view to the side and not on the quite busy street C. Sundts gate.
Our room was very large, with a couch and a mini-bar and had a quite large bathroom with floor and heated towel rack.
As the whole hotel were also the room was very well-kept, nicely decorated and very clean.
Contrary to some good reviews us has fallen the breakfast buffet not so ... good, the selection was very poor and the taste left a lot to be desired. Unexpended filled partly not at all, only on request again part. The seating area is not very generous, especially if a load on the buffet herfällt coach!
The hotel has ten private parking/night depending to 100 NOK, which you can reserve in advance. In our case the ran smoothly by e-mail. read more

The hotel is located on the peninsula with the aquarium, to the port and to the market with the 'Brygge' it is only a short walk. It is close to the hotel a little ferry, with you to ' translate Brygge'seite can, if one is to walk to lazy (you should use but only, if it in mountains in Stömen rain, the walk is simply beautiful). To the airport it is to foot about a quarter of an hour.
The hotel is located on a busy street in a side, we asked for a quiet room, the to a courtyard ... and were satisfied.
The room was tidy, even with a sofa and plenty of space. The hotel has a restaurant, in the evening we used the are but not, since it at the 'Brygge' good restaurants with views. The breakfast buffet has us fallen, good selection of meats, fish and cheese.
It is in a courtyard for smoking the possibility,

I have me in the hotel felt very comfortable. The beds were very good, the room with a small seating area is relatively large. The bathroom is modern tiled and big enough. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and good.
From the hotel one reaches fast walk to the fish market, bryggen and the city center. Behind the hotel it is also a small pedestrian zone with shops. read more
