The hotel is very poorly soundproofed... The snoring in the neighboring room and beds back in the room above you get almost in originallautstärke. The cleanliness is ok.

The guest room for breakfast and dinner is for the hotel too small. You will too. It is a constant boulders. The quality of the food holds itself within limits. The offer of the kitchen evenings changes from day to day. From time to time you will find even a little spanish. The breakfast didn't really convince us. The coffee and the majority of the juices is hard enjoyable. Queue at the toaster is common. Recommendation: ate out.

Front desk and serving staff are very willing to make an effort.

The pool is wonderful. To the hotel also has a spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, massages etc. The evening -entertainment was with us in 5 of 8 cases dance. tastenquäler and gesangsgruppen were only with alcohol to endure. The seniors in the hotel ( absolute majority) it seemed to enjoy it. Wi-fi in the hotel was 7 days in the price included.

In the hotel get the partybetrieb in Lloret nothing with. The hotel is clean and tidy. There parking spaces in the area rarity are, is the underground car park of the hotel for car-travelers actually a must.

Shop to shop to shop... Rather too much as too few shops. The beach from Lloret is very kieselartig. There is better beaches in the nearby environment.

Room top, very clean But unfortunately also very badly soundproofed

Here unfortunately a very bad review, the quality of the meals is good to very good, unfortunately is the breakfast always the same, no variation, the rolls are rock-hard and not enjoyable, the dinner repeated already after a week, the dishes, as usual in Spain not seasoned. The worst at all are the very, very, very long waiting periods before the meal, food at o'clock if you don't already 30 minutes before you're, you stand at the end the queue to the exit enough, you stand in the first part did you after about 15 minutes the restaurant reached, further back it takes longer, then the first about 140 squares occupied and the other must outside wait until a table becomes free stand du now 2. queue the rear are you waiting for further at least 45 minutes, and this is for a hotel and quite for a four-star hotel under all sow, I express this time so clearly

Pool great but a bit cold, entertainment actually only for the pensioners of the entertainer is very bad and very, very annoying

The whole hotel included the outdoor area is in a very tidy state

The hotel is about 300 to 400 meters from the city center, approximately 500 meters to the beach and about 600 meters away from the discos in a very peaceful location somewhat above Lloret at night so you in peace sleep

Room, balcony and bathroom were sufficient large and well equipped ( tv, air conditioning, fridge free, safe had to rent). The bathroom with a toilet, bd, bath tub, hair dryer and windows equipped. The rooms are in good condition and the staff very good well-kept. The air conditioning worked excellent and left good rules. The wind was hardly noticeable and well spread out. Largest ninus: the very, very harsh but new feather beds!

We had the half board and were with the food and the service very satisfied. All dishes were fresh, and sufficient available. They were in smaller portions again and again quickly completed. The drinks are with the order pay and have decent price ( Cola: 1.85 Euro; small beer: 1.90; fl. Wine: 9-to 13-€). During dinner from the head waiter, after partially short waiting time, a free, clean space accompanied. So the dining room was never crowded and there was a staff enough time to clean everything up. The dishes were varied and almost without exception very, very good. There was also always very good fish and other seafood. The fruit was diverse and very good. Only the soup was from us not consumed

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Besides the waiter in the hotel bar for my taste a bit complicated. Also are the entertainers a little exhausting. The offers were from us but little use.

The entertainment programs by the pool weren't used by us. We had to only say that if water polo on program beach, was no consideration for other swimmer offered. So we had to leave and particularly the children in the partly already very deep water stop. The spielnetz in hüfthohem water set up. The other guests remained the areas where a the water up to ones neck stands. It was for my kids (8 and 10 years) very storend, as the children's pool not replace could. Stayed in the pool area enough chairs available. At the beach cost the chairs and screens per 5-€. In the spa area children may only in the pool swim. Sauna, jacuzzi and the steam bath can for children not bearable and, what many not understand wanted, was for this not allowed. The spa area is sufficient and as it is not very used, also quiet. Since we a small schlechtwetterfront experienced, was the spa area a good opportunity is anzuwärme.

There were a lot of guests from France and Spain on site, but also very much russians. From 1 September is shifts: the average age rises over 50%.

The beach of Lloret you can reach about minutes explore shopping alleys the for shopping and public transports. All stalls and also the water is very clean and well maintained. If all smokers the lifeguards offered ashtray use würdern, it would still beautiful. At most beaches consists of 1-3 millimeter granular sand from granitschliff. It's not slightly for children so castles and one crosses the time with the very sharped edged stones the soles on. Therefore I recommend for families with small children the beach of santa Cristina.

Our room was rather small, but absolutely enough for us! We had 2 beds, a schminkspiegel, an airco, a safe, a closet, a wonderful balcony, a flat screen tv, a mini fridge and two bedside tables. The room looked beautiful, however where you look at you a few signs of wear ( like a broken door handle and scratched closet) seen. Probably give you this room also rather to party vacations. The bathroom was also nice. Unfortunately are the rooms quite noisy. It in the morning beds rumgeschoben (from the cleaning ladies) if someone outside runs one hears it, you can hear the cleaner's trolley wheels, etc.

