Attractive hotel in a well-kept and clean state. Guests too many Russian origin, which I only positive statement. Not many germans. What the age rather somewhat older average. Friendly and helpful staff with however a few German. read more

    The size of the room is sufficient. The furniture is modern and attractive, nothing was broken or run-down. The bed very soft. Have any night slept very well, although I a room to the roadside had, however on the 4th floor, so that I it not as very loud found. There is a flat screen with some German programs, a mini bar, the well equipped and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The room was a plus point in the hotel!

    There's a restaurant, which clean and tidy works. The tables are clean and the staff concedes quickly the used plates from the tables. With the drinks lacking a bit. If you don't say, it can happen, that you not at all remember, that you have nothing to drink. The biggest fault of the hotel is the buffet, which very poor and tasty, but also less tasty local dishes offers. It is really only, if one has not very spoiled. The coffee I could for example do not drink, but there were also tea or milk. But not everyone is so clear. The spaghetti, which amongst others every day there was, were always totally overcooked. There were daily the same 3 cheese and about 3 types of sausage, but also scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, many pastry particles, the very tasty were. Furthermore muesli, fruits and yoghurt. All together it was, had only booked half board and that was also well sunday You get outside everywhere delicious things.

    The staff are very friendly, speaks however only very little German, English not a problem. My room, which big enough was, was daily well deseamed and a fresh hand and towel there was also daily. The maid had a beautiful decoration on my bed leave ( dog crafts from towels). Said at beginning of my stay a small tip for the maid to leave, possibly had the impact on the cleaning of the rooms, I can't say. On my 1st day I had a complaint concerning the shower in my room, what was clogged, so that the water it stopped. The diemma was immediately fixed. To complain about I the size the wardrobe. For me alone he has enough, but for a few definitely not. And I had not excessively many clothes for everyone There is a laundry service, doctor and child care, I can say however nothing, since nothing taken into account was.

    The indoor swimming pool is a joke. He is very small, but clean and tidy, as well as the jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool is large enough and clean. The quality of the water is daily examined several times, as I could watch. Another shortcoming is, that there are no towels for the pool respectively the beach can borrow and it is not allowed, the towels from the room to bring you. You are forced to, a towel to buy. There is entertainment and no other cultural offers, like for instance theme nights. The beach is fine sandy and cleaned daily. There was however in September to end of the season quite many seaweeds in the sea, however the water was very pleasant warm.

    The hotel's location is simply great, which is why I booked. Directly at the beach, which over stairs can be reached. For disabled however less suitable. The hotel lies in Neustadt. One is in 10 minutes in the old town and also in 10 minutes at the harmanite -beach, which I personally still better appreciated as the beach directly in front of the hotel. There are shops countless, as well as excursions local providers. This however not used because of the difficulties with the language, but on the tour operator a tour and some excursions by bus in the immediate area done. By bus you are for example in 30 minutes in Burgas or primorsko.

We stayed in villa list a week Frauenurlaub made. Since we were already the 2. Once exactly this hotel selected, already says everything. We always felt really good the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Also there problems with the TV had, everything was done this Prioblem to solve. The new pool area and the around is great. We can villa list really absolutely recommend. read more

The hotel is not bad to stay. But the food is simply bad. We had 13 days the same breakfast and dinner was absolutely dead. Despite the weather we could swim in the bay of Sozopol, not, as the red flag was hoisted on a daily basis. Explanatory memorandum: only in this bay, there were the death so-called waves, the water in the sea opened the swimmer would. This was the information from the rescue from the beach. Great, vacation by the sea and you can see it. I also available on the tv. Sozopol is quite simply not well ... maintained and dirty. There was trash, only these were in the 14 days of our vacation not eleert. The gardens were watered and are only brown. Our first vacation in Bulgaria will also be our last. read more

Good three star hotel, located directly on the beach, shops, restaurants, close to everything, beautiful and sufficient beach chairs with cushions at the pool, nice small well-kept garden, unfortunately too small rooms and very spartanly furnished, cleanliness and linen OK, breakfast was good dinner as, good bar with reasonable prices, Internet available (1 euro per hour); generally very good prices in the hotel and in town. German language skills. almost no ideal for a beach holiday by the sea. read more

the hotel is very clean and nicely furnished, breakfast was also very good and the staff friendly. We would not again after Sozopol drive, the ocean was completely full of seaweeds, so that one only in the pool swim. The beach was unfortunately very crowded. There is lots of restaurants and bars, we really enjoyed the food but only in the hotel. The hotel itself we can however further-recommend. read more

Due to the room location directly below the swimming pools and poor insulation, constant noise we were exposed (waterfall and 24 hour in-use filter). Means the noise: noise on the days and in the night and, as a result, nine sleepless nights from 12 September 2010 03 September 2010 to! The bathroom was very damp, spread out from the infested with mold (black spots on the ceiling) and was in a catastrophic, shadow (damaged tiles and grout, leaky toilet as well). We were each evening by poor badelüftung very strong chlorine from the swimming pool satisfactory exposed. Celebration party by ... escort guests in the hallway outside our room. read more

We were in Sosopo and from the beautiful and picturesque old town loved it. The hotel is centrally located Villa list ' and easy to reach. Striking was the courteous and very friendly atmosphere. One felt immediately welcome. The very clean room matched the catalog description and provided a fantastic view on the sea. Breakfast and dinner were very rich and varied. The 14 days we spent much to quickly unfortunately. We are very like again in this hotel. read more

We have us felt very comfortable in the villa list. Very friendly staff. Very spacious room and very quiet. Have we never used the pool, there were a few meters away from the sea to find is right. We had what we needed anything. Beautiful old Bulgarian town with very many interesting restaurants. Here you can see something Bulgaria, not as the gold or sunny beach. In the new part of Sozopol busy tourist hustle and bustle. At any time gladly again! read more

My daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Villa List Frauenkurzurlaub made. We liked it so much, that we this year these repeat. We felt very much at ease. The room was every day, after we evenings from our independent trips or beach visit back, tidy and fresh towels in the bathroom hung also to use ready. At the front desk the staff were always very helpful, if we come again times for a getaway, we always independently without travel guide said, asked. Also the service staff was always nice. We are already looking forward to our short break in ... Sozopol, because Bulgaria is a beautiful country, the food is tasty and in the Hotel Villa Trick you can really let go. read more

Everything was absolutely fine. Very nice seaside holiday. Hotel has direct view on the town of Sozopol and the old town. The entrance is directly from a street of the new town. read more

The Villa List claims to be a 4 star hotel. We booked and paid a deposit for 2 rooms with sea views. On arrival we were told that our request for a sea view was a "wish" and not a "requirement" and we couldn't have them!! This is a common problem with the Villa List as we heard numerous guests complain about the same thing. The air conditioning didn't work properly, the bathrooms are tiny and in need of renovation. You must pay extra to use facilities such as internet, jacuzzi, steam rooms etc. They even charged us 2 lev ... (1 Euro) for a broken glass!! There is no pool bar which means a 2 storey climb to get a drink. This is a 4 star hotel with a 1 star mentality - Avoid it. read more
