Not our first stay at the adlon. We had a deluxe room arranged. As gha member there were mostly anyway upgraded to a superior deluxe room. This time a multiple upgrade to an Berlin suite (room 385). Condition and cleanliness perfectly. Very good amenities (l'occitane). Wlan, lan, safe, stereo, 2 tv, fitted kitchen, separate dressing room, bedroom and living room separately. Nicely designed seating area. Quiet view of the hochgarten. read more

    The breakfast buffet is great. The quality coupled with, with appropriate seat, direct views of the Pariser Platz, can no other hotel offer. The Lorenz was on arrival sadly fully booked. We can but from previous visits absolutely recommend! To the question, if we somehow otherwise could be helpful to a dinner to come, was immediately a table in the 'uma' arranged. Very good japanese cuisine! A small wait we got the shoucha bar served. Excellent cocktails!

    In all areas unsurpassed. We had to prior to 2 times change and 1 times the length of stay extended. Every time a short call and everything was to our satisfaction confirmed. Very warm welcome. Room temperature was us with 22 degrees for the night too high and the electronic control did not on 19 degrees be set (probably a level 8 problem; in other words i was possibly just incompetent). A call and it was from the central administration for nighttime hours on 19 degrees regulate. Room was cleaned several times daily. Shoeshine took 15 minutes. Very efficient concierge! Multi-lingual. Only the word 'impossible' he knows not.

    Sport we not. In the pool we were also never. The spa is however recommendable. Best products! However definitely reserve there almost always fully booked.

    The location is now hinreichlich known. Exclusive it is not. If at the adlon anything wrong with this, then perhaps the constant hustle and bustle in the lobby. See and be seen is as it was probably the most there for hours to be hung around.

Being a Kempinski, one knows what to expect, still we were surprised. The building itself reminds one of what Berlin used to be (prior the sick leader) and does inspire glamour. If you can afford it, it's the package: go to Berlin and stay at the Adlon. read more

    All you can expect, and then some. The advantage of constructions this old is that the rooms are not crowded. We had plenty of space and all the amenities where there.

    The overall service was impeccable, with only delays whilst having some drinks at the bar in the lobby level. This might be a consequence of the amount of guests being there, but still should not have happened, and not on both occasions.

This hotel lives of its history and the location in the heart of berlin. It belongs in any case the villages, once you must have seen, if the financial budget allowed. We have in the restaurant my birthday celebrated and we had the most beautiful table reserved. With the spectacular views of the ' Brandenburger Tor ' we spend an unforgettable evening, with a first-class dinner. A dankebesonders to the kitchen. A beautiful hotel, which however not all promises of advertising met. There are lots of little things not really are ideal, they are in the sum annoying. The adlon is worthwhile definitely, but the huge has seen beter days are over. read more

Great hotel. A real Grand Hotel. Hotel industry of the highest standard. International audience. Nebenkostenpreise on 5-star standard. The you know! Imposing lobby. Location: Great central, right on the landmark Berlin, the Brandenburger Tor. Taxis are available in front of the entrance are required, underground station right in front of the house. And in 5 minutes is one at the friedrichstr. Run. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, Starbucks and bakery opposite, city tour -bus also stops on bandenburger toor, club Felix around the corner, what else could you want? Room: Very attractive and spacious rooms. I had a room ... (224) with lateral view of the Brandenburger Tor. Great view! Finally times a room with a large wardrobe! Immaculate bathroom with separate shower and separate toilet. Fluffy large towels! Heated towel rack. Exemplary free wi-fi for hotel guests! Large lcd tv with endless lots of programs. Otherwise. Amenities the standard. Safe, mini bar, desk, etc. If the ears sharpened you could however somewhat noise from the street hear. If you are sensitive, should a room to the inner courtyard choose. But for me not disturbing. Comfortable bed (for my taste perhaps a bit too hard), however new mattresses were apparently just delivered. Great also: pillows -menu to choose from. Have me in the room felt very comfortable. Service: Rarely so a perfect service in a hotel experienced. An example: i had at the concierge called and the check out time and how long one to the airport needs as it had snowed and because of the netanyahu visit in Berlin some streets were closed. Then extra the doorman called the taxi drivers a feedback approval. Great! Room were pristine cleaned. Evenings turn down -service each with a detail sweets. At check in you personally to the room and the different equipment and services pointed out. Luggage is a on arrival with the taxi and then brought to the room. The attention of the staff cannot be topped. Gastronomy: Had in uma restaurant a very tasty dinner, (also at 22 o'clock possible). Very delicious! Excellent service! Breakfast i had not enjoyed. (39 Euro p. persons) It is very relaxed in the beautiful lobby to sit and an aperitif to enjoy. In short: I was for the first time at the adlon and definitely not the last time. Excellent service and great facilities. Better does not go actually. Whoever did not feel comfortable, that is not more to help. read more

