Nous avons passé un très beau week-end dans cet hôtel. Nous reviendrions encore à tout moment. Toutefois, il faut savoir que l'espace Welles est plutôt petit pour la taille de l'hôtel. En outre, il n'y avait que 4 chaises longues dans la salle de repos, c'était vraiment très peu. read more

We were with our stay in the Mosel Hotel Hähn very satisfied. The friendly staff in our experience very pleasant welcome. The breakfast was very good. There was a wide selection of pastries, fruits and yogurts. In addition one could get oneself egg dishes freshly prepared. The dinner was also very good. Only the area didn't appeal to us. We sat in a large, thin winter garden. For breakfast the conservatory very suitable. For dinner the seat in the conservatory not very comfortable, there the tables close together stood. The wave range is very clean and has different saunangebote. The ... staff for applications was very friendly! Conclusion the stay was very nice and relaxing! read more

    Breakfast there was in the conservatory. Clean and beautiful. Buffet in the closet built up. Quality and quantity very good. For in the evening there is the wine cellar, we have on the first evening eaten. Very nicely furnished, comfortable. The tables outside are ok, unfortunately not really comfortable.

    The frontdesk was very friendly (a glass sparkling wine to the greetings). The room was clean, we had only once fresh air, as it is a bit musty. The room was cleaned thoroughly. During dinner 1. evening nothing to complain about, very nice table, great service. On 2. evening was the waiter unfortunately little attentive. It was 2 times next without our plates cleared or questions, whether we still which drink (which we would have liked). Are then to the bar to pay, have referred which we gladly still something to drink could, was taken care of him but only taken to the knowledge, more not.

    Unfortunately, there were except for the spa treatments and of the sauna no leisure offers in the hotel. If you, as we, afternoons appointments has, one must look like the rest of the day anyway. There was a smoker's bar, from which we (both smokers) straight back out. It smells extremely. Unfortunately there are no bar where one evening was still comfortably which drink can. The spa treatments are very good.

    Distance to the Mosel about 1 kilometer. In town there were shopping possibilities (REWE). Since we arrived saturday noon 15 hours the first statement had, we are after winningen to the airport, for walking in the vineyards (wonderful view over the moselle valley) and to Koblenz the ehrenbreitstein fortress. A worth a visit.

We have a weekend when short time-way for 299 Euro and were unfortunately disappointed. With the upgrade to the comfort room, it is a very small room, where we can't the standard rooms want to see. The interior was good and also modern, however the clairaudience we so in a star hotel have never experienced something like that. In the small bathroom we have furthermore toiletries missed, which in a wellness hotel of course should be. The dinner was good however nothing especially. On the first evening we have in the conservatory eaten and a bottle of wine ordered. The ... waiter brought this in a basket and tried this elegant (lying!) To open-it is what must be, red wine on the tablecloth. On 2. the evening we had our candelight dinner, where us the waiter at the bar again in the winter garden to. We stayed on our c-dinner out, what the waiter the staff at the bar right curt carriage and first its plan to get, as he this did not everything can continue. This is us only unprofessional a. Ok, to the soup we after some bread asked and got it really two concepts slices of toast - in a star hotel! Other guests have various breads with dips enough get, the probably not this package booked. The food was good, however nothing especially and the price structure maintainable with the drinks sometimes more than covered. A glass sparkling wine with hibiskusessenz for 7,90 Euro - in the sauna area costs this even sleek 8,90 Euro! On the day of departure we were on our gift for the farewell to the value of 30 Euro curious and have a coupon for the next stay in this level. Surprises us not now, however is the interpretation between gift and coupon different. All together we can't recommend the hotel, since the coupon in short time-way regular 599 Euro for 2 people charge, we this in the hotel offered arrangements however not patch found. We would now not the word enough in their mouths, but leaving the readers the review. Say we want, that we several times a year short break undertake and of course never perfect hotels meet, however we can this 4 star not recommend. read more
