Furniture come from a discounterschlussverkauf end of the 80. Urgently in need of renovation.

Exclusively reheated food/finished products. A chef, there was not. From second day we went out to eat.

Very friendly and always tried hard.

Apartments nice and big with a big balcony. For us it was more than adequate. However bathroom in need of renovation, the bathtub durchgerostet and only with bathing shoes to enter. Beds are single beds and pushed together but ok. Altogether rather old-fashioned.

Buffet varied and rich, we were completely satisfied. Drinks taste also good, not too sweet. Everyone should find and perfectly ok for a three-star hotel.

Staff friendly, good German language skills. Cleaning of the rooms ok. Amenities with inquire further also okay.

Animation rather sparse and nothing special like for instance dj with discofox program or short quizrunden. For children 3 times the week children's disco nicely done. But otherwise rather quiet and expandable.

Small, beautiful however ageing apartment hotel with 130 rooms.

Beautiful peaceful location, nevertheless centrally located. About 5 minutes to the beach, the is really very nice. Numerous shopping options in the area.

The rooms ( studios and apartments) are well appointed with kitchenette equipped, in which you in the fridge his drinks easy cool. The double beds are unfortunately from two single couches, but this is not a serious problem. The furnishing is because of the years and some guests worn, however reasonable. The bathroom with shower or bath tub was perfectly sufficient. The living area with dining table and couch, where you could watch, was good and the big balcony offers plenty of space, around to relax and its things to dry. The safe in the closet in the room can 2,50 Euro per day plus 3,00 Euro deposit be rented and is located in the pricewise framework.

The restaurant is large and offers enough space. There were relatively a wide choice of food and drinks, however remains the food now times matter of taste. The kitchen for each nationality something to offer. Unfortunately the food was often not hot, but it is always full, even if sometimes 'only' fries was. It was always everything refilled and the plates were cleared quickly. One had only very rarely and then only short queue. The whole area is clean and if something spilled was, was immediately cleaned.

The service was despite long season and enormous lots of work very good again. It is the staff at reception, the bar or the cleaning ladies, everybody was always friendly and accommodating. The knowledge of German at the front desk were very good, the cleaning of the rooms was done well, often required we only fresh towels, so you with broken spanish also could communicate well. Additional services like for instance the laundry were not needed. There is however a positive note: a lost and later back bekommene cardigan was from the staff found and ironed. A nice plus point! Complaints there was not.

The pool area is large and beautifully built. There are many chairs and umbrellas available. For gamblers there were pool tables, pinball and other device. The beach is wonderful. The cleanliness was ok and the food is matter of taste. Unfortunately were the dishes not always hot. The guests were mostly German, but also other nationalities were there.

The location is great. It is quiet, because the hotel not right on the main street and the hustle and bustle and the beach section there is the most beautiful in the bay. Shops are in the immediate proximity and the way to the beach is just straight ahead the road down. In spite of the main street there are pedestrian crossing, in which the drivers always stop. To the beach it are a few minutes' walk away. Excursions can be booked and the bus stops to the center from Alcudia or towards the can Picafort are also nearby. The transfer to and from to the airport took about an hour. Luckily we were in two vacations finally picked up and could after a few minutes on the highway and are so fast arrived in Palma.

As already mentioned here-not clean and very run-down. Many broken corners and edges. Fridge and climate okay! But also that was not no matter to us, we just wanted sun!

The staff were ' always make an effort' as they say, but a hospitality I did not feel-it is at the bar or elsewhere-rather after the motto: I war yes money! On the dealing with complaints I can't say-I wanted the 6 days the us here not with such stuff bad-just wanted sun :-)

The food was very diverse and for every taste was something for everyone.

I think that the hotel employees very friendly and hard-working the guest/us the vacation as beautiful as possible to make

The pool was clean and no day crowded, since the sea not far away was.

The hotel isn't big and you will therefore not so much 'action'.

Peaceful location and not far to the sea

Capacity and distribution ok. , cleanliness well, is sunday But interior is urgently renewed respectively be renovated. The mountings in the bath totally furred/dirty, slatted frame on the first night apart (without activity mind you) and the twisted bedroom door couldn't close. Kitchenette felt from the sixties equipped with two fossil glasses. But the best part was the tv: screen hardly bigger than a smartphone (was fun way of Nokia), ferndbedienung was not done, sound you could only on flüsterlautstärke hochstellen. Can be annoying, when it for three days rains as with us. No hair dryer available. The ancient safe, the only with a key and not by code to open goes, we had to for 32,- Euro fee ( not deposit) rent, insolence!

