For families with children the hotel is very recommendable. The children have lots of space. We were with a dog since, the also worked very well, since behind the hotel much lawn and Acre is. We have stayed there quite often and will come again. read more

Nice hotel with great view on the lake. The hotel is located not on the lake, which we used however as very relaxing feeling. The rooms are not very modern and in need of a renovation, but they were clean and the beds were not too soft. We have booked half board and weren't dissapointed. The variety at the buffet was large and really does have it all delicious tasty. The dishes were freshly prepared and it was diverse. Also the breakfast buffet was respectable. Sure, every day there was the same cold cuts, but it was delicious. There was ... also every day fresh fruit salad and delicious desserts. The guests sat during our travels especially from older couples and families with small children together. Mostly germans and swiss. Our 5-jähriger sohn had loads of fun, as it is on the premises absolutely freely move could. The bar is rather poor and has the feel of an bahnhofwartesaals, we need to improve. The staff are very attentive and accommodating and very friendly. Overall we were with our decision in the this hotel to go absolutely satisfied, you must also the value for money concerns. read more

    The rooms are a bit outdated. However we were satisfied. We had a suite (bedroom/living room) and with two kids enough room. There was a small kitchen, but we only to milchwarm make use. It was but also an italian coffee machine available. Our terrace was very nice large with a table, four chairs, umbrella, two chairs, and a beautiful view of pool and lake. The room was clean. The bathroom was okay. Somewhat little storage space was available.

    The food was really delicious - we are really very critical. The dishes were freshly prepared and the quality was very good. There's a restaurant. Because we in the low season were there it was also bearable. I can imagine, that it in the high season quite loud and hectic service. As mentioned, food and wine were excellent. The plates were cleared immediately and it was ensured that the dishes at the buffet always bread themselves from were. The kitchen is typically italian and every day there was specialities from another italian region. The ambiance in the restaurant is not so nice, but it was always freshly set and there were stoffservierten. The bar is small and not very inviting. Here is room for improvement. A dissatisfied light and a lounge corner would be nice.

    The staff were very friendly and fond of children. Almost everybody speaks german, so that there is no communication difficulties gave. Otherwise one can naturally also italian or english inform itself. The room would be cleaned daily. In the morning and in the afternoons there are for all children from 3 years old a kids care. The children can on the grounds also very well alone move and there is always someone from the staff ready, if one child his parents not again. The staff in the restaurant was very attentive and brought us immediately a bib, as the plate of pasta with tomato sauce before my daughter and her white t-shirt stood. A real complaint i had not, just a comment on the bill. This was very friendly and accommodating clarified.

    Beautiful pool, in october naturally already too cold. Beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficient. Sports facilities we didn't use. There are two small playgrounds, they are ok, but nothing special. However the children can relax on the whole area freely, so that no boredom arose. There is a sports field with fußballtoren and a basketball hoop. For children there was daily an animation (treasure hunt, bingo, paint, etc.). Disco or there was evening animation in october not anymore.

    The hotel is located above from Torri del Benaco on the mountain. The view of the lake is wonderful, but of course one is not at the place of the action. Since we only five days in the hotel were, every day a trip around the lake and in the evening in the hotel ate, us the location didn't bother us. But you must already be aware, that you could not just because of the bank promenade strolls, but once by car in the next place drive must. There was a store in the next town, however only a very small supermarket. Around the Lake Garda distributed there is Lidl, Penny and other supermarkets.

We stayed in the last week in the autumn before closing here. Pool was unfortunately already closed, sauna was closed and durably probably dead. The child care was good and took place, even if only one child there was. Very friendly staff, everything was clean, the hotel is nice laid out. The area, the places and the view of the Lake Garda are beautiful. However the hotel lies a little off the beaten path and you have to often climb into the car. On foot one runs about half an hour after torri, back about 45 minutes. Quite steep path ..., but that looks great. You have to ask the way, otherwise you will find it definitely not. read more

We are on recommendation of friends arrived. The hotel is really ageing respectively the furnishing of the rooms ( Cracks on window, leaky toilet, furniture already older). Room 221 had a great lake view! The entertainment for kids we have very used and was a lot of fun. Every day let the kids balloons rise and the rabbits at the leash lead, it was painted and crafts. Children's disco and fashion for the older kids. The staff has friendly criticism implemented. The food was in my opinion not optimal on infants aligned. Pasta every day is already okay, but up ... on grilled hardly alternative. Very nice excursion destinations. Mostly German tourist, also extended families. Pleasant staff. The three entertainers had fun at their job with the children. read more

The hotel leaves one very clean impression. Big room with cooking facilities, microwave and fridge and air conditioning. The dinner in the half board is very diverse and was typical for the country, but here jedermnn (mrs). Verhungern one does not have. The guests are mainly families with small children from 4 months to the preschool. ( swiss, austrians, Sweden) read more

    We had a very nice and big room with large terrace, stocked with 2 loungers, 1 table and 2 chairs and sun screen The furniture was good. Climate we did not use. The rooms were always thoroughly cleaned.

    dser service is great. Very friendly and attentive staff. As you at the buffet service, no empty plate on capacity is possible. Has been removed immediately. The cleaning of the rooms is good. We had a small complaints our shower head was leaking, this was done immediately. At the front desk a good German spoken. Child care we didn't need

    Unfortunately was the fitness room closed, why also always? Have however not asked. The water was me personally too cold in the pool. He was very clean. It is asked for, no to reserve chairs, what from the guests not done was. However are the loungers very close together. There is also a small baby pool.

