The service was very friendly and helpful. Facilities of the hotel as you from a five-star hotel in a metropolis expected. In particular the breakfast buffet is hard to beat.

We had a deluxe room including breakfast and were with our choice more than satisfied.
From the friendly front desk at the check-in to check out after 6 days everything was great.
The room spacious, with a large bathroom and a view of the pool area, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and left nothing to be desired. The staff in all areas was very accommodating and helpful. read more

Everything extremely positive! Only point of criticism: pool use only until 19 o'clock permitted. And, to the 6 days our stay was the pool-area 2 times from 17:30 locked, since the area for company events was booked. That was therefore blöd, since we after our day trips in the late afternoon to the pool for relaxing gone are, which of the days unfortunately was not possible... read more

You can get for your money, what you would expect. The prices for extra charge as WLAN or in the restaurant however, all rather outrageous. This is every German Hyatt cheaper. But the rooms are and the service a joy. Easy access to the new center-if you know the way. It was amusing, that there is only one outdoor pool. Free swimming trunks packed. read more

Very nice hotel close to the Taksim Square, so in the center of Istanbul. Thus super connection to public transport (underground & bus stops a maximum of three minutes walk away, many taxis available), and a variety of opportunities also for the evening entertainment (shops, restaurants, bars).
With the car very long running times, strongly dependent on time and the weather (when it rains rather more time plan)-the way the airport <-> 30 minutes or the hotel can mean two hours.
Beautiful furnished and clean room, large bathroom with tub and large shower, LCD TV, multiple phones, Internet access (unfortunately ... not free of charge), air conditioning, safe. No noise from traffic or similar
Pool was on the season already closed, but also very well maintained.
Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Not only the standard selection, such as eggs, sausage and bacon, but also many food authenticity (olives, sheep cheeses, pastries in turkey, fresh fruit).
All in all, a highly recommended hotel! read more

The hotel is not in the center of the old town, it very touristy, but in the modern and up-and-coming Neustadt of the European Istanbul with many bars and trendy shops. By public transport or by taxi, you could get anywhere you want. Please note: The taxi drivers Cheating taxis faster than one can think! And the restaurants along the harbor and under the bridge are poor, very overpriced! read more

We had first booked the new Park Hyatt over the official Hyatt homepage.
Two days later the management informed us that the Park Hyatt would unfortunately not be finished on time, they would offer us a suite with Club lounge entrance for the best special price in the Regency. In the room we found a personal letter from the Park Hyatt manager which told us to contact him. After a telephone call he sent us on the fourth day of our holiday a driver who drove us to the new Park Hyatt (under construction).
(5 min. away) After a very ... friendly welcome he showed us with a German speaking employee for one hour the complete hotel from A-Z. This hotel will become with certainty the best in Istanbul. (Cordial thanks to the friendly manager and his employee for this great experience) Customer service at the highest level, totally BEST.
The Hyatt Istanbul was a hotel like one was used to with Hyatt,
one of the best of the city. Everything absolutely pleasant, very clean and luxurious. read more
