The room was good, at least ours, which in the main building and therefore, the recently renovated area was. The air conditioner always full pulle works. The water was unfortunately never warm and under the wash basin stand 2 cable no effect from the wall. Here and there unclean worked, but as mentioned, we were not in the resin; o. The furniture was reasonable, everything was clean, no animals in the room, flat-screen tv with especially turkish channels (RTL II good, RTL bad, ZDF really bad, more german channels not)... But who drives to watch tv on vacation?

Very poor kitchen. Especially, everythingn't seasoned. The breakfast, every day the same (only exception, it was something from and not refilled). Only sweet rolls or substanzloses white bread for selberschneiden, 3 not definable sausage and after nothing tasting cheese. Dinner, daily rice with peppered meat or fish but without whistle and refinement, you got full. Fruit, water and honeydew melon, partly un partly overripe... 1 oranges otherwise rather dull. The ' waiters ' a total catastrophe. Drinks as zahlgast you had to get yourself. Cleared if at all, then in the moment you are eating, and then the geschirrwagen with the dirty table-ware took 10 minutes right next to your head... So dinner on vacation no fun,

Staff, basically friendly, especially but mostly ignorant. Even of the lobby only bad english spoken, german not at all but we were also not in the harz mountains. The cleaning of the rooms, well daily and initially really great, until we on the 3. day 5 Euro left had. The euros were way, exactly like also the sheets under the cover, a towel, and the mat were to end not seen again, Complaints we basically none had, when we had questions, was at least tried us to help.

Beach, so good foot bridge was clean. The bar was in october not powered, which prompted contrary to the warning on the sign our own drinks and food with you. Chairs were sufficiently available, cushions and umbrellas could be a bit more... But everything was for free. The sea... Fantastic. In october still pleasantly warm. Around the (partly delapidated-style) good foot bridge fine sand, in the direction open sea then partly stones/reef between the plenty of fish were. A genuine fun for hobbyschnorchler right on the doorstep.

As mentioned in other reviews mentioned, is english, or even turkish a absolute must in this especially englishmen and dutchmen visited hotel. The hotel (main house) and of the lobby make the first moment a good and modern impression. Even free wi-fi internet access is offered (however only in the lobby and in the evening due to the congestion rather poor) but who drives for on vacation. The rooms are cleaned daily, but it took forever and was of varying quality. Pools, swimming spot in the sea and on-site restaurant (from bed & breakfast to all-inclusive ) are available. Animation use we anyway never, but it was comfortable in the late season not very active. Average age was 50+ Recommendation only with drawbacks for kompromissbereite people, the tourismusmäßigen developing countries a chance.

As already described, in 3 to 5 minutes through the underpass and up to the 'beach' (own swimming spot as good foot bridge). By minibus, it is about minutes for 3.50 tl to of girne (here for safety's sake the price before clarify, ourselves but you have never tried to swindle), the drive to the airport takes about 1 hour in the immediate area there are 2' supermarkets' well, our one would say mom and pop store.

The first view was very promising. A bright, clean room, flowers on the beds and enough room. The 2. Impression revealed the bathroom, in the bath tub it was impossible, not everything underwater to sit. Everything was clean (the housekeeping has a lot of time), but the tub and the olle shower head was a minus. That was but also the biggest fault in things quality. There was a tv, an airco, safe, where appropriate, wi-fi and sufficient shelf space and storage space. What else could you want?

The food met not always our taste. You tried every day a varied buffet to offer, but the main thrust was now * tastes after nothing *. It was enough to get full, so I definitely maximum half board recommend, so that one without bad conscience also outward eat out can.

It was a pity that the staff very reserved, partly almost shy the guests contrary to trat. I have rarely someone smile see. But it was always a contact person in the lobby, the bar was 24 hours open and one was tried all wishes to become fair.

There were three pools, one of which is next to the main complex was. The so-called aqua park is great for children, the main pool offers daily animation for young and old and 3. Pool is extra for the apartments side of the actual hotels.

We have a week for departure and had with this hotel really not a bad choice. Basically, if you stay in the north of cyprus vacation power, must be prepared for some drawbacks. No matter wether 4 or 5 star, there is everything was still in its infancy. In lapethos is the first impression very modern, clean, spacious and friendly. If you don't speak English, you are however on this island lost, also the tourists are more british or dutch. German one hears and sees rarely. All together we could recover us good and tourism in infancy really enjoyed, since it is wonderful quiet, the scenery is still not massive other hotels paths and you can see and experience the genuine nordzypriotische life. For all age groups suitable, whether or without children you can a nice holiday enjoy, if you here and there above looks.

