The hotel makes in spite of the age of around 44 years a right good impression. It was absolutely clean, well organized and it wasn't missing anything. The rooms are from today's perspective, but a bit small. The average age of the guests should be very high, it is very lots of regular guests. The car in the hotel's own underground car park for a fee will be parked. We had a stay two nights and could at the end say, that we were very comfortable. read more

    Hmm, in my opinion the only weakness of the hotel. But a room only so bad, because a the furnishing not at all like, my neighbour but already. I personally prefer modern design rooms and a 70. years chic with light wear and tear. The room was somewhat small, but as well as everything available. The wardrobe is big enough with built-in safe. The bed was comfortable, the two armchair with floor lamp filled the room then completely. There was a mini bar, telephone, internet access and an older tv, it is going to give up the ghost,. There is no overhead light, only four same voluminöse lamps as a bed, work desk and lamp. By following the same cycle went with activity of the switches lichtschalters all the lights on, a bit unhappy. The bathroom was already updated with large wall-mounted mirror and a large bathtub. The exhaust fan in the bathroom, if any, didn't work.

    During our stay were only the restaurant seeterrassen, and the windjammerbar (with a poolside bar). To the house belong still the parlour and the Orangerie. Dinner was very good, the prices customary. The choice at the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

    In short: top! The staff at the front desk very friendly, the room absolutely clean, the waiter during dinner in the restaurant seeterrassen very accommodating and the waitress at the breakfast buffet incredible. You had everything in the overview, thereby older guests and helped regular guests easily addressed by name. The employee in the spa had asked all explained in detail, where to find what was. It was really to the guests a. Everything was very professional.

    The hotel offers a new spa area with various treatments. In the spa area features a steam room and a bio sauna. Besides there is still a finnish sauna with relaxation room. Highlight is an extremely large seawater indoor pool with various water jets. You could easily laps. Deep in the basement there is also a fitness room with various machines

    The location of the hotel is definitely great. Located directly at the beach with attached pier. Landseits of the hotel is the kurpark. Hardly any from the hotel gone, one was directly in the city centre of timmendorfer beach with its pedestrian zone and many cafés, restaurants and shops. It really couldn't get better. Otherwise navi do not forget, because in timmendorfer strand no hotel signs are.

Never again only a couple days in the Maritim Seehotel. We again all around felt at ease. Service, cleanliness and atmosphere leaves nothing to be desired. Our rooms - to the lake-matched our expectations. The breakfast buffet, as well as the benefits of the restaurant for dinner are particularly positive to point out. read more

A outdated beach hotel. Audience mostly beyond the 70. Decor plush with a lot of gold. The rooms big enough, however a bit shabby. Definitely book doesn't really have any because of the view. Amazing breakfast buffet. Unfortunately for the whole hotel only two elevators, which always considerable waiting times led. Beautiful swimming pool ( inside and outside) area, wellness area and fitness room with good furnishings. read more

    Room very small. Furniture was totally worn out ( minuten30 years old.) 4 stars? Different matratzenhöhe. Worn-out armchair. Pillows also tired. Sandbag is soft. After complaint a pillows. Window dirty. gardinenrückseite totally dirty. Air-conditioning and Coffee machine does not exist. Balcony was 14 days not cleaned. There is no table, no light on the balcony. Mini bar could 3 days long not with beer be, was sold out! Bathroom new but without shower with 99% seniorengästen. No air ventilation available.

    Restaurants ok. Price-performance -proportion ok. The advantage would be, although all side dishes on the plate would be in the menu be specified. Also a little more flexibility would do well.     Staff partly very friendly. With service nothing to do. Cleaning of the rooms different, depending on, who was divided. Complaints were taken to the knowledge. So very distant. Would have expected, that the birthday of my daughter at least one greeting of the hotel in the form of a map to the room brought, unfortunately not. Probably because of the a lot of complaints in our opinion.

If timmendorf, then in the Maritim. We want to however no sport in, but simply only enjoy. Are at least twice a year there. However may the rooms renovation stand. read more

The hotel has an excellent location right at the Baltic Sea. The breakfast room with a great view on the lake. In the summer even on the terrace possible. The breakfast rich and with a very generous offer. The wellness offer very good and foreign and indoor swimming pool very spacious, also with a great view on the lake. The location in the pedestrian area for a stroll in the shopping arcade is very good. The audience is mixed, but too many older guests. The own golf course with 27 varied Holes recommendable. read more

We wanted a few days relaxation and our wedding anniversary in the Maritim Seehotel partying. Just a small comment in the evening the previous day, a beautiful table for breakfast reserve may, has row from surprises lED. Not only, a beautiful set breakfast table found. We were given a beautiful Bouquet and a bottle of sparkling wine as a present of the rooms. The table in Orangerie for dinner was especially presented and in conclusion we received as a present a small cakes. The day was-also thanks to the excellent service and the attentions of the hotel - managed. Altogether ... we were with all the services of the hotel satisfied The Seehotel only recommend and we look forward to today on the next stay. read more

