Hotel outside very nice, grounds were very well kept. The beach also pleased us, however at this time of the year, from at noon very windy, which is a relaxing chairs on the beach impossible. We have in this hotel spend a very nice vacation. We felt very good.
The staff, the guests, the dominican hotel, the food, the room, the beach, the loyal dogs at the beach, the excursions, also on own fist by bus for 50 cents per person, Jeep Safari with waterfalls for 19 Euro in the Plaza to book rear right \u263a, everything was great.
The only thing that we didn't like, was the sea, the water is almost never been clear, mostly very cloudy. We have never seen so little bathed, as on this vacation. Although we knew, that it ... atlantic is, we with such poor water is never counted. A shame \u263a read more

The hotel is badly managed, our suite 'premium club' was never before 15:30 o'clock cleaned, hotel totally overcrowded,
Extremely many dominicans with large families, very loud, food in the dinner buffet and in the restaurants little tastefully, mass instead of class, partly inedible (for example pizzeria), in the premium range rather ok, staff constantly drive with loud cart (without rubber tires) and small trolley through the area, the annoying massive, animation at the pool run away, extremely loud and extremely stupid, the 2 tennis courts in lausigem condition, networks way too low (on our repeated pleas not fixed!), sandbelag ... neglected, full of pebbles and crooked, the cabinets and chest of drawers in our suite old and rickety, air conditioning extremely loud (supposedly not to fix it ), the whole hotel is old and run down, premium range way too small, jacuzzi full of bacteria, cloudy water, lobby carelessly
And uncomfortable (station atmosphere)-a total joke-never again! read more

For us, this vacation was really great. We have 'nothing' what it to moan returns. We have also not at all looking for.
At the weekend storms as already several times described the dominicans to the hotel, but it was in our opinion no problem. We did not feel 'pestered'.
In all we could relax very well and it is not for the last time that we were there.
A point was a little disturbed. The salesmen at the beach were the whole day in the area where the guests are and have partly their napped. One felt constantly watched ... from the vendors. OK, there were only a handful of hotels open and they also have to make a living and sell. read more

The complex is very large and getting a bit old. We were in the house 12 building. Our room - superior was huge but. The air conditioning was läatig loud. The bathtub should urgently be replaced. For disabled the hotel was lacking a elevator. In our travel time it was open rather quiet.
On the weekends, but the locals a, as the plague of locusts. It was noisy and in the main restaurant almost impossible to get something to eat. It is advisable, at the weekends in one of the theme restaurants to book.
The cleanliness of the rooms was ... satisfactory. We have our cleaning lady with German chocolate bribed. This helps. However it was too small, around the mirror cleaning to may. We stop even cleaned.
We had booked all inclusive.
We knew before our trip, the cathedral. -republic for the americans that is, for us German Mallorca. It were lots of different nationalities since, but not a problem for us represented. We felt, as long as possible with all of them. But I think, that we were the first were, the' German eck' founded. The average age we did not get, played for us no role. We have with us all age groups maintained and well understood. It is of course also the goodwill. This was from our side available. read more

We stayed three weeks in the premium club and really warmly recommend. Friendly and helpful is the staff almost around the clock ready. At the weekend it was always a bit noisy since the domis approached but if you then peace needs is Elvis great place \u263a at the beach right along about 30 minutes and you're there, a small unassuming bar where you will have fun we have. It was one of the most beautiful vacations! The hotel had already the best years behind it but you feel very at ease. The staff are always endeavors the desires of the guests to fulfill! For entertainment is also ensured, it will be every day activities offered, either by the pool or at the beach. For the excursions there is a inside tip! In the adjoining Einkaufshaus there is a supplier where a Hans-Peter works. The excursions are very, very well organized. It is reasonable value for money also. In case time the weather in between is, speaks it rains ..., one makes you tour just at a other Appointment. I would anytime again a tour with Hans-Peter book. read more

We have wonderful days. Our room was large and clean, the bathroom very spacious, as well as the shower. The food was simply superb. The buffet has everything required which one could imagine, daily there was a other treat numerous choices. We all have restaurants tried and were everywhere satisfied, there are some left the service somewhat to desire, other exceeded the expectations. The beach is fantastic. The service was great, even the ordered breakfast the rooms (at excursion days) came very punctually. We can only recommend the hotel. read more

Large plant in green surroundings with many guests but no crowd. Very well maintained. The bathroom uS a bit disappointed, equipped for everything you need but somehow nevertheless renowierungsreif. ( compared to the example to the toilets in restaurants ). But it was still okay. For the safe we had to 28 $for 12 days pay. Some events in the evening morally quite questionable. Full service very friendly, fast, no matter what it was about. On the beach sufficient beach chairs, pleasant shade under Mandelbäumern. Great places to snorkeling. Trip-horse riding in the jungle very recommendable! A great vacation, no ... matter, whether you only relaxation or active wanted to stay. Would in any case do! read more

the complex is very well maintained and spacious. There is many rooms, located in the various houses well split up. We had a big room in the 1 upper floor, the balcony was priceless, for the safe we American dollar 15 per week paid, however this is not assured. We had no wardrobe, but an area, our clothes hang and the remainder have we in the TV Bureau stowed away. The room was daily 'cleaned' in other words the towels changed, the bed made, ashtrays emptied. We as Austrians have a strong difference our usual standard felt, which however the ... price a bit well. Everything was very worn-out, in the room, as well as also in the area, however is the staff really constantly in use, various mistake mending! Also the gardener were always industrious the cut, cut and water. Unfortunately often at 8 o'clock in the morning ☹ the disco next door (Congo Bongo) we have very good, also the music from the hotel was good to hear. The rooms are very badly soundproofed, good ear plugs are very recommendable! We had all inclusive, the plastic cup are not so bad. In the restaurant you can get glasses, the staff were always very accommodating and friendly! The seafood restaurant and the Mexican restaurant very recommendable, the pizzas were very good. We have always found something, which we liked, since it was always enough choice and salad and pasta you could always get! The cocktails were for us rather disappointing, as the orange juice from the automat not taste good at all but that's a question of taste. We had people of all ages in the hotel, many Canadians and English, a few German. There were many couples there, exactly Groups of younger the people the whole day party or older people wanting a comfortable vacation in the hotel Barcelo spent. The shopping centre outside of the hotel is for souvenirs to be recommended. Excursions I would at the travel guide or at the beach the Sporthäuschen book! Banana boat is not recommendable, no waves and only really short Duration ☹ on the whole it was a beautiful, more comfortable beach vacation. read more

We have in this hotel our first common vacation. I myself am by profession wonderful place and 8. just more on many small things that a successful and relaxing vacation mind. The distance to the beach, shopping is great. The selection of food and drink is very extensive and really sufficient. Highly recommend is a trip to paradise island, the in the hotel or travel guide offered. ( white sandy beaches, coral reefs for snorkelling and turquoise water) in short a dream. The only minor shortcoming which we could mention was the party mood of the guests and a loud ... music in the evening. Fast to sleep was often difficult. Otherwise there was from our side nothing to fault. The hotel is definitely recommendable. read more

The hotel has surely the best years already back itself, you can but daily see you attempted again something reason in the structure to get.
the service of the employees however everything immediately again out ripped what the time locally very relaxing has made!
what for families with children certainly it is very important, is the morning until evening the pool from a lifeguard will be borne in mind.
