The first family holiday at the sea - it was perfect! The location is brilliant - in a few minutes you are at the beach, but also brief is the way to the shopping street. Value of food really reasonable. For each of us was there something that tasted good. The children were very pleasant treated. Also the pool was really clean and had a pleasant temperature. Because of a negative review of the hotel we had doubt about the hotel and via e-mail contact.
We got a very friendly and helping answer, then we have the hotel visited.
As turned out it was a very good decision! The hotel is wonderful and we will definitely not the last time be there. The friendliness and the service of the staff is ideal. We stayed in our short break booked half board and also in this respect, not disappointed - the food is very tasty and varied been. What for breakfast missed something was fresh fruit, however everything ... else was more than fine. The dinners were fantastic, it could on the first evening from several components selected and these were in the port served at the table. On the 2. evening we had free choice on rich buffet with grill.
The hotel is in a very nice location - the beach was in two minutes reached, as well as the pedestrian precinct, in the evenings really what was going on. Very nice round off the evening allow.
Also the hotel's own bar delicious and reasonably priced cocktails with fresh fruit.
In short: just a great hotel with good location, very delicious food and clean rooms. What else could you want! read more

The hotel's location is very central, it is a stone's throw away to the beach. The staff were always friendly, and each of our wishes to. The hotel has a rich breakfast buffet. The best location offers all Unternehmenmöglichkeiten at. Not without reason bay you only bathroom & breakfast, because it was perfectly enough in large clean room and ( unfortunately only sweet-took some getting used to) breakfast. For a weekend at the most beautiful place the world the hotel is definitely recommndable!:-) read more

The good reviews are in my opinion perfectly exaggerated.
When you enter the room there was a odor to chlorine-/ Disinfectants against. The bathroom is without mold, but no more contemporary (old mountings and tiles).
The worst are the mattresses. You had the feeling, as if you are on a wooden table beach chairs would. After visiting the mattresses came old sheets with holes.
To the renovated rooms in the 5th floor I can't statement make. read more

Had booked a classic rooms, since the substantially more beautiful, more modern superior room on the 5th floor unfortunately were not free. The view from the 4th floor our room is badly have been confined, as directly in front of the hotel
A large hotel complex stands. The menu selection was plentiful and corresponded to a Italian tourist hotel.
The long queue with the salad and appetizers buffet is unpleasant, the friendliness of the service staff is however commendable. The chairs on the beach, as well as bicycles and parking are free of charge. The hotel is only about 100 ... meters away from the lively shopping street. read more

We stayed at the September 1 week at the eden hotel guests. It is a newly renovated hotel with about 60 rooms, in a very central yet very quiet location. Lobby, bar, restaurant and front desk all are modern and comfortable equipped.
We had full board and we were just thrilled by the gastronomy. For breakfast there was a buffet with different cold meat, cheese, fresh fruit, various eggs, bacon, muffins, croissants. Nothing was left to be desired. For lunch and dinner, you could choose from three to four different appetizers and main courses. Before there was a salad buffet ... and in the evening the pool was a ok standard. The dessert was served but you had many selection possibilities. There was also a children's menus if the small from the menu nothing liked. To point out the friendliness of the staff in the dining room, as well as in the entire hotel.
We had a double room with baby bed (3. Floor). The room was now not exhilarating but still ok, there was everything you needed, although some items their best time behind itself. Tip on request for a room on the fifth floor issues, because these are all newly renovated and really very, very nice.
To the beach it was a bit more than 50 meters, each room has a parasol with sun bed and parasol included in the price. The beach is really fantastic, especially for families with small children (there are also many playgrounds and gym facilities for children and adults on the beach).
Also the shopping streets is about 50 meters from the hotel in which you can have a nice stroll in the evening or just strolling.
In any case one in bibione certainly not so get bored. read more

Very nice and clean hotel, you can absolutely recommend however, the only imperfections are the only from 07:00 are o'clock until 09:00 o'clock and we are only at 8.45 o'clock for breakfast and they gave us before the wet everything cleared and 15 minutes before the breakfast closing! read more

We stayed for a week at the hotel eden and were very pleased. The location is not in the first row, but we did not need a five minute walk to the beach. The rooms have been renovated a few years ago and we had two commodious Double room with connecting door, modern equipped, two bathrooms, beds well, two tv's, two mini-fridges, air conditioning. Food was good. There was always salad and anti-pasti buffet, the starters and main dishes were served, which we like it was a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room there was always four hors-d'oeuvres and four ... main courses (Meat, fish, poultry and a cold Hauptsp. ) to choose from. The side dishes were to any court in the same, which however did not disturb us. Al refeed gave it to ice, cake, fruit, fruit salad etc. drinks were relatively cheap.0.75 litre bottle water 2.90 euro minutes. Espresso 1, -€. Three things to complain: in the relatively small pool children because they could stand as with four and six years. There is no separate pool for children, but we were only on the sea and beach. The animator spoke as good as no German. The cloth napkins, which we had for lunch, we were also for dinner put back. Partly because of the children very soiled, but I have just got fresh napkins or waiter bring. But everything else was ok, the staff was very nice and the hotel to be recommended anytime. read more
