We spend a very relaxing weekend on the 1. floor of the main building. To our great-positive-surprise there was even direct 'sea view', although according to the description only 'sea' was expected! A narrower horizontal neckline on the roof of the bungalows at front of the grounds, but at least, the bringts if you the price advantage to a 'with a view of the sea' declared location in mind. The breakfast terrace is wonderful and now (after the recent enlargement ) large enough that we always a lovely place found. Those who have good get along, that the audience mostly ... the 50-partly far-has exceeded and the beach many nudist-trailers frequented, can definitely make you feel right at home. The friendly and helpful service-the amongst others also prompt a softer mattress organised - ☺ did the rest.
Also culinary you can's quite good, if one no award-winning cuisine is. We were anyhow with hpsehr satisfied-even without the likewise offered 'à la carte'. Gets very sensitive guests however betray, that in the apartments in the field of lift, where apparently also a air-conditioning and ventilation system is, sometimes quiet humming noise to hear, unfortunately occasionally at night as well. A conflicting impression. A well-maintained hotel under the leadership someone from germany family, brilliantly located directly above the beautiful sandy beach, from the sunny terrace of the restaurant, on the breakfast was, a lovely view of the see, as rooms had we a suite, consisting of hall with kitchenette, living room with a sofa set, dining area, and balcony on the side, a simple, but efficient bathroom with natursteindusche and separate toilet. The Monte Marina Playa is a hotel for peace and people who want to relax. You're at the beach and can spend hours in both directions walk along the beach. If you're looking for action and entertainment, is in the wrong place; a car is essential, if you away targets would like. Otherwise, you can by bus comfortable in both directions (morro and rosario) drive.
Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent, you can also good a la carte food or at the evening buffet to decide, if you only overnight stay with breakfast booked.
You sit very pleasant on the ... terrace and has a great overview of the entire beach.
All in all the hotel you can absolutely recommend, if you want to relax. read more

We were now the 2. time in the Monte Marina Playa and again really amazed. In december we had a week before christmas great for swimming and surprisingly for Fuerteventura as well as no wind. Family duffner leads the hotel in an excellent manner by german standards! read more

We were here for the 4. time and we will come again.
Positive:
- friendly german owner, no language problems
- big room with a kitchen and with a great view of the sea
- very good breakfast on beautiful terrace
- afternoon cake offer
- beach and water on the doorstep
Negative:
- reception not always manned
- uncomfortable furniture in the room
- so slow a lot in need of renovation
- the kitchen of the restaurant is unfortunately always worse, pity. You could from the great restaurant much more.
We enjoyed always the peace and quiet in ... the hotel. For families with kids, the hotel is not really recommendable. To about 90%, the guests aged 60+.
If you are looking for entertainment is in the wrong place here. Once per week every evening there was a live programme. read more

We have as a couple a very nice and above all relaxing 9 days holiday with an easy going atmosphere with half board spend. The location is very quiet, also in the evening. The hotel lies somewhat higher directly at the beach. With sea views from the 3. floor in the main building the view on the sea terrific. We have on the 4. floor in a very well-appointed suite. The employees are without exception very friendly and accommodating. Decor and cleanliness are excellent, also for self-catering. We would book there again at any time. read more

Resort under german leadership by the owners. You can tell the swabian origin of the owners in relation to the cleanliness of the hotel and the richness and diversity of the breakfast. Over the restaurant (food and drinks) we can't make a statement, since we only booked breakfast had and dinner mostly outside goods or self catering had. Nice also the mittagskaffee with the home-baked cakes. The staff and the hotel management were very always friendly and helpful and mostly german. Everything very pleasant!

Large well equipped apartments the almost every day cleaned, we had view of the sea, right on the very nearby atlantic was, so that the waves could hear.
The age structure was average about 50 years, it was very quiet and there was no disturbing animation.

We can very good reviews the other Reviewers only confirm and the hotels also warmly recommend - we have gorgeously relaxed. Not suitable but it is for the, the evenings a lively nightlife or flaniermeilen searches. The is in Jandia better cared for. Wöhrend our travel time in August was the audience very mixed (German 70% / Spanish 30%): from the younger couple over families with children up to spry pensioners everything was represented. Still in need of improvement, as mentioned in other reviews mentioned, is however the half board (= dinner) mostly in buffet form. It is very German. ... The salad buffet is OK., the soups we would more variety be (next to the obligatory cream soup even a clear broth with complex). For main dishes, there was daily a meat in sauce/ fish in sauce dish-grilled meat demand the variety certainly good. Due to the shape of the warmhaltung seemed especially the vegetables sometimes overcooked. The is however really the only Weak point at this complex.
A couple more tips:
- An ATM is located right on the hotel ( for example with post- Sparcard free of charge)
- for beach towels (per 10 €) and the television remote maintenance (10 €) is jeweilseine deposit deposit.
- Electrical outlets are normal 230 V (no adapter necessary)
Drinks to the half board have daily be paid and cannot to the room be written.
- Diagonally opposite of the hotel there is a nice small bar (often also with live music until 22:30 o'clock)

Who a relaxing hotel with an easy going atmosphere searches, is available in the Monte Marina Playa just perfect.
We were 1 week in this very beautiful hotel. Although' hotel' is the wrong word. It came us before as vacation with friends. The staff were very nice and helpful. From the cleaning lady about the house technician to owner. If you an apartment with a view of the sea booked, is the view from the balcony wonderful.
Alone the terrace where you have breakfast or evenings delicious food is wonderful ( magnificent view on the atlantic ocean).
The apartments are ... very big with fully equipped kitchen. Itself the bathroom where you prefer alone ready made, are so spacious it didn't bother us if the partner with. ( you can even as a couple showers-) )
If you stay here your vacation bay, has everything right.