    The location is above the lake Garda, but that was from the hotel description to see. Without a car nothing ran here, if one bad on foot is. It is very steep uphill walk. By car takes you about 10 minutes to the lake. There are shops along the lake's plenty of as well as the excursions

We had a few pleasant days in this complex and can these definitely recommendable. Something something to do ( beach, lake, market, shopping) is on the car rely on. We had only to consider with half board to book there we evenings in the beautiful restaurants( pizzeria) eaten. However in our experience the kitchen of the hotel absolutely convince. There were unzällige delicious appetizers and every evening 4-5 different kinds of meat from the charcoal grill with different side dishes and sauces. ( super) the only negative was, for a 'family resort' the dinner for children not really was available. ... The food our daughter was every evening merely a sort of pasta. This should be a 4 * hotel for children something different looks. The hotel staff was absolutely friendly. Even if the restaurant was filled, were the children always waiters entertained and all wishes were met respectively already recognized beforehand! The distance to the lake is no large problem. However the road the place is tidy uphill with some return. It is the view from the top simply great. read more

The hotel lies away from the Garda lake, high up on the mountain. Good view, but for Gardaseebesuche Velvet problems with the parking very inconvenient. The furniture is dated, bathroom extremely small, mass processing at the table, the breakfast buffet will promptly cleared and the tables for the evening set, wobbled its own coffee cup... The prices at the bar overpriced. read more

We had a nice short break in the family hotel for 4 nights. There is for children a playground and animation. We are every day with the car on the way, because a September the weather not so for swimming was. And the hotel lies quite far above Syltetøybutikken! read more

    We always had the suite with a lake view room. The suite was however half as large as our previous. Replacement could not be provided. Dark, dirty and in poor condition! Therefore even earlier. For 262.00 Euro the night with small dog rip-off!

    Beautiful football field for children. Apart from that are the loungers from 7 H reserved. Should the hotel management of something. Only a notice is not enough. Had to the playground beach chairs, as not enough sunbeds are available!

The hotel complex was beautifully arranged and well-kept. The rooms were in terraces arranged, what an attractive impression gives you. All room there was a large terrace available. Unfortunately the hotel is getting a bit old. read more

    The rooms were however large enough for two adults and two children. However was the furnishing already outdated and partly in need of renovation. The' beds' for children were small and uncomfortable. In the parents bedroom there were an airco, but from the cleaning staff switched off ( at 35 degrees in the shade). Furthermore had the bedroom a window ( behind the bed) which but unfortunately to the corridor out went. To privacy to have, we left this window and the curtains closed. So it was dark in the room. The lounge, where the children slept, had a large window to the terrace. But since the sun direct into the room burned and in this area no air conditioning was we had to the wooden shutters from lunch closed. So was this room dark. The rooms were properly cleaned. However we could the closet not use. It smelled very intensively, as if that someone a vanillebaum tucked away.

    We booked half board. There was a versatile breakfast buffet. The dinner was typical of the country. You served the part of the buffet or got something from the grill.

    The staff as well as at the reception, as well as in the restaurant area was friendly. The child care was not used by us, but nevertheless we could observe, that the entertainers very much effort and the children have fun had.

    To the hotel includes a beautiful pool. The water had a pleasant temperature and the whole pool area was clean and tidy. Unfortunately is around the pool too few capacity. The loungers are very close together. In between is hardly any space. Nevertheless you have the impression, that too few chairs available are.

    The hotel lies upside the garda lake-the lake is about 10 minutes drive to the hotel. You can the nice view on the lake. Around the shops respectively tours is on the car rely on.

Convenient, friendly for family hotel. Very big swimming pool. Son, 7 years old start to swim there alone, great achievement. Great view on Garda lake. My like this hotel a lot, around only families with children. It's very nice place for family to stay. Very close to Torri Del Benaco, there is many restaurants and small beautiful market. read more

We were after 2008 for second time in the hotel and it was again wonderful. The children really enjoyed themselves and we naturally also. Ricardo and his team to breakfast and dinner fallen the wishes from the eyes. The food was amazing. Enzo about us cared, during our kids with Fabian football tournaments did. The women from the room service were very flexible, correct and always friendly. The staff from the reception always had an ear to lend, were very helpful in the planning excursions and helped us always with tips to page. It was awesome a successful vacation overall. ... We are definitely coming again! read more