A freely accessible beach you will find in the north rather rare and if, they are against entry or owned by the hotel. The lapethos has a diving platform, the into the sea stands and a good solution. Small supermarkets support the self-sufficiency and restaurants and bars offer entertainment outside of the hotel. Shops you have for example good in girne/kyrenia, where you for 3,50 turkish Lira in 20 minutes with the collective taxi drop off is. These taxis are always and everywhere and extremely convenient.

If we the bungalows forget... Size of the rooms went, was not too small. The interior was fine. Bed, flattscreen, pool, bath tub ( if I was in the bath tub was stoßte I think head on the ceiling. My size: 1.85 meters) View was on a dump. Air conditioning was very weak, so that it evenings outside cooler was as if the climate on 16 degrees set. Mini bar, coffee machine, telephone etc. There was not. The walls in the bathroom were partly moldy. Everything looked a bit tired.

There was only a' restaurant' and a bar. The bars and restaurants at the sea were closed. The dishes were the purest disaster! Everyday the same! The food has really atrocious taste! And I know as the turkish cuisine actually tasted! I am a you carnivores and could a week no meat eat! It was really disgusting! Almost all the full board had, after the third day only outside eaten. SO no board! A pure waste of money! Clean it was not. To cutlery and plates to use you had to once above sweep. Everywhere at the tables race cats rum. Kitchen style I can unfortunately not describe. With my words style-> disgusting Atmosphere was rather cold, since the service no friendliness has shown.

Friendliness is in the hotel a foreign word. During our whole stay we have not even the word thanks or please belongs. Also a smile or beautiful guests was not to find. The well-being of the guests is the staff completely no matter! With German one comes not far. English or turkish duty to signs. To repeated call on third day our room cleaned. But then daily. But not thoroughly. Complaints were taken and immediately again forget. As mentioned, the guest was the staff but also the boss in the shop no matter.

The sea was immaculate. Really clear water and the bottom of the sea was, with the exception of a few rocks with finest sand covered. You could neither dirt seaweeds see. Loungers were plentifully there and you could (had) to help yourself, since no staff there was. Umbrella there were unfortunately not enough. Leisure offers or animation etc. I cannot judge, since I none saw. Do not know, whether anything has taken place. The pool has evenings so after chlorine smelly, that I in the morning, I do not at the pool dare. Since I'have seen such as the chlorine in the water beaker have. No thank you...

The hotel complex is rather large and clean. But if we to the rooms the view very frightening. With a low cost reservation you get a bungalow. However not only the bungalow, but also still each quantity roommates like for instance spiders, ants, bugs etc.! The doors are already pitted, so that you from the bed in closed door to outside could watch. To repeated call we ended up a room in the side building get, which actually was ok, if the prospect were not on a garbage dump and the air conditioning somewhat cool would. Our complaint as a couple a double bed to get not even notice. We booked full board plus! Was our largest mistake, as you in the hotel not food! But we later. Too many were in the hotel English guest, but that didn't bother us, since the average age of 55 years and all their peace we wanted.

The distance from the beach is ok. You can the sea and the hotel's own footbridge, through an underpass in 3 to 5 minutes reach. The airport Ercan is approximately 1 hour away. Besides a few grocery/souvenir shops are nearby nothing. However you can take the Dolmuş, the constantly on the main street aunzutreffen is, about minutes after kyrenia/girne to drive. If you want their peace and quiet is the location ok.

Very many things broken, despite daily complaint the problem unresolved

Food should be someplace else, in the small restaurants tastes it better

The employees do their best, particularly the waiter by the pool are very friendly

Quite simple knitted, beach does not exist, the bathing platform is everywhere broken (ladders around into the sea is shake)

The hotel isn't for German expectations equipped. There are room, which a renovation urgently needed! We had unfortunately one gotcha, although we immediately after arrival our first room had complained. In the 2. Room was the mini bar broken, the balcony-window did not close properly and the tap on washbasin in the bathroom spat to the rear water from. To 4 days we had then also cool drinks! The quality of the food left to be desired. Fruit is apparently a foreign word for the hotel manager. There was only red and yellow melons the whole week! This four star hotel, you can not with a four-star hotel in Turkey comparisons.