Good hotel with charm of the 70. The hotel reached in many things contemporary top-level ( breakfast buffet, view), but to some, the liability of the charm of the early eighties. So could the furniture in the rooms 'improved' will (is but everything clean!) and 'logistical' is a lot not so nice (from/to the indoor pool through the lobby go) and the parking spaces in the underground garage are very, very tight laid out! read more

This is the more elegant and more beautiful the two timmendorfer Maritim hotels, right next to the sea located. It is somewhat older date, but that adds to the comfort factor out. Very nice right at the Baltic Sea location. From the pool, bar and dining room you have a beautiful sea view. Clear the rooms are small, older and in need of renovation, but I wanted to have no room to buy, but carefree vacation enjoy, and that this comfortable hotel definitely. Staff: perfect, helpful and always friendly The barkeeper: very nice and accommodating, very competent. The dinner could ... not be topped. Rich, great food almost perfect! Breakfast also! Pool: great Saltwater pool, unfortunately only a shower! Sauna: A little too small, but very, very clean. Altogether a high comfort factor, highly recommendable. Hint: please bring back life in the night club, the unfortunately not accepted, for example by Structural Verfänderungen or promotions as. For example happy hour at 17:00 o'clock, simply in the club transfer! read more

We had a corner room, views fantastic, fresh fruit, 1 bottle of water, great. The rooms are as many other tourist criticize, getting a bit old, TV need once on the newest conditions is exchanged, as well as also the furniture. We could a rückenmassage, really super! The staff at reception, very, very friendly. At the front desk upon departure a little traffic, but it was. My car was from the staff in the underground garage blocked/ ausgeparkt, the spaces are so tight, I have never parking can. All together, once a complete overhaul is, a reason the seeschlösschen relinquishing. read more

A great and nice hotel, in spite of the Seventies style. A very friendly staff, friendly and guest oriented management of the hotel. Very nice new spa spa area! Dining great, breakfast very varied and very tasty. You feel in spite of the the old fashioned furniture in the room (except bathroom/ toilet) very comfortable! Recommendable nonetheless! read more

The furniture in the rooms is rather' getting old' for this hotel ( just not inexpensive) it seems urgently renewable to be. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and always fresh. The staff very attentive and friendly. read more

We were already in a few Maritim-hotels - all your art & fashion right. Unfortunately hotels a little into the years, even the furniture! -this Maritim has a great location, right at the waterfront/ beach. -unfortunately, the bathroom very badly soundproofed, the flush ran the whole night... -the service was, as in most Maritim-hotels, very good. -the spa area was unfortunately overstrained and fully booked, although spa weekend offered. No quick reaction/requirement of further staff at additional Terminanfragen. We were 8 women and wanted in the short term more treatments. We have already experienced better. read more

great hotel, located directly at the beach, unfortunately only getting a bit old. ambience a bit like in the seventies eighties. nevertheless recommendable. Stayed for a short trip here, everything was to our fullest satisfaction. Friendly staff, room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast was qualitatively & quantitatively very good, wellness area also everything well. Umgebungstechnisch on restaurants and bars everything available. for the industrious pedestrians/ Hikers is also enough room. in short: Gladly again! If the hotel maybe time modernisiern would the hotel again stage better! read more

    the room was for the furniture too small! In the bathroom there was only a bathtub with shower possibility. The air ventilation was broken. The mini bar was in a extra fridge. The built-in furniture for the mini bar were still there. The curtains had big holes. The pillows were too small.

very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. the wellness area is simply wonderful, with grandiosem view of the Baltic sea. the rooms are getting a bit old, but the view is simply unbeatable. the dining is very good, solely the selection of vegetarian dishes is somewhat poor. read more

the hotel is already somewhat older, what you from the room to see. There are old window, old doors (with keys to open, instead of card), old dark closets. The bathroom was refurbished, bright and friendly, unfortunately bit small. Therefor was the wellness area (for the US mainly went) top! Everything new, bright friendly Colors, clean and pleasant. Especially great was the sanarium (60 °C), a Finnish sauna and the Turkish, so something there for every taste! Towels received at the front desk, bathrobes were in the room. It was especially nice, that in the wellness area at any time ... water available state, as well as a kettle, a variety of types of tea and tea glasses. Here you could more than once to serve. Also the treatments as massage were very good and it was the value for money. Especially nice was also the swimming pool. Here you could with a sea view and under a starry sky swim laps. The pool was salt water filled. For a wellness vacation this hotel is absolutely recommendable nonetheless, if not most of the time in the room is. read more
