The rooms are big enough, are equipped with a seating area, flat-screen tv, minibar, balcony with seat set and table and wäschestangen, as well as a enough big bathroom with a bath and an integrated jacuzzi. The wardrobe has a safe with numeric code can be used. The beds are good and the mattresses firm. The guest the possibility between a sheet as' blanket ' or a real blanket to choose. The staff is always friendly. Complaints (pinching light switches, missing towel in the bathroom, not more functioning room card) were immediately and without further speech taken care of. All waiters and staff the front desk speak english. Many waiters and all staff the front desk also spoke german. The guest care speaks fluent english and is every day several hour in the hotel the questions and wishes of the guests available. The cleaning of the rooms shall be made within a really big period. Sometimes the rooms are already in the morning so at 10 o'clock cleaned, sometimes but also only in the afternoon sun at 14 o'clock. Most of the time because i at the beach or on island on the way was, it didn't really disturb us though. Also the cleaning ladies were always friendly and accommodating %blank%.

We had a great room in the first row to the beach. It would have been in this price range a bit bigger, was but apart from that really nice. Of high quality materials in not completely of high quality processing complete the full picture from. If interested, unfortunately only three German tv channels, but several Russian and greek alternative (:-)

The second weakness from our subjective assessment is the quality of the food. Here we expect more from a five-star hotel! Since all meals in rechauds presented will, you can of course not from a' fresh' kitchen speak. Furthermore, we unfortunately ( until the last evening) generally only maximally lukewarm, but mostly rather cool heater content found. We thought that this was a pity, since the quality respectively the taste partly was very good. The cleanliness in the restaurant was exemplary and good. The meal time was at 18:30 until: o'clock set. We are most at: hours and had maximally 10 minutes to wait, until us outside a table allocated. If you want to eat inside, does not waiting time. A brief word on the specialties -restaurant 'le gourmet': Here saturday a' lobster- dinner' offered ( extra charge per person half board €46, -), which we taken into account have. We would recommend it's not. Here was the quality simply not reasonable, all details europe would blow up the framework. It is however I said, that it generous, every guest a whole Hummer to serving, the but unfortunately nothing is, if the Hummer so cooked dead is, that you didn't enjoy... Apart from that in the restaurant by the pool( which identical with the 'le gourmet' is) lunch excellent fresh fish at reasonable prices enjoy.

Here we come to the title the weaknesses, even if you exception form: The quality the staff was very different and has us to the part. Really annoying. In the main restaurant/ designated smoking area were extremely industrious and courteous waiters and waiter and tried very hard, to satisfy the guest. In the non-smoking area we stayed twice and were disappointed the rudeness and the lack of interest the allocated staff. Nevertheless the positive impressions dominated, that is special also for the pool-restaurant and the small pool bar. Exemplary! Cleaning the room was good, staff also here very nice (if that you saw).

Animation was very discreet to not at all available, which us however liked a great deal. The chairs at the beach they were very uncomfortable and didn't even cushions. The chairs by the pool are clearly easy, even if the mats a cleaning urgently necessarily would have. Number of loungers also fully booked hotel adequate, it was always a spot by the pool to find.

The Port royal is visually impressive and very successful building. With the entry into the lobby and the following 'perspective' on the sea you feel really good. The complex is by the size for our taste just perfect, not too big and not too small. So normally no massive crowds and nevertheless you are not alone... The composition of the guests was quite international, with an estimated 50% share were the Russian guests( felt) at the strongest one represented. Was however unproblematic, because unobtrusive. The average age was difficult to estimate, here was by babies until the age everything was represented. Altogether quite pleasant.

The hotel is in a very nice location. The hotel-own beach is quite stony, is however with appropriate footwear not a problem. Right on the doorstep various' tourist '-shed, both for shopping, as well as for karaoke warble. Quite to get used to. At bad wind conditions you can the entertainment of the neighbor-hotels very good impact, which evenings sometimes led, that two competing musikanlagen their best effort, to the other to outdo. The TUI offered excursions we didn't use, but it appears a rich offer to give.

With the rooms we were completely contented. Big, friendly, everything you need ( hair dryer, fridge with mini bar, superb easy, kettle and teas/ instant coffee, safe, terrace, air conditioning, large bathroom, robes). There is a main restaurant ( buffet) for all meal times and a specialty restaurant ( we didn't use it). Both pools have a bar, a further gives it in the lobby. With the main pool there are also the stage for the evening shows. The main restaurant has 3 outdoor terraces, only one of which is as a smoker field is. Unfortunately and not okay for 5 stars. Also poor is the show cooking, which you as five star hotel apparently must. Two women, the crêpes make, to naschließend on a back burner to or with pasta in the same way-you can simply omit, it is unnecessary, especially if there are two other pasta gives, which is not so be prepared, but qualitatively equivalent are. The cocktails at the pool bar are ok, the bar card in the evening however ( even with candlelight) not readable.

Generally good service and friendly staff. All speak at least enough English and German, but depending upon coworker preferences are. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. The transport of suitcase via golf cart and from the rooms easily and without tip - the staff disappearing again in a rush. The logistics of the towel output leaves much to be desired. There are never enough towels on the ground and thus again and again a line, while the who distributed towels tried, for supplies to care. Right next to the sea there is no bar of the hotel.

