Rooms were large enough, otherwise I am on vacation and always out as I am only for sleeping and showers in the room. Was everything you needed. Even a kühlschrschrank with small freezer! ( had for excursions and at the beach a small cooler with thermal packs for everyone. We have these evening dareingepackt and during the night they were again fit for the whole day.) the equipment in the rooms is simple! But have gradually to renovate. Our passengers had already a new bath.

There's a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Everything in buffet form and always variety ( were 10 days there and at main courses, there was never the same). The kitchen was at the guests adjusted but there was also every evening a food typical of the country. Early or evenings didn't find it was your own fault was. We have always found something. The beverage prices were also totally as a part of. If you a bottle of wine ordered and not all got you on the next day again. The waiters and the head waiter were always like the bienchen. Strong praise! Because in the 10 days they were always early and evenings there. And always friendly.

Had the staff's hospitality never had cause to complain. All were nice and accommodating. Wishes and complaints were as quickly as possible fulfilled. All good speak German and otherwise with a little spanish comes one also super. ( finally, we are also on Mallorca.) on here we could we didn't complain. Room were every day cleaned, towels changed if one it on the floor, all together we were very satisfied.

As mentioned above. Those who seek peace and quiet here is simply super waived. Beautiful beach with great clear water. Trash or so was also early at the beach cleared. Since we the chairs and screens at the beach too expensive are simply stranddecke and ready... There is enough room, because the loungers only in the back part the beach and the front to to the water everything for the ' sandlieger ' is. The lots of stairs to the beach we did not bother us... There is rusting you at least not. There was almost every evening a light program at the pool bar... Perfectly adequate.

Beautiful, small hotel in a peaceful location. Directly at a beautiful bay. ( on the right for breakfast or dinner could see.) Felt very, very well, because it is not such a impersonal all inclusive hotel was. All of the staff were extremely friendly and has almost fulfilled every wish. The whole hotel was clean... ( please do not forget, your since not in a German three star hotel.) from the guests were almost only German speaking guests ( lots of regular guests) every altersdurchschnittes.

From the airport ago, we had about 40 minutes transfer. Cala Santanyi is a very small place on the south-east coast. There is a supermarket in the place (from the price). If you needed more you had to already to Santanyi ( circa 5 kilometer far away) by bike or rental car go. The small town is for people who just your peace want, perfect. No disco or drunk people. Simply super. For excursions we easily at the front desk a rental car ordered. Only execu the key in/out privileges and after the days dropped. Again many thanks for that!

For a three-star hotel really reasonable. It was clean and comfortable, there were enough possibilities the store, a write/making up table, the bathroom had a bath tub, a toilet and wd and a washbasin and enough possibilities to store things away. The cleaners were nice and did a good job, even without tip.

So we have no booked half board, nevertheless it was not a problem at all on the final day with the other hotel guests food and it has the same cost. 7€ the breakfast per person and 12€ the dinner. We only ate dinner. The choice is not huge but it everything is there, from pasta over fish to meat, vegetables and sunday As a dessert there were mousse au chocolate, flan, fruit salad, fruits and ice. We only on one day ate there, otherwise always in all possible restaurants. Nevertheless we found, that it was very good.

The staff are very nice and willing to help, she speak really good German, English and Italian (naturally even spanish). The cleaning of the rooms was always good ( fresh towels, the bathtub was clean, the soil wiped etc.). Almost at the end our vacation I had to use the hotel doctor make, because I expect from a high rock cracked am (where beneath the large cave is) and I subsequently cheating and ear pain had gotten. It was sunday, but the doctor was within 30 minutes away and was very nice and also had the same medicines for everyone.

The pool was really clean. The animation was ok... The blues band is very good but the travestit show was a little one-sided. Otherwise we were not other animation events there.

The hotel I think great! We really wanted to with the rental car the island leave and each second day another hotel in different places search, however we on the first day so much, that we could have stayed longer are. The staff/-inside are very friendly and willing to help, they spoke very many languages and the good ( especially German, but also Italian, English). On the day of arrival a plan, where the supermarket, the way to the beach etc. Shown. It is very easy is find your way. On the day of departure you get a rating sheet. There is a tennis court, pool, evening entertainment ( not every day but we thought that was good). There are especially German in this hotel. All age groups were in this hotel, from young to retirees.

