Overall a very succesful vacation with relaxed children, their English for the first time voluntarily basketing we had. Rather more simple English audience, the however - after possibly first superficial devastating impression - accommodating and umgänglich is. At the weekend many spanish guests. There are three large building is one of the main building. We (two women and two daughters 16 years) were accommodated in the hotel made. Nice lobby where the dining room is. On the second day a note in our room was located, if you want to change the hotel. You could see three hotels. We stayed at the hotel paraiso de alcudia changed where it was half board and got 20 €for the drinks in the evening you pay had to. read more

    Large beds where the bed areas but with foreign hair were. In the bathroom, it smelled fallen to drain.

    The hotel service was reasonably. The room cleaning of the beds was not very good. We had hair in the newly obtained beds. In the bathroom it smelled very to drain.

    The hotel is right next to a mountain, to our time at the end of the beginning of August September it was very windy. There is a shuttle bus every 30 Minutes to the beach and in the town there was also always a bus.

I was already in this what used to be great Club over 18 years ago and only had good memories of this holiday. Then though there hadn't been all inclusive yet and the middle hotel was not occupied. Anyway the Club from then wasn't comparable to todays hotel. The Club also was anything but clean. It was also hard to maintain because most people didn't know how to behave and left everything lying where they stood. It was loud and overrun. After 3 days we were able to change the hotel. In the Condesa de la Bahia it was just ... great. read more

    Our room was alright from the size. Altough the bathroom was completely covered in mold. Our friends were even located in a staff room because of the "overbooked hotel". There there was only a small windows and for 2 people a 1.20 meter wide bed.

    We are not all spoilt or fussy but the food was not acceptable. In our other hotel there was really the same food but "with" taste. You had to stand in line for ages to get into the restaurant. You could plan on 1 hour of your time.

    The staff were annoyed and quite unfriendly. No surprise if you think that in this hotel hardly anyone put a tip in the boxes placed there for that and the staff had to do with guests with bad manners. Our complaint on the other hand was taken seriously so that at least we were able to take a positive experience with us.

    To the beach (and we went there every day during the days of our stay to get away from the whole commotion) was alright. 10 minutes on foot and there was a shuttle bus to the beach. But also there like with so many things in this hotel you had to stand in line for ages.

i thought i should write a review on this hotel as it was fantastic, the hotel was clean & tidy staff were very friendly & helpfull, there was something for everyone regarding food plenty of it and beautiful. lots for the kids to do ,pools were spotless. we took our two children there in september and we loved it we will definately return in the very near future. FANTASTIC!!! read more

Only downside was entertainment. The hotel complex is very vast and supervision in all areas is difficult. Great range of activities to be had read more