The pools are rather average. The loungers at the pools soft cushions. But why pools, if there the sea gives? At the sea there are in the immediate area boat rentals (jet ski, and so on) and a small port the buchtentouren are offered. There is a sports and entertainment program, not pushy, the more we can not say. Lan and Wi-Fi is subject to a charge and quite expensive. This is not up-to-date anymore, already not at all with 5 stars! Tip: statues bar, a minute from the hotel, free wi-fi, all day happy hour: A order cocktails, two. Price per ' doppelcocktail ' Euro: 4.50. There we dinner our internet- digestiv-sessions held. The attachment size is pleasant well arranged. There are two pools and a lot of green. A artificial stream ripples around the terraces of the restaurant and further by the complex. The rooms are usually in smaller units to 8 rooms (4 on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor) laid out. Some are in the main building, other overlooking the pool or sea. Everything is clean and seemed very new and designed. The during the day rather boring pools evenings with underwater leds in various colors and see really atmospheric from. The guests came from Germany, some austrians, italians and russians were also available. The only bad thing is, that the described stream unnatural bubbled ( almost like detergent). Personally we have the complex rather cold and without soul felt, but this is a very subjective sensing represent.

To the beach it goes over a few meters, there, there are chairs and umbrellas, for the hotel guests included. But only in a limited area. Left and right of which are the loungers subject to a charge. The place is at full occupancy of the hotel for us not too big limited. At least, they paid attention, that no pool chair reserving at show. It is a pebble beach, the into the sea inside also sand and large rock / rocks contains. With a bit of caution but you need no bathing shoe, the sea is wonderfully clear and one sees everywhere until the reason. Snorkeling disburses itself-an advantage of the rock. Little mussels, but a lot of fish. The hotel lies at the main street in kolimpia, a pure touristensiedlung. In the immediate area there are a lot of shops, taverns and bars, as well as several fish spas. Real Greece you have to look elsewhere. Help the many car- and motorradvermieter in town (and in the hotel), with Euro 150, -for the cheapest autoklasse per week you are here, the hotel has it's own parking and halteverbotszonen on the edge of the hotel ( yellow lines ) we could after further inquiry also parking-one is in Greece. The rental car company with regarding that tips willing. As a starting point for erkundungsreisen we were with the location very satisfied: comfortable 45 minutes to Rodes city, 30 minutes to Lindos and to the west coast.

Very tasteful and beautiful rooms. All with a tv satellite reception and a dvd player. A mini bar and 3 stages adjustable air conditioning, dte digester with a selection of teeseorten and coffees, telephone, free safe and balcony. Furthermore, all with badeanne and jacuzzi. Depending on the room type we had a wonderful view of the sea or one with a small pool. Apart from that were the rooms top equipped with couch, desk and welcome tray ( fruit, wine, water) and by the year 2009 everything is clean and new.

Breakfast: a big breakfast, with everything that you need, sausage, cheese, feta, fresh fruits, eggs (cooked, hard-boiled, fried eggs ), sweet ( cakes, jams, nut nougat cream, honey), warm (sausages, bacon). Drinks everything was enough ( coffee, choco, water, milk, tea, sparkling wine, juices), leieder but mention here, that it freshly squeezed juices only for €3, -per glass was, apart from that you had to with the juices content. Dinner: a massive selection at crunchy, fresh salads either finished or to himself. With the warm food is for any taste a internatiomale kitchen represented, here everyone will find something. The food changes every night, so for us was in the 7 days no repetition here. A small selection ladestypischer food ( Tzatziki, grape leaves, feta) was every evenings represented :-) The menu in the evening, were at least 10 different food ( lamb, beef, pork, chicken, grilled, a special slim line corner without fat) sauces were also in large quantities ages to pick and dosing :-) And around the dinner to round, there was a huge selection of desserts, cakes, cakes and fruit. Who starving from the restaurant is, finds also otherwise nowhere what! However a small points deduction for the drink prices, a bottle of water 1 liter= 3,30 Euro.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and tried the guest to fulfill every wish. The hotel is a German run hotel and the front desk was 24 hours spoke German. Also the staff almost all understood German and it was not a problem at all to communicate. The rooms were always clean and were cleaned well. The rooms are beautiful! Actually the only thing which one positive gewerten can. Modern with air-conditioning, jacuzzi bath tub and modern furniture. Telephone is available and a flat screen. If you watch dvds stays to lend a recorder. The bed is very comfortable and with ceilings cuddly.

There is a main restaurant and a special restaurant. Furthermore is in the lobby a bar. A pool bar is also available, but there was not once staff to be met. The food itself is bad. There is frozen foods, the warmed be ( fries, chicken nuggets, pizza) and is all in all just tasteless. We had a problem one dish to find, the edible was! We had in the main restaurant a few times dirty dishes. Furthermore you pay drinks with overpriced prices and for breakfast it left to be desired. Bags juice ( freshly pressed per glass 3 Euro extra charge) and tinned fruit.

The staff are on all spoke furnished. The cleaning of the rooms and therefore the cleaning ladies leave much to be desired! One wipes thermotolerance, but actually only in the corners. The hotel looks from the outside extremely nice, but you should better not look closer look at. With cleanliness take the staff it is not really so exactly! It was the pool in two weeks not once cleaned ( mold and broken tiles). The loungers are worn and dirty, sun screens have blotter. And this is only a small except from much of what you could mention! The hotel is in a nice location. It is in the area was very quiet. Shops are in about 50 meters to reach.
