Hotel Sandman Suites Vancouver on Davie^{(3.5 stars)}

Lovely hotel in a good location, close to from the beach. Many bars and restaurants in direct neighborhood. Small bedroom with flat screen, as well as living room with couch, TV, balcony and a kitchen with washing machine. The balcony door did not open, this was however directly on the next day fixed. There were two options for breakfast, both were good and the atmosphere very pleasant. The whole hotel is in a good state and very clean. For a short break very suitable, you can prima Vancouver on foot explore. Impudent are the fees in the hotel garage, on ... 50 Dollar for 2 days is clearly too expensive! read more

The hotel is older year of construction but well maintained. You should not next to the elevator is this somewhat vibrates. If you book there should in any case a (a bit more expensive) suite with' Ocean View' his (is Germany to book!). We were on the 22nd floor and had a fantastic view of the bay. read more

The suites of the hotel are huge and with everything equipped: stove, washing machine, Dishwasher, coffee machine eTC. Living area with a kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Our room was on the 15th floor, the views Vancouver was great, unfortunately not on mountains or the Bay. The area around the Davie is completely okay, there are magnificent lots of restaurants and also supermarkets directly next to it. Evenings it was sometimes a bit noisy. The windows are poorly insulated and also the air conditioning was a bit noisy. read more

We were the second time. Front desk was very nice. Rooms are equipped with a small kitchen. Bathroom is very small. Everything was a bit older, but clean therefor. Very noisy with the street noise, but very centrally located therefor. Shopping possibilities directly on the Davie street, everything else, there are good places to shop. Without breakfast juice, even without jam. The staff had to be asked. The level of cleanliness in the restaurant was very loud. (just Canadian) read more
