I was already often in white deer. So far i was always content. What this time not at all went was the service in the restaurant. Due to rudeness it can't be beat. In the wine decanter were deposits of wine appeared as if 2 teabag apart went. We have the waiter not friendly pointed out. His reaction was moan, eyes and without saying anything he went with the carafe way and came with a small and new wine again and placed this wordless on the table. At the end we ordered still 2 espresso. He came with the two ... was a back and asked unfriendly and definitely 'who still'. Something i have never experienced something like that. The food was really delicious, however the service was not done. The bottles of the table behind us, as our also, opposite in the neck from other guests turned off-why also always. As went were the other guests already 40 minutes away, the bottles were available but still in the restaurant rum. read more

Great hotel in great, hisorischer location. Directly in front of the wheinachtsmarkt as advent weekend not to beat! Deductions but at the quality of the dishes. We have twice as a part of our booked arrangements evenings eat there. For the first time there was a quite bland consomme and potatoes a reheated impression made. Evenly simply only matschig. With the 2. the side dishes just too long wait. The mashed potatoes were already a small movie formed and the red cabbage was quite cold. No good timing so. Knows i actually only from cafeterias. The duck was very good. read more

It once again everything was correct. A great hotel in beautiful location in the old town Directly at the market, with a view of the Rathaus. A beautiful room, friendly staff and an excellent Buffet breakfast rounded our stay from. All in all, we have in the hotel weißer hirsch stay very comfortable Home there and will be 2013 gladly once again to be a guest. read more

Chic and comfortable hotel in the middle of town. The room was very clean, a good size and in the equipment hardly any wishes open. As some other hotels in Germany also, is for me a strong drawback the wi-fi internet access for a fee is possible. Nowadays that is simply not anymore, especially in hotels many business travelers again. At a price of 125 euros per night (double room with breakfast) i think it is a disgrace for an hour internet access further 5, -€ to require! read more

Hotel is very recommendable with for us quite anzumerkenden drawbacks: 1. the underground car park belongs to the hotel, is however public. So there is neither in the underground garage still on the adjacent parking a guaranteed parking. Just in case of late arrival please inform yourself. 2. the reception rather cool to reserved, after a long arreise would be a bit more courtesy appropriate, forms so i think, you must not immediately under the nose held get. Also for the return trip purely formal attitude. 3. somewhat clumsy tischauswahl in the restaurant by the staff. The tastiest menu (can ... cook the great) was on the side table not particularly. The hotel is very good renovated and offers an ideal base for Wernigerode and the area to meet, in spite of the very central location it offers peace and charm. The corridors are something bends, which it for children not very simple makes. The food you have to highlight, a very good level. The waiters is friendly and considerate. The only managable, for a hotel of this class is the deal with complaints very high and is normally in the price category in the inclusive package. read more

The hotel has a top location directly on the beautiful Rathaus with its market square. Wernigerode and the surrounding Resin are definitely worth a trip! The room and breakfast were excellent, the dishes were fresh and diverse. The room was very clean and idyllic, we felt very much at ease. At night and in the morning it was very quiet in the hotel, one was not noisy guests or other woke us up. The average age of the guests is 50 to 60 years or older. The staff, particularly the serving staff for breakfast, was very friendly and attentive. The ... garage however is very narrow, but at least there is a-) we will come back without fail and the four star hotel really warmly recommend! read more

What annoyed: We were with a group arrived, however as Nachbucher. Therefore it categorically rejected, the group rate grant. We had considerably more than the other participants of our group pay. However was the Abendessenpreis with 22 €right, a good food, but very high priced. read more

    Since every 2. Street in this town a one-way street is, took the directions from stadtäußeren to the hotel 1 ½ hour! The main reason were certainly works, the navigator still not captured had. Therefore we called in the hotel to help, which the 1st attempt nothing helped, since we after the 5 or 10 street already everything again had forgotten. So worried we are from city information -office a city map, and called again. But this didn't help farther, since iregendwann a stop arose: you could the hotel not on the council of the hotel without, that you do not the traffic regulations had kept. The 3 call in the hotel said the young lady for us, that you every morning to the hotel and against our 'stupidity' nothing can. Such unfriendly behavior I as a customer in my long life has not yet experienced

This house there was nothing to complain about. We were good taken care of, the owners shun contact with their guests not, the employees are extremely friendly and well trained. The deluxe room has all expectations satisfied, the bathroom is very comfortable. The Superor -room with Marktplatzblick was ebenfalsokay. The kitchen can high expectations meet, the service in the restaurant uS attentive, but never intrusive-advised and cared by them. The downtown location was comfortable and the morning background noise ( Delivery Vans, street cleaning and so on) gladly reckoned. The package' vacation-special' (5 days) offers a fair value for money ... and includes lovely details, for example the menu with menu proposals on the breakfast table, always the same table for dinner amongst others M.
