I was for the umpteenth time in the hotel. It has me again really enjoyed. The staff are friendly, rooms spacious and clean. The hotel is for busiiness trips (free airport shuttle bus) and also for a family getaway to Düsseldorf. Around the corner there are 2 supermarkets and also some restaurants are in a couple of minutes easy to reach on foot. All in all : i am coming again. read more

Normal, slightly old come business hotel. Old room, partly dirty carpet, in the hallway on the 2. floor smelled it strongly after smoke. And the already been achieved (lindner nights) no status in all hotels the lindner group applies (applies only in the hotel where one is native guest, with me Hamburg) i knew not yet and i think not reasonable. But otherwise everything ok. , an absolutely sufficient hotel for an overnight stay. read more

A really good and pleasant hotel the 4-star hotel. Attentive and friendly welcome and very good reaction in case of a complaint. The hotel's location is ideal for people, a flight must stay/want. There is a hotel's airport shuttle. The parking space is with € 17 way too high, and it will be utilized, that one nearby almost no parking. If the service-chef (2 times restaurant for dinner) also friendly and accommodating would be as the employees at the reception, this would surely still more pluses. Moody, arrogant and not very customer service oriented-a really nice staff/waiters could our bad ... mood over the outrageous front desk service-heads by its pleasant and courteous manner smooth. If he hadn't been the case, we would have the restaurant leave again. After a busy day i don't need a bad-tempered waiters. Therefore, there is friendliness and willingness to help only 1 point (under service). A shame, the good picture but troubled. read more

We stayed for a concert in the iss dome and this was the location of the hotel excellent. We had just a short stay, however were very satisfied. On spontaneous requests could quickly respond. The inclusion at the check-in at the reception was very friendly. We would gladly come again. read more

We have the offer 'sleep/park and fly ' taken into account. That means: night for breakfast and for the duration of the vacation, free parking. Has as always spotlessly worked. We had a upgrade to a suite received. What shall i say, so begins the vacation especially good at. We have the 'happy hour' used and were of the quality the rom convinced. The dinner is qualitatively high-quality and we had nothing to complain about. The inkludiertee breakfast is for early risers nothing to be desired. Although not as extensive as the regular, be satisfied. We say again and again ... and we also after the 7 time very comfortable. read more
