Unfriendly staff, for theft, and everything is disputed one has at the end the feeling one has itself stolen.. Complaints were not at all edit (one was again and again comforted on manjana (morning). I will never again see. With the food is with very long waiting time to be expected. Coffee for breakfast there are, but no cups. The dishes was always very dirty. I recommend own dishes with you and to use and then itself angles. read more

The hotel is outdated. %blank% in the restaurant, as well as in the rooms many sticky, undefinable spots. The staff are unmotivated to unfriendly. Unfortunately a typical durchgangshotel during roundtrip ☺
If individually bay, better right in the old town a hotel book. These are usually cheaper and have much more charm. read more

We have one night as a part of our Havanna visit spent in this hotel. It is a pure hotel. Accordingly is clear the buffet offer. The hotel is but in good condition. The only downside the rock hard beds. On a good night's sleep is not to be thought there. read more

We were because of a trip to in this hotel 3! Nights instead of pregiven 2 nights to spend. Thank you Neckermann!
The were sometimes the worst 3 nights on the whole 2 week cuba trip. Advertised with 4 star rating this hotel maximum 2 stars.
In the restaurant the staff is very bored and rude. You are right on the prices a drink pointed out. At the table missing many a time cutlery and salt-pepper shakers. The plates were constantly out and one waited misery long on supplies-then it was difficult to clean plates to find! For the food ... one did not know, whether it is a good quality or, if you then gets into difficulties. We ate very prudently and with the greatest attention.
The rooms were unfortunately smoking and accordingly smelled the bedding and everything after that.
What concerns the cleanliness we found hair of the predecessors, you are not allowed to be afraid. Were welfare glad when we check out.
Could this hotel really not recommend those based on a tour have we wish good luck! read more

The hotel is a absolute durchgangshotel for tourist a mehrtätige coach trip in Cuba booked. More masses than class.
The restaurant had the charm of a station concourse.
The carpet in the hotel corridors was really dirty and worn

We were at our Neckermann-round trip in the hotel accommodated. It was in the catalog under of the category 'superior', and we thought, that it then also for the trip is okay - unfortunately, that was wrong, we were more than happy, al we after the trip back there check out.
Of the three couples on the tour had each individual the room change: the main road, the windows, the not close left, not functioning safe, bathroom with suspicious ausgebeulten ceilings, which the water from the bathroom above dripped is, ants in bed, not functioning shower - the selection of ... drawbacks was extremely smooth.
The room change was then with lengthy discussions connected, the excuses of the rezeptionpersonals were varied: the safe would in the entire hotel not functioning (!), it would only single room and so on - after endless discussing back and forth there were then but suddenly still different rooms. Our impression was, that one the guests once in the worst rooms, perhaps you are lucky and you complain not (persistent enough).
If you the restaurant entered, is already a very unpleasant, little appetizing smell against struck us. Much selection gave it not, except one likes indefinable zusammengemischte salads, the it then both in the evening, as well as in the morning for breakfast there was. We have during dinner several cheese rolls champ, around at all full. The staff were extremely slow and rude, which have themselves plates with us on the table stacked, until then but someone bequemt has, one or two to clear. The plates you had to partly. A long search, until one a clean found. Cutlery we had to us by other tables occastions. Salt and pepper, the mostly bland food nachzuwürzen or in the morning on an egg to give, were also mostly untraceable.
The only positive, which we about the hotel can say, is the, that the rooms a relatively clean impression did. Unfortunately makes up for this however not from, that the whole hotel completely worn and urgently in need of renovation. In our opinion the hotel is not only no 'superior' (also not in the category of the country), but plain and simple absolutely not recommendable. read more

We spend here our first nights on Cuba. The hotel is very nice, the pool is huge and offers enough space for sport, play and relax. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, where intended something for everyone is. Unfortunately it is a bit outside of the city center, however are at night as well enough taxis in front of the hotel available. The rooms are very spacious and also the bathroom is satisfactory. read more

The hotel is huge and probably quite full. It was the first hotel at our good and we've been lucky, such a property in this country to find. First warm-up station for our round trip by Cuba. Stayed here for four nights and were in general satisfied. Exactly one may of course not look at, what the state of the rooms and of the hotel regards. Is however everything as a part of. Had a big room with a view of the sea and jacuzzi. Our room and bathroom were really large and clean. Problem was actually only the double doors to another room, because of the volume respectively thin walls. Safe did not work, from the trivial reason, because the batteries everybody was and the hotel no ... goods has. For breakfast but the restaurant sold. Lol
Once in the big pool bathed and the was also reasonable. Over breakfast and dinner it can argue, but it was not our thing. But we were always full. Have evenings if possible eat out. The parque central you pay for the taxi 10 cuc. From here you can Havanna when day and night good explore.
A supermarket is also close to the hotel the is easy to reach. read more

The occidental Miramar hotel is a city hotel, the for sightseeing and to relax is well suited. The center with the free shuttle bus about minutes away. The hotel is a hotel with international guest structure. In the garden there is a large swimming pool, but from the guests only meagerly used. Many rundfahrtgäste use the hotel probably only to the night. In the lobby has wireless internet access. This requires the hotel 8,00 cuc/hour. read more

The hotel is clean, the dishes were partly freshly trued. The selection was perfect. Friendly staff, even if it sometimes to problems with being understood came. Complaints (when I went the safe not) were dealt with immediately. I can only recommend this hotel. read more

For overnight-stop for flight within Cubas really recommendable, since value for money unbeatable. Rooms are large and quiet, even surprisingly modernly furnished - everything as. From the airport to the hotel around 35 minutes - cost around 25 CUC at night. Disadvantage: outside Havannas in quarter Miramar ( Diplomatic quarter ) - that's why airport proximity good, as well as also some good Paladeres. For more however probably not really. read more

At the start of our round trip ' by Cuba from West to Ost' we stayed here for 2 nights, the room what a surprise large and clean. For breakfast we were met by the dining room with a certain 'cafeteria atmosphere'. The room-and decoration of the tables reminded us a bit of the charm similar institutions from the Eastern part Germany before the fall of the Berlin wall-)
During dinner there was also freshly prepared fish and meat, no haute cuisine, but you could in any case be full. The breakfast buffet was really enough, cold cuts, muesli ..., fruit, cakes ( quite drying) and fresh Omelets or fried eggs.
The coffee you had to yourself at a machine, with very different results. Time was the cafe con leche only black, the cappuccino consisted nearly only of milk foam and in the café Negra was the cup only 1/3 full.
The hallways and rooms on the first floor make a clear better looked after impression, our friends on the third floor in a bit' shabby' atmosphere live. read more

Had during my round trip two nights in this hotel and I was fully satisfied. The room was very large and clean. The furniture in good condition. There was no balcony but that is not so important when you are the whole day on the way is. It is a large hotel, we had 3 nights, room 379 and 229, the rooms and the bathroom were large and clean, unfortunately, there was no balcony, otherwise there was nothing to complain about, the mattress of the double bed was quite hard, for longer nights nothing special comfortable, in the 2 floor the floor was strongly worn out and should be replaced, the personsal could friendly and helpful be, the food in buffet form was all right, the selection was good, the pool was pleasant, in the evening there are good entertainment from a frauenband read more

The hotel was nice when it was new, it is not all too much we could have stayed longer. The coating of the corridors was partly frayed and with pitfalls. For breakfast there were regularly problems with the table-ware and I once even more than 15 minutes on butter waited. For everyone I had 4 waiter addressed, but all not responsible felt. The coffee deserved not even this name. In the pool area was the floor in many places broken and a threat, for the health. It was not possible, a glass of wine to order (outside the dinner).