This hotel is really great to recommend! Great transport links. It is located directly on Brandenburger Tor. From there all tours depart from. The subway station is situated in front of the hotel entrance. The food (restaurant and breakfast) is excellent! I believe there is no better service! Really every individual guest is king :-o read more

It was very unusual, that when checking out the breakfast our children (1 and 3-years-old) suddenly separately, that means in addition, all nights will be charged should. These, although a family room booked with breakfast included and paid was. The invoicing was only after unpleasant discussion apart-because of the low consumption of infants. Our mistake was, that we were the passports in the safe had forgotten and this only at the airport noticed. It took about four telephonate, until the passports found out were or until someone from the hotel staff into the room help us, the drain was very ... chaotic and for us not comprehensible-we reached the flight just last minute. No wishes were left unfulfilled. Terrific is the view for breakfast on the Brandenburger Tor! The atmosphere in the whole hotel is inviting to stay a while, it is like earlier Times. You feel like at home and not as a hotel guest. read more

The name adlon kempinski recruits actually already and our expectations were exceeded. Service as these prices actually also presents. We had a normal double room and a suite. We once in the hotel breakfast. Everything perfect - value for money is good. For good quality one pays also gladly times one Euro more. read more

    Double room and suite. Very big and lots of space for clothes. The bathroom had a great decor: shower with a sauna, two washbasin, accessories which you could think of. Toilet separately. Light switch and air conditioning could you from all bed from operate (bar in the drawer) Unfortunately there are one point of criticism: visitors before us have the wooden floor ruined, very deep scratches. The damage should be definitely fixed are.

    Restaurants we didn't use, since we were traveling a lot. At the breakfast buffet there was actually everything, also wishes à la carte were fulfilled. The atmosphere was great, but not stiff and fake. The staff had always a few personal words is required. Beautiful stylish the tables were nicely decorated. Our table was especially lovingly set-my husband for my birthday reserved. In the lobby we have evenings a cocktail-all delicious.

    It is actually the 6 suns not. The yardstick for our expectations by this stay very high standard, although we have been very lots of hotels worldwide visited. Commendable to cleaning of the rooms: there was no cart in the hallway with the dirt laundry other roommates, everything was very discreet from. Evenings were the beds detected, and the bedspread not only in a corner stuffed, but in the closet stowed away. Also, we just have a chair had put, was in the closet tidy. Staff always friendly - but of course.

    Also here the top marks. Pool was not very big, but there were while we were there (9:00 A. M.) max 4 people present. Enough chairs and chairs available and plenty of towels, water with oranges respectively lemons was available free of charge available. We always a coffee ordered, also here the service perfect.

    What else could you want - directly on the Brandenburger Tor. We have much within walking distance, even up to the Kurfürstendamm and kadewe. Shopping street - Friedrichstraße around the corner. Buses, subway and S-Bahn on the doorstep and always taxis on site.

I am also, due to a business trip, just had the pleasure to taste at the Adlon to sleep. It is perfect centrally located, nice, helpful staff and the quality of the dishes is certainly also good. But for such a luxury hotel is for example the spa area a 'joke'. Whoever saunas and pools is, is so a hotel rather disappointed. Alone the size, selection and possibilities to lie down is really very small. With the overnight accommodation price and the expectation, the one before perhaps, one is nevertheless rather disappointed. The Adlon you expect otherwise Perfection, which is ... also not always given. We had for example our car for 8:30 A. M. from the garage ordered, at 9:00 o'clock it was still not there. Further example, is the breakfast service, the came not at all behind forth with the plates away, though the restaurant was not full! In short: Certainly great hotel, but 60 per cent counts for the traditional names! read more

Like from a five-star hotel to expect, everything was really perfect. Particularly worthy of mention the breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination. For us it was in the room price included, but apart from that it costs 39,00 Euro! For current Times remarkable-mat even had very nice Smokers room! read more