The bay was wonderful! We are with the hired car on Mallorca drove around and very many beaches seen but the cala santanyí is one of the most beautiful booked, so we felt it. There are lots of people ( with small children) but the did not bother us, you can nevertheless your peace have... Underwater there are a lot of fish, a diving school is right on the hotel ( there you can saturday at 12 and I believe also on wednesday free test hour take) and you can also opposite from the hotel on the rocks are. But the in my opinion greatest: 'it pontas ' a stone arch, the middle in the water stands. You can this stone arch with a paddle boat or swim to. Some climb there also.

We got for our two-year-old child a crib and a enough big room. Tv is small (but who needs it...). Instead of a air conditioning there is a ceiling fan the right was useful. Balcony with 2 chairs and table, unfortunately was the exterior lighting in the entire hotel defect. Fridge and three outlets in the room available. Large bathroom, hair dryer you can B. B. At the front desk check-out counters. Our room had lateral view of the sea was quite nice. Unfortunately it was in the evening quite loud, some of the lower kitchen and the bar. Later at night intermittent then but only more sound.

There's a restaurant with beautiful view of the sea in the main building. Offered half board in the buffet-form. Breakfast from 8:00-10:30, during dinner you had to for a layer decide: 1st shift from 18:30 until 20:00 (official admission until 19:15) or 2. layer from 20:00 until 22:00. The whole but thank god not strictly handled. There were empty and we never had to wait for a table. On our way back at o'clock we could we had a mini-breakfast buffet strengths. Quality and the choice of the dishes was quite good, also the cleanliness hardly left to be desired. The upper plastic-tablecloths were simply wiped and required replaced, which was okay. High chairs are sufficiently available. The waiters were friendly, but with the abservieren somewhat overeager. Atmosphere in the dining room was sometimes loud, apart from that good. The prices are very good, drinks must all dinner be paid. For the fridge you can drinks directly at the bar favorably buy (as was the 5 litres -water for example 5 cents cheaper than in the next supermarket).

The staff are mostly friendly and understands good German. Daily cleaning of the room was done well. There are several additional services like for instance laundry wash (1 convenient for 4 Euro), towel- and sun screen-rental, bicycle-rental (circa 10 Euro per day, child seats can also be rented) offered.

There was about 3 times per week a evening agenda in the neighboring house at the pool ( at the other evenings' soccer-tv evening' or similar). With the evening agenda you should not high standard expect, but it can be quite look at... Pool we didn't use. Beautiful hotel beach with mostly clean water. Shade on the beach in the morning and evenings available. There are 1 weak, cold fresh water shower. Loungers, sun screens ( further back) and pedal boats can be rented. Lifeguards from to o'clock. Once daily in the morning there was an expensive melons-beach vendors. There are several beach bars which recommendable and also a beautiful view of the sea offer. For children there is a nice, small hotel-own playground approximately 3 minutes out from the main building ( locked, key must one the porter every time get). To the public, small playground it is about 15 minutes by foot.

The already obvious somewhat older hotel is good managed and it strives for its guests. The complex is on several houses divided. Large luxury you shouldn't expect, the vacationer get good value for money.

The hotel lies in the south Mallorca right next to the sea. From the airport required we about 1:15 (+30 minutes waiting time to the transfer bus in motion began). To the beautiful, slow sloping sandy beach at the hotel it is about 5 minutes by foot over the street + 135 stairs. A bit longer you go without street along the sea on the diving school from the hotel ( stairs you can with the hotel elevator 2 floors abbreviate). The Cala Llombards ( a further idyllic beach) is in about 40 minutes by foot reachable. Cala s'almunia and the natural morro bay is about 2:00 (... In case one finds, sigh). To the natural park Mondrago with its beaches in 1 hour by bike go. There is a only somewhat overpriced supermarket with the hotel beach (5 minutes), cheaper shopping in the town Santanyi ( about 1 hour walk ), for example at the market wednesdays and saturdays. The stone arch pontes is from the hotel about 15 minutes, to the fishing port of cala figuera approximately 1 hour. For party-tiger the hotel is not suitable, for going out the remote Cala Santanyi is nothing to offer. For all other objectives you have a bicycle or rental car check-out counters.

Were ok and quiet the nicest if you have lateral view of the sea as we booked had a dreamlike view of the see... Air conditioning? Nil return, only a fan on the ceiling but only the hot air circulates... The equipment in the rooms are quite old, mountings in the bath would have to urgently renewed, the cleanliness of the hotel for example expired carpets and einfachverglaste window to speak the same language... Balcony with plastic chairs and table very small...

