Very nice, friendly hotel. Unfortunately the walls were a bit thin inside of the hotel ( snoring neighbor).
The staff were always very friendly and willing to help.
To the beach ( pebble beach-you get used to it) it is around 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
Dinner was very rich, delicious, and something for everyone.
Would again and again there want to sleep. read more

Rich, widely varied offer for the food, especially in the morning. That was really good. In the evening there was much selection and variety, however everything tasted 'no' and was partly cold. This is buffet but rather the rule. After a week I had enough of the session food.
Nice, dedicated staff. In particular head waiter worried really around each detail. Already with the smallest tremor in the face he asked, if everything is okay. With all one could to him come, he always had an ear to lend, for matters nothing with the dining room had to do, and ... was immediately active; a set point type!
The rooms were well cleaned and tidy. Everything was tidy, clean and well maintained. You could decide yourself, whether you fresh towels want to or not.
The entrance area is quite small. Often there was a 'traffic'. Altogether is the hotel lobby case 'manageable'. You have to constantly some people avoid and be careful where you hergeht.
The area of the inner courtyard with the pool is also a bit small. Often there was a little crowd. All available standing loungers found definitely not sufficient space in an adequate environment. Between the individual loungers were sometimes no space. For children this is completely unsuitable, the adults can with what arrange. The loungers as such are quite hard, not adjustable and therefore uncomfortable. One spends most time however outside of the hotel respectively the hotel.
Annoying was, there was only a CD and the each evening was inserted. It began always with 'a Whiter shade of Pale '. Sometimes there was live shows, as well as Flamenco. That was OK.
I am with a rental car from the airport to the hotel went. The hotel has no own parking. There is a cooperation with a hotel in the neighborhood. The parking there is normal 17,00 Euro per day, as a guest from the Acapulco it will reasonably priced. This can only be for the whole length of the stay taken into account or not at all.
The remaining impression altogether is neutral. No absolute Consent however no rejection. Average just, as the three stars reflected. It fits so. With some tour operators ( for example Neckermann) is a week half board for 216.00 Euro offered, what more can you complain? I have however directly booked and paid substantially more. That was then OK. Therefore, be careful how and where one booked. Definitely not directly, or with the help of a left Ryanair, the matched then not at all. read more

Medium-sized complex, we had a 3 bett-room. That very generously equipped; the whole hotel is in a very good state, partly also modern (6th floor) presented.
Cleanliness: in general is the room and the whole hotel very clean and tidy;
A downside I however here:
We drank in the evening on our great roof terrace sangria. Unfortunately by our tollpatschigkeit a bit much valance. \u263a we had only taschtücher around the coerced other things. Cleared also otherwise everything away. However plaster the housekeeping staff balcony not (sticky) changed only the full ashtray!

A informal lead hotel with own flair. The 200 rooms are modern decor. Especially worth mentioning is the cleanliness. The cleaning ladies are tried hard, it all guests do it justice. Always nice and friendly, accommodating, this is not everywhere so.
Breakfast and half board are just great. So much variety and quality we have never hotel experienced. You feel there, that the director of the hotel with a lot of love this S hotel and always present. read more

For party vacation very good, as a family rather look for something else. Too large expectations you should unfortunately not have, the hotel is partly already getting old. The cleanliness me positively surprised, the room was very good cleaned, even the bathroom was cleaned very well. The glasses and the cutlery in the restaurant were against very dirty and disgusting. The food was not so the Bringer, it has always the same and meat you could not at all food, partly it was not to enjoy. Directly next to the hotel there was luckily a very good Kebab-shop. The pool ... was very small and loungers it has also very lacking. If a beach chair had very early get up, for about 200 guests were about 30 loungers available. The hotel is very central, but nevertheless nice and quiet. To the discoarea are less than 150 meters and next disco approximately 70 meters. The beach is unfortunately no sandy beach, however rather a Pebble beach. The water was nice clean and pleasantly warm. read more

The hotel is very clean, and value for money is good in any case.
However we unfortunately had no balcony, we very missed (maybe our fault because we do not quickly and the said)
Staff are very friendly, partly very good language skills, sometimes not so good.
My conclusion, for party vacations the perfect hotel as it is very centrally located, if you peace to have wants, is in my opinion in this hotel not really, because there around the hour relatively loud. read more

Was with 6 of buddy to the ABI there, clean hotel with friendly security and free Wi-Fi!
Food was always good, everything you could food and the cleanliness at the buffet it was always controlled.
The location of the hotel to the discos or bars is just perfect, one is fast in the hotel again ( approximately 200 meters the disco road) but has the direct noise the parties not in the house. Water pressure in the 5. Stock whilst showering left something else to wish for and there was only 2 German tv channels but on vacation less important. ... Daily beds/ change of towels and always clean rooms. For friends and young people mainly because of the beach and the partying after lloret come exactly the right thing! read more

Was with my girls in the Acapulco initially in one apartment-the cheap dosshouse all times for 3 to 5 people was the schlafsotuation a graus for the two happy in bed 3 angebehme nights-yes there were only 3 because after the first night we had decided immediately on smaller and much nicer room to reclassify unfortunately took the changes for a very long time and we had 2 jortornächte before us. The place on the sofas/chairs was an isolence. The air conditioning smelled mildew and served their purpose as well as not at all something to genuine duschorgien led with ... 5 people and a bath likewise the cement is amazing. Well, the following nights in cool and clean double room was very pleasant. Food was also inedible but the staff themselves really nice and also Lloret de Mar was just amazing. read more

All of the staff were totally nice. We wanted first only a couple days, then again and again extended. These worked great, the staff were very flexible and helpful.

For a party vacation the hotel is ideal. The hotel lies at the start the main shopping street and you can from there easy to the beach or to the bus station. The food is OK. The hotel owns free Wi-Fi, which one in all the rooms use! read more

The hotel Acapulco is overall a beautiful hotel. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly, especially the people in the service at the buffet were always in a good mood and always friendly. Often were the front desk employees about bad mood or I don't know what, but in any case no hello or some homes of appreciation. Our 3 persons room would you probably in Germany as a single room offer. Quite narrow only Spanish and Russian television, a nice big balcony.
In short:
On the whole it was enough for the day relaxation and in the evening ... to wait, to party. Good and cheap for a party vacation to make.

We have been for over ten years in this hotel. The staff, the food, the room, everything was always super. In addition to our Spain vacation we know of course there were other hotels, but we love it the best in Acapulco. We are also 2012 there again. My wife and I always book half board.
