We have the reviews read and as a lot of bad reviews there were, we have said that we nevertheless by accident. Everyone has a other taste., other country, other customs!
But when we arrived, I only thought' oh no, the reviews but correct '!
We knew what we were getting into, that three stars not with Germany comparable is that is clear.
However the rooms and with the aqua park the small shallow pool where the children also cared for, would urgently be renovated. The green carpet looked very bad. The aqua park got 4 slides. My husband ... is also slipped and hurt done, many holidaymakers with plaster around walked.
The food was ok, clear after a week it is repeated, one had a lot of flavor. The tables were not always clean and the high chairs also not. However with tips you can get very far, even the maid!
The beach was beautiful, one had by the lobby run and the pool past, there was one at the beach.
We have also stolen from the room. Known we met, were night's stolen.
The animation was really great! However the music was partly too loud.
The hotel has no elevator, we have daily sport floated with our baby carriage. There is no hair dryer.
Lots of russians and french were there, but the russians very bad condition.
German is not widely spoken. Rather English or french.
There are shops also. From the hotel it was 10 minutes walk away. The are 1 star more next year and the hotel renovate, but as you have lots to do! Couple rooms were renovated, but they were all occupied.
In short: if you don't want to spend a lot of money for a one time vacation, is this hotel ok! read more

Thus we were now only in this hotel and I can not a bad review the says confirm!
The food is varied. Every day we had another buffet are. Cups, glasses, plates and cutlery were always there. The rooms were more than enough. Certainly may the bathrooms in the rooms overhaul but our room was every day nice clean. So although the hotel is not the newest but certainly one of the cleanest also from the beach and the hotel ago. Animation and evening agenda was also really great. For the money it was great successful holiday. On the downside was only the lack of play area for our 2 years old son. Apart from that it was a great vacation for relaxing. The rooms are although not very big, on the balcony fit only 2 plastic chairs, but it was enough, as you most of the time anyway at the beach or pool. The food was though not very varied, however every day there was another meat or fish dish and side dishes and salads were in different variations available.
All in all it was for the paid ... money just great. read more

And I was really positively surprised.
For tunisian three stars liked it!
Unfortunately there are at the beach no toilets and showers, that is downside.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of green.
Everything is every day of gardeners clean and tidy kept.
The rooms are although not the newest, but the sleep they put out needs.
Meal repeats itself unfortunately from day to day, but with pizza you can relax on water hold.

No relaxation for families. Since fliegenverseuchtes hotel because of adjoining horse Stables. You could by the pool not = flies. You could in the lobby not chat = flies. You could in the restaurant not food = flies. The eternal jerk and flick off was annoying and disgusting. Flies in the beer or on the food. Yuck. We had in Tunisia never. There were no arrangements.

My family and I have, as a German but very marginalised comfortable. The staff could hardly any German.
French and Russian was the main language in this 2 weeks. The pool was nice and clean. The animation was ridiculous. Every day the same songs, same sometimes silly dances. And a apruptes end.
The beach during our 2-week stay not once cleaned. The water was too many dirty and full of seaweeds. The food was very monotonous and mostly not seasoned. And tasted it also hardly. The tables were very dirty, unless you was very friendly to the waiters.
Outside of ... the hotel was totally dead. Nothing. A shopping center, that was it. Apart from that iE opportunity to Sousse or Monastir to drive with the taxikamikazes. And the PEREO PEREO will more from the head go. The salesmen, but well, live and let live. A week it would have been enough. Am now 5 days at home and still have diarrhea.
If you this hotel nevertheless book should, then forget maggi, and a few books not.-) read more

We were in the club eden thought me before I some bad reviews read heeyy people what do you want is a 3 + hotel you should expect nothing. However people it is unfortunately really like in the bad reviews stands. When we arrived we have three times room changed everything was moldy the size three too small box too small room too small balcony has degrees 1 armchair space too small is not more like a franz. Balcony.
As we have noticed there are all the same bad we are times where we could have stayed longer. The travel ... guide in our experience a more beautiful room promised a clean especially on the next day we had to to the front desk the lady at the front desk is also not the straight most friendly rooms have we got none, although with boss and travel guide agreed.
Food is unfortunately also very bad I am not increased this was the only advantage and as a full hotel to describe I don't stay here. Meat was really very bad quality in the Gulasch only flacksen and I will not at all know what still everything. There were 14 day Gulasch and so always the same we only hard which found my son has 14 days hardly eat.
At the pool you have quite early occupy as at 2 already all occupied and the hotel nothing against undertakes. Garden area in the hotel is super nice and well kept. Exactly the pool areas. Food is mostly always the same but what was there was the taste was OK. However a huge problem were the annoying and annoying fly. These were everywhere at the beach by the pool and above all in the restaurant. These annoyed quite and was not pleasant. Next to the annoying Traders there was still much nervigere fly ( Germany alone, not so much people as in the restaurant Flies were). Hairs in the food, paper and Lammgulasch I had the exit of any creatures (if you understand what I mean a. Hole), neither salt nor Peffer or other about the food. Totally overcooked partly not enjoyable respectively one also could not say what you're eating. Rooms were okay but more also not, the cleaning left nothing to ... the imagination ( had almost more sand in the room as at the beach). Too small closet for 3 people the rest we had at the suitcase left. For three persons there was also sometimes only 1 towel.
To the slide park I can't say a lot, because I in the slide tower too much to stale water or whatever stank and I not in wanted. The jabs the Rutschenteile were partly very uneven.
So well there are so many things but that should suffice to say it's not recommendable. read more

We had a nice holiday, because we just made the best of it have. The food could really been more diverse. Very many flies with food... This must be changed.! The beach is dirty, is also not so great. However much praise goes to the 'lifeguard' by the pool. Pool safety we really a priority here.

If you go for only stars decides, is the choice definitely on this hotel. Alone the aqua park was for my daughter and worth the trip. Very nice also the this on other end the hotel is located. So is in any case a pool hopping possible. For us all together a very nice beach vacation. The rest of the hotel is definitely only stars. But if you don't have high expectations, as we, is this hotel very recommendable. Room small but clean. Food sufficiently available but not very varied. Animation at the main pool excellent.
