Our 10-tägigen of California, San Diego was the second station. After two busy days in Las Vegas we found here vacation pure. And even though many exciting things on our itinerary we would like to have areas I couple of days stay longer... read more

When we booked this hotel, we have the evaluations in holiday-check not read, and if we had done, then we would have went with 100% recommendation just right. From the outside the hotel looks quite nice, especially the green flowers and the like. The check-in was a little chilly out, but fine clarification of the area. You can from the outside on the parking lot directly close to the room. We had booked a waterfront-suite. This was a corner room on the lowest floor. The bags and children car driveway very dirty. A door, the always was open. Then our ... room: a very bad smell in the nose and increased otherwise-the furniture was old, the carpet-ick factor very high. We were really shocked. Otherwise, the suite was not very large. I went back to the balcony, with a view to fresh air, but it smelled even worse, mildew, mold, not just to explain. Cigarette butts scattered all over the balcony (although it is permitted to smoke, not within a radius of 50 metres). The balcony furniture was full of spider webs, glass table, looked, as someone had draufgehauen, loud cracks. Very neglected, very long not cleaned. Cracks in the wood, the walls. I have not seen. When I saw the pictures on the holiday check now saw, I was only surprised, our room was not very pleasant! The hotel is only partially renovated. One night we were there, then we have gone. Since the hotel made of wood, it was quite noisy. All of above was to be heard. Our door lock was loose. So our sleep was not too deep. As I said, we are gone, we could have taken us a different room, but we just wanted out. We were just not comfortable. read more

The Humphrys located in the port of San Diego, from which you can enjoy a great view of the skyline. The hotel is very large, clean and you get a bit of the rainforest. Lots of green plants decorate the hotel area. There are also some restaurants which are within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel, even though it (due to the great location)'s more expensive. We specifically in San Diego can recommend the San Diego Zoo us personally liked it better than the Sea World. With the car was about 30 minutes away from the hotel. read more

Humphreys is located on Shelter Island, a peninsula close to downtown and the airport. Apart from the hotel and there are numerous marinas close on Shelter Island almost nothing. The led, they were going for a fairly quiet corner San Diego to do - also with a great view of the skyline. For activities in the city you need a car, as it is a public transportation system, but in the city is a good hour. By taxi, however, it was a 15 minutes walk to the city. The hotel area was very well presented. Most buildings are to be ... a very nice garden and pool area built. You immediately felt comfortable. Our room was on the latest state of the art, from the two large new LCD TVs. apart But the rooms are very large and more like a small apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, and the balcony, the view of the Bay in our case. A better place for breakfast you can't imagine. In-room safes, and refrigerators are also available. To any food in the hotel and we were self catering so we can't comment on quality of the food. Self parking is $10 a day. We wouldn't another stay at the beautiful San Diego book again any time. read more

The hotel is located on Shelter Island and has a direct view of the skyline of San Diego. In about 10 driving minutes away you can reach the city center. The hotel is really dated Eirichtungstechnisch and could use a renovation Probelms. Despite that clean. The front desk was a little disappointing, as we were not recommend an excursion want us but not present Consierg demanded that on the. Excellent is the adjoining Humphreys restaurant with a great view of the marina, a modern decor, very good service and outstanding good food (but not cheap) read more