Restaurants there are 2 and a bar. In the outdoor restaurant I must unfortunately say, that the value for money do not match. The choice is ok, but everything way too expensive. For a small salad you pay 5 €, for a small portin noodles with tomato sauce about 6 €so full you will not. The cleanliness and hygiene were great. As soon as you finished eating, the plates were cleared away and after eating the tablecloths replaced. Evenings is from 6:50 P. M. however a really long line to the restaurant. You will always with his company from a waiter to the table. This causes the longer waiting time. Disturbing empfande I also, that you as soon as you drink ordered everything is possible and have, the waiter pay. But otherwise they would probably lose track. For breakfast there was something for everyone. Muesli, egg, bacon, sausages and quark were only one of the things the offered. The breakfast was also very tasty. For all party vacations worth it however not breakfast to book, since the buffet 'only' from 7:30 until: o'clock open and around this time only 2a 3 hours in bed is. At the start of our vacation we were really amazed from the dinner ( 7:00 P. M.-9:30 P. M. ) after a couple of days this enthusiasm however been away. The buffet consisted of a salad range, from bread with various types of sausage for those the nothing hot more to evening wanted and a court that that changed every day. Time there pizza ( which in Spain absolutely not recommendable!) , Paella and a champignonpfanne. Afterwards there was a small range with vegetables. Mostly peas, carrots and a sauce with zucchini. One evening there were mashed potatoes. However this is an insult to the German palate. Afterwards it went further with the 'main meal'. This consisted of pasta with (mostly) tomato sauce. Now and then there was also times a and cheese in addition. Sometimes was nudelart amended but more also not. Afterwards there were meat ( the different sorts the week over). Unfortunately you could not really eat, since it was tough. Afterwards there were fries. The days where we were there also only once the shape of the fries amended, more also not. There were also 2 other meats, and fish or shellfish ( mussels, etc.) to choose from. Otherwise there was a dessert buffet. It was always delicious and very creative decor. So if you stay longer in the hotel spends, should variety also times outward eat out.

The staff are really great. Very friendly and strive always, that everyone is happy. Problems communicating it should in this hotel no give. The cleaning ladies in this hotel are really great. Very friendly and thorough. A also sleep if you go down around 12 still sleep. Clean but but nevertheless yet the room. They built a white pants forward. The whole hotel tried this again very satisfied. On the next day you were brought back. Was built with washed. With as such worries the staff immediately that, and runs to the affected room and ask these silent to be.

For the animation was an entertainer undelegated. Children's disco, volleyball, table tennis and water aerobics were just some of the things the a were ordered. During the swimming and sunbathing is music played, the entertainer gladly times mitsingt. His' uh uh ' in each beat, soon in Lloret word. Which one the hotel must leave... They have one of the best and largest pools throughout Lloret. Unfortunately is the pool in the most hotels to the street hinausgebaut. Everyone can a look. In this hotel you have your peace! We spent most of our time there, because the beach quite crowded and you fear for its things must have. Lunch you have the opportunity to get a beach chair. The spa area is great. The fitness studio we didn't discover.

The hotel is very large and has 7 floors. The state of the hotel is in an immaculate state. About the cleaning you can also nothing to complain about. The cleaning ladies really a good job and are very friendly and willing to help. Despite language problems (since all only speak spanish) they have itself endeavor our desires to investigate. In the hotel were mostly french families ( were however also in the last week of August)

To the beach you need approximately 5 to 10 minutes. The distance is a however not so far. It did not also disturb us the we did not like near to the beach were. For 10 Euro one comes with a bus to Barcelona. Drive about 1.20 h. The bus station is also not far away. Shops are great in Lloret, only the restaurants didn't really convince us... ( our stomachs not)

our room was very small, but it was enough for a week though. The building was modern, neat and clean. It was equipped with a good air conditioning, TV, minibar, safe, telephone and balcony. However were the rooms a bit noisy, so that one the neighbors entertained could hear. However this didn't bother us.

There was a restaurant, a piano bar and a pool bar. At the pool bar you could get against price Snacks or drinks order. Since supermarkets or other bars in the immediate area to the hotel, we had the pool bar however not used. we had half board booked, by breakfast and dinner is included. The choice of the dishes was large, so something for everyone was: from salad buffet, national dishes to classics such as friesin the night you could choose between different ice cream, cakes or fruit select. the food was varied and something there for every taste. Also with the hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant is nothing to complain about. every evening, the restaurant manager a new table. This takes time, and so you're at the front of the restaurant small waiting time to take advantage of. Something that disturbed us, that it during dinner no drinks included, not even a water etc.

the staff were always friendly and accommodating. With the staff you could usually on German entertained. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed. we had no complaints, but I think, that this would be possible quickly dealt with.

by the pool you could from a entertainer entertained leave: water aerobics and games. Furthermore was music place. The beach chairs at the best directly to the breakfast reserve, the lunch/afternoon were all occupied. Stayed in the pool area sufficient umbrellas to the protection from the sun, Showers and toilets available.

We think, that the hotel really recommendable is. The hotel is modern, clean and beautifully equipped. Different nationalities in mixed age groups make here vacation. All the same, whether young people, families or older Rule, without problems together vacation make.

the hotel lies only a few meters from the shopping street. If you through the shopping arcade runs, brings you to a few minutes to the beach. Also the discos are fast reachable. Nevertheless the hotel is located in a quiet location. Barcelona is about 1 hour away there.