Unimaginative, always the same, rolls tasted after nothing never worth 4 stars! The tables and chairs as the whole facility clearly getting old...

The waiters at breakfast and at dinner rather bad mood/grumpy, at the front desk however always very polite helped... With complaints but rather lapide handled 2 times criticized we the door to the balcony pinches but up to our departure did nothing...

The evening shows a good joke, animation= 0, access to the internet 1 euros for 5 minutes, cleanliness at the beach was ok, loungers you could also in the afternoon still free, sport tennis court nothing else...

Alone the large disadvantage if you like we bad luck and in the 2 construction section are you always have below ground between 9 and 22 hours on the main building to the hotel room... Something was confusing the for example the more beautiful pool in the apartment complex villamar was... The cleanliness was okay, but some have already gotten very old...

Wonderful bay but what to see the island there were unfortunately no bus connection therefore one is almost forced a rental car to take... A small supermarket completely overpriced if you in the surroundings a convenience store compares...

Is ok, bit bigger would not be bad, but only for sleeping it was enough. TV available, ARD, ZDF, RTL super RTL, telephone would be also there. Unfortunately only fan, no air conditioning.

Food as mentioned was very good, however really not much selection. 2 types of meat, 1 fish, side dishes and salad, that was it. It handed us. Price for beverages were normal. Once I had a wine ordered and got a bottle of wine, instead of a glass of ;-) for 12 Euro, well the wine was good and after I drank were the 12 Euro but it didn't matter ;-) perhaps one must simply clearer?! You don't know ;-) .

The staff were nice. However I can the other great reviews over the staff ( besides at the front desk) not understand. They were friendly, not less however also nothing more. In the restaurant I found it rather a very icy mood. The lady at the pool bar but it was super nice.

Access to the internet 1 Euro per 15 minutes, only used it once, is well not cheap but okay. Pools were very clean, but my son only once, the beach is simply too beautiful. Animation: there were even two musicians since, the were very good, and once a comedy and zauberabend, well was okay, the dog was great ;-)

The hotel is already a bit older, it is however everything clean and well organized. There were for the most part German tourist there. The food was good, but it would be fitting it evenings not as a buffet, but as 3-4 different meals with side dishes to extol, then many perhaps not so disappointed. However the quality was very good. Breakfast was ok. The rooms are okay, the bath could be a bit bigger, but ok. Towels should you on the floor, if should be changed (save water and detergent, environmentally friendly!). However the walls are extremely thin and (we were in the side building with side view of the sea) extremely clairaudient. Had some nights at felt 35° room temperature ( air conditioning does not exist, only a fan ) nice techno music until late in the night and other conversations was almost live ;-) and as a special event: although geckos at the wänd!

The proximity to the beach and the beach itself are great. Had a rental car, you need, if you not only at the beach wants to bathe ;-), there is also lots to see nearby (10 to 20 kilometer). For example Karibik beach es trenc, botanicactus, Sant Salvador, salzsalinen, cala figuera, there also the in-location Pura Vida with an enormous location on a cliff above the sea. Also the restaurant right at the beach is very recommendable, very good food to good prices and the Paella is terrific. And really nice service. Also opposite the hotel the pub cerveceria pontas according to my son the bese pizza the world;-)

Getting a bit old, is however everything worked well. Difficult stay at hot temperatures, since the fan hardly facilitate and the heat in the (single -) room congested. Facilities otherwise ok. In the room is a fridge, in the one food good cool store can. Cleanliness in the room good.

Food in buffet form, the dinner left of the quality but to be desired.

Friendly and helpful, German speaking staff. Hotel is good run, repairs were prompt. Cleaning of the rooms very good.

Cleanliness very good, food as a buffet extensive, tasted rather moderate, good service, normally friendly and helpful staff. Since in the room no air conditioning was, it was in the nights to warm in the room and impaired the quality of sleep is. The ceiling fan brought something linderung, if one including anyway, but cooled the room not.

50 minutes from the airport to the hotel are ok, furthermore it will mostly on a highway. To the beach a longer stairs, the beach is on foot in 5 minutes from the hotel reachable, also completely okay. Wonderful bay with turquoise water, largely clean beach, shallow waves. A small supermarket with an extensive assortment.
