Because the hotel not too big is is a family, very pleasant and warm atmosphere. You feel you as a guest immediately welcome and personally addressed. The hotel is very cozy and lovingly decorated with many lovely, in traditional tyrolean style. In our holiday week was the guests a cross-section of all ages-from the young couple with infants to retiree couples. Also the guests other a friendly and considerate association together well maintained. First of all one speaks german (the largest group ), but also (of course) italian, english and so on read more

    There were different room categories, we had a comfort room. All in all... - comfortable, - clean, - comfortable beds, - (large) tv, - we had a beautiful balcony - new furniture Everything ok!

    We had the half board, what a multi-course menu for evening included. Also here you can only good things to say. Versatile breakfast buffet, everything you in a star hotel expect can. From the freshly pressed vegetable juice,, fried eggs and sausage the warm italian brioche. In the evening are generally two to three menus to choose from, each in the starters and the main course to be selected. Starter and dessert then every day fix, always a rich fresh salad buffet and cheese platter at the end. Nice also the daily changing, lovingly draped things in the tables were nicely decorated. A great service: every morning a infokarte on the table; the preview the dinner, on the other hand, wettervorschau and hints for wolkensteiner actively program (both for hikers and mountain bikers).

    The service in the entire property is extremely good. A soothing blend of attention and warmth, without ever seeming fake. With all of our questions (for hiking, the weather, the equipment, bus connection) with large peace and in detail geantwortete. We never had the impression with our questions inconvenient to come. Room service is very good and found discreet in the background instead of. Towels, bathrobes, sauna and bath towels were after use consistently oppose new replaced. During the dinner has time the room controlled, trash emptied and so on. All great!

    There is a very nice large spa with a pool, sauna, steam bath, different liegeräumen. Everything is great in shot. A particularly beautiful ambience! Of the pool from a magnificent view in the valley!

    The hotel is located in a quiet area a little bit out of town from the center Wolkenstein. From our room with a balcony there was a wonderful, unterbauten view of the mountains and the grodnertal. Wolkenstein and the grödnertal rating i save here – just lovely. Good the connections to the public transport. By bus one is within the grödnertals very mobile and can sunday A ) the car leave B) more hiking plan without always at the base to return. On foot one is in 2 minutes at the bus stop, in five minutes in the center of town.

Unusual professional and nevertheless personal and informally run hotel ( family business). The whole family (3 to 86 years) was highly satisfied. Excellent cuisine and basement. Very friendly, attentive and discreet service, lots of patience and friendliness with children. Very good tips for excursions. House and yard are outstanding, tastefully furnished in the Tyrolean style. Very nice Hallenband and spa complex. read more

The guests set half from italians and other nationalities together. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet.     The room ( junior suite ) was pleasantly large. The division with separate toilet ideal and the balcony there was a view of the valley with sun freely, the every day again fascinated. A small fridge with mineral water filled is available. The furniture and the selection of the entire furnishing is classic, classy and attractive. The room was very clean and tidy. A safe is available, with the batch close and open. Also the tv had a good decent image size (94 centimeter ) but unfortunately no hd -tv.

    The breakfast buffet was varied, sufficient, fresh and always got re-filled. The quality excellent, one noticed, that the owner joy on the occupation had, and the guest spoil wanted. The menu in the evening, for us was from the portionengröße ago, really. We eat at home in the evening only little. You could at any time order. The combination of the dishes was excellent and very tasty. The preparation and food are really good 1st class. The restaurant and the bars were, as all rooms, very clean and were each food freshly set.

    The owner, children and family of the hotel work in business with. You will very friendly and accommodating welcome. The staff are very friendly and also fulfilled unusual wishes with use, without the peace and quiet to lose. The language skills in the entire hotel are Italian, German, English and french available. The rooms were speedily and very clean cleaned. We felt at home.

    The distance to the place is not large (10 minutes on foot, way from the street and evenings well lit). For hikers, the huts 'climb' want, there is possibilities in langental (parking) and a tour in the pine forest and open way (about 2 hours).

    The room and the attached bathroom was very large, friendly, bright and relatively new with a balcony controlled air conditioning, safe, 32 inch tv. On the bed radiated a starlit sky. The bathroom features two washbasin a bath tub with a shower and thank god over many places to put things. A separated toilet.

    The dining room was in two rooms divided into their middle than separation the salad buffet or morning the breakfast buffet was built. For quantity and quality of the dishes and a drink you really can only höchstnoten rating, because only as an example, where there is in a 4 star hotel in the buffet of starters oysters to choose from.? The kitchen style is typical of the country to international and the crowning was once the desserts buffet the in my opinion is unparalleled. The atmosphere in the dining room was quiet and relaxed, the service efficient and friendly, the hygiene was ideal and what i especially liked, the presence of the host, the always friendly the guests looked after to ask, whether everything fits, and so on Next to the dining room was a bar, with adjoining tv-area and other places to sit, also a nice terrace on the after skiing good in the sun stay could.

    The hotel has different saunas, but we due to the already high temperatures the skiing didn't want to use it. But what we used was the swimming pool the a pleasant water temperature and the good and proper jacuzzi. In this area were enough relaxing loungers in the interior, such as in the outdoor area.

    Hotel lies beautiful on the hillside on the edge of Wolkenstein, on foot about 10 minutes to the city center. To ski-lifts the winter sports region the hotel offers a smooth hotel's own kleinbustransfer of, the guests at the valley station pick you up in case the drive on skis to the hotel like us middle march is not possible. Apart from that it is on the boards up to the door.

Although on the outskirts of Selva di Val GARDENA/wolkenstein excellent location, very good starting point for hikes and bike tours. In the town there are ten minutes walking distance. The hotel and facilities are extremely well maintained and very clean. The food: great breakfast that left nothing to be desired and at night there was always a menu multi-course. And if you sometimes from the menu number liked, it was offered immediately. Thanks to family welponer and staff for a nice and unforgettable week relaxing vacation. read more