Good news for men: it is written that long pants during dinner should lie, but there shows none on it. That one recognized only the new arrivals. From 2. food short, what at 35 degrees also is adequate. I personally am on vacation not a large value on the food. But also here the hotel in comparison to other 3- sternern worse. Little choice, little taste, little variety. Plates clearing takes sometimes also somewhat longer. Especially the staff in the restaurant is rarely a joke or an approximation friendly face from, I have never experienced something like that. Drinks, only served in plastic cups. The most, also cocktails, will be ready on tap. To bestummten times the spigots in the bar sectioned off and you have to the pool bar go. There is at least the only ray of hope, Joan. The service was always friendly and in a good mood. The gall is, that at: o'clock the area around the bar is closed and you asked to leave is, at least in the area the front desk, where places to sit are. Our room requirement ( a upper floor to the pool out), we already several weeks in advance by e-mail expressed had, was completely ignored and we got exactly the opposite. Pool area was very ok. Here there is the only advantage real plus point, the hotel rating: there are no chairs reserved! Not a single in 14 days. There are always vacant chairs available, the however not cleaned. Animation at the pool as good as not available, good for the, the not be disturbed want. Too few showers available, sun screens not versetzbar. Evening agenda a catastrophe! The overburdened entertainer makes boring quizspielchen or agonizes the guests with private singing. At least here we have made till the flight. The ' shows' were also not always fully booked, which was way too low set air conditioning couches could. The location is very good. To the beach you need only 5 minutes. One must thereby a busy street cross, but Mallorca stops generally everyone at a zebra crossing. Beach is very nice and spacious. Fine sand in the water. No rock etc. And you can very far walk in. Bars and options for shopping there are a lot of in the immediate area. Hotel itself is very quiet. We had a stree-facing room out, but that hardly busy. Only disturbing was a little yapper from neighbor garden. In the old Alcudia I am on foot in 45 minutes' walk, however, you can also by bus make, stops all couple meters. To the harbor approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Size was matching with a big balcony. Room is clean, is every day well cleaned, no dirt found. Room is equipped with a small kitchen, in which you can find everything you need in case you cook wanted to. Shortcoming in the room was: double bed from 2 different folding beds, the constantly apart moved and the mattresses move out of place. Have the beds with lace tied together, after the first night and with pillows of the wall from the mattresses together pushed.

Food served purely for food intake. All of the food had almost the same taste, is no. Salt and pepper stands on the table from the plentiful use must. One was every day full, but after 5 days you can the food not see more and get despite hunger nothing more run down. The biggest part of the food consists of fast food, such as fries, the still half a potatoes and... The food was very greasy and nevertheless no taste.

At the front desk is the staff very friendly. Front desk is always occupied and speak mostly German. Staff gives always trouble. Sometimes plates were taken before the last bite hinuntergeschluckt has. Once a bit rude in the restaurant, but otherwise ok.

So once water polo seen, but after 5 minutes was canceled. Otherwise not often which saw. A only good action in one week. Entertainers has one also hardly saw. Evening agenda also rather poor. Pool is clean and beautiful designed and divided.

In the large us we are for our first vacation satisfied. The food is but bad and there are a few things, which one improve could, then it would be a really good hotel. Like for instance pool is evenings with bausperren grid separated, more selection of food and clearly more taste, pool bar should day be open, because guests are back and forth pressed and should not even entering.

The hotel is peacefully located. No 10 minutes to the beach. Next block shopping options and every 15 minutes cheap bus connections into town to the harbor or other places and beaches.

Family room with air-conditioning, tv and balcony. Bathroom was a bit old fashioned, however clean and the room corridor reachable and not only from the bedroom. The extra beds were real mattresses. Very positive if you 9 nights to spend. Pillows were plentiful, but at the front desk be ordered additionally.

The bar and restaurant staff was very friendly, after partly already 8 hours work. The restaurant was very clean. For the food was plenty of choice, many fresh fruits and salad but here the difference to a 4 star complex clear.

Very decent and friendly staff with good German language skills. Really friendly to the children. Cleaning of the rooms to normal spanish proportions. Of course if you to German cleanliness is don in Germany stay.

Great big pool with 0.80 centimeter maximum depth. Great for my two children (3 + 4). Pool for the larger with a maximum depth of 1.65. Pools morning and evenings cleaned. Children's entertainment was very good. Friendly, nice and always in a good mood. Was also on the kinderwünsche a. Animation for the adults was also very nice and friendly and not to exaggerated, as in many clubs.

Older hotel, the particular time a renovation lacks, however very clean was.

Quiet lateral road. Small shops in 50 meters distance. To the super great sandy beach about 5 minutes walk. With the taxi to the city center or to the harbor about 10 minutes away was really affordable.