There is no beach, shops are approximately 30 to 45 minutes away, Dolmuş also very expensive ( 3.50 tl per person simple ones drive)

We had the family rooms/bungalows. the showers were very nice with hot water available. The air conditioners offered plenty of cool air, satellite tv, balcony and another smalish swimming pool to chill out in if I wasnt in the mood to get drained of my energy.. The rooms were clean and so was the outside too.

I was suprised to see the choice of bars and dining areas. again tables were always kept clean as well as the the general cleanless. As I said the food was top and quite refreshing to see a resort offering traditional local cuisine.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. English was well spoken. the rooms were very well maintained and cleaned nothing to complain about really.

There was a choice of animations offered during the day in the pool areas as well as disco and kareoke some evenings. The pools were very well maintained and kept clean. This was again very good compared to other resorts I have visited in other countries where the pools were overcrowded and dirty...

We didnt know what to expect because pictures good or bad reviews can be misleading. But, all of our worries disappeared once we arrived. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The hotel in general was very well maintained with plenty of friendly staff avalible to assist. The morning breakfat menu was quite extensive with plenty of choices. The evening menus were always replenished and everything was freshly cooked. It was quite refreshing to come to an hotel that offered local cuisine and not just bangers and mash.... lol :)))

Again this was faultless... very nice mountain view topped up by a very nice seaview. The beach was walking distance away, quite a few swimming pools very well maintained. It was good to have a choice of pools to cater for your mood. The Aquapark was good, clean and in a pleasent atmosphere. Me and the children enjoyed it a lot. There was other excursions offered, either to go historic sight seeing or to boat trips. The only downside was being about 1 hr away from the airport but that is not really a negative considering everything else that is so good about this resort.

The room was exceptionally large and well laid out with French balcony. The bathroom was with a bath tub, wandhängenden toilet, and hair dryer equipped. The seal the shower separation was unfortunately out of service, so that after showering regularly the floor underwater state. Unfortunately there were no toothbrush cup, toilet brush, no safety deposit box and no mini bar in our room with feeder installed. The air conditioning didn't work. Up to air conditioning and mini bar after complaint at the following day everything was fixed. Since the air conditioning didn't work, we had to leave the window open. The opposite our rooms installed Abluftventilatoren the kitchen walked day and night, so that we at night a sound level of 60 dB with our Nokia cell phone measured have. Middle the week we then the room changed and are on the parkplatzseite moved. The tv program only two German channels was (second channel of German television and RTL).

It was only the panorama restaurant in use, so that to opening regularly a rush on the tables were cleaned. The food was monotonous and partly tasteless. To the breakfast buffet was only one another sort of bread, muesli in the form of Flakes, hardly fresh fruit, but plenty of salads and olives, tea and instandkaffee offered. Evenings there was a sort of meat (mostly chicken), or fish, however therefor always strongly cooled and plenty of salads in all variations. The service staff made general mood by friendliness to raise.

The cleaning staff in other words too many Turkish, but it was always friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was not convincing and partly superficial. The staff in the lobby speaks hardly German, with English but you get along pretty well. Complaints in a hotel's book written down, and thus documented.

By the pool during the day musical Dauerberiselung. The pool itself was cold and it was not heated. The cushions for the loungers were free spent. The entertainment consisted of a weekly guitar evenings on saturday.

Large complex, the unfortunately not really well maintained. Many steep drops in the Fahrbereichen, partly broken Fliesenbeläge. The water slides in the aqua park were not more in use, the restaurant at the beach was closed. Many British people, French, Netherlands and German guests with an average age of approximately 60 years, of which some have difficulty walking. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible, has no elevator and the restaurant lies on the first floor. Toilets in the restaurant area were during the whole week not accessible, so that you in other floors parry had. A Urinal on the ground floor was due to constipation the whole week with a black Bag locked. We had the half board booked.

Between hotel complex and sea is the during the day much driving on main road to Kyrenia. A this meaningful Tunnelanlage combines the hotel complex with the sea. Bianca beach restaurant at the sea was not in use. The wood planking the good foot bridge on sea was creaky, the Stahleinlage the Betonumfassungen partly visible. The beach was also not wheelchair accessible laid out. Opposite the hotel there was a small supermarket. The trips with the Dolmuş after Girne are easy and cheap. From Girne more possibilities for excursions with the Dolmuş in all larger cities of northern Cyprus. The transfer to the airport by ercan is about 1 hour.
