When you arrive, you feel just all around comfortable. Great location and views. In the hotel gmütlich, homey, very clean, invites to relax and get some rest a. Great spa and bathing area. Really nice, attentive staff. The food is top notch. We have stayed there quite often and will also again and again again, because everything simply fits and this is it to turn off and feel is. Particularly beautiful the personal atmosphere and still is as a guest king. We find all in all just super nice and great. read more

    We had two single rooms, they are very comfortable and furnished nicely, small but sweet. Like in the entire hotel, very clean, you feel good.

    The food is just great delicious and prepared with a lot of care and serves. The breakfast buffet and salad in the evening are simply brilliant, so much different, good quality, tasty and lovingly arranged, as it is really it is a pity that unfortunately no more than food. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed and has an elegant formal flair.

    Very friendly staff. Here the customer is still king and still everything is very personal. It is on dertails respected for example nice gefaltenes toilet paper, lovingly prisoners executed pillows.

    Lovely in the mountains, direct view of the watzmann. Whether the Königssee, the Hintersee with his enchanted forest, the soleleitweg etc. , the berchtesgadener land is fantastic nice and offers a lot of nature for any taste.

Here you feel always very comfortable. Is impressive especially the very extensive wellnessangebot, and the unique professional treatment by qualified staff. The large heated outdoor pool has always interest in us. Daily we could the rich breakfast, as well as the extensive gourmet dinner hardly expect. Something clouded stay by the location; you do not want to ski, but hiking one must along driveways direction Königssee or direction schwöb walk. read more

We really liked the hotel. The size of the hotel we found very pleasant, not too small, but also not so large, that it impersonal worked. There are lots of possibilities, itself in the hotel hang out, so we some days only in the hotel and relaxed (for example in the gym, wohlfühlalm, the billiards / Kicker, by the pool and at the bar or in the fireplace room.). The hotel is equipped with a lot of attention to detail. There is a pleasant friendly atmosphere, the i not at all can describe, perhaps: a small world of its ... own, where you not at all different than in a good mood to be. And this makes all guests noticeable, so the guest structure actually, is negligible. The hotel is however surely nothing for people, the the vacation to use, to party. We had booked half board. The breakfast buffet was rich and left probably no wishes open. In the evening there was a multi-course menu, whereby one with the main course between four different dishes, including a vegetarian-could choose from. à la carte we did not try out. Near the cleanliness we had really nothing to criticize. read more

    Our room was definitely not new or as modern as some public areas of the hotel, but it was with telephone, flatscreen tv, extra sofa, mini bar (not used) and a balcony. I thought the connecting door to the room floor. The bathroom was bigger. It was equipped with a bathtub. Counter space was for us but sufficient available. Cleanliness of bath and room was always given.

    We had booked half board, that means breakfast buffet, there were cakes in the afternoon and in the evening a menu, consisting of salad buffet, soup, hors-d'oeuvre, main course to choose from 4 dishes (including vegetarian) and dessert. The food was absolutely delicious, the selection of knocked was' native ' to exclusive. Prices for the drinks were ok for us. Very pleasant we noticed, that we from the outset had a permanent table. à la carte we didn't eat there. Cleanliness: of course very good. Who at the hotel way, in the kitchen views-for me an indication, that you in terms of cleanliness, nothing to hide,.

    It would be an understatement of friendly staff or owners to speak. A l l e were cordial, still professional and very helpful and consistently. Starting with the reservation, previous e-mail contact, massages, up to the train departure. About the handling of complaints i can't write anything, since we didn't have any reason to complain.

    Indoor/outdoor pool big enough to swim, the pool was in february in the morning and in the afternoon usable. In the spa we as well as try out everything (sauna, infrared...). It has us super fallen and significantly to our recovery contributed. The massages were professional, individually on us and just relaxing. Gym (i tried it, but i am for lack of comparison possibility not to assess capable ), Kicker, billiards, games and books to borrow.

    The location is, as we have requested, quiet. That's why i would six suns. As train traveler from the plains, it is however only once took some getting used to, when set, paths on foot if you dont want to. On arrival and departure and activities, we have always support (for example booking a trip to one of external busunternehmers with pick-up at the hotel) and were particularly positive surprised, that we left the train were brought. (the pick-up at the arrival we had because of train delay not taken into account, but hotelseits.) To Königssee and jennerbahn are about 45 minutes on foot.

We are in the last few years travelled a lot in germany and abroad, but such a hotel we have not found. Everything is easy to our complete satisfaction, no matter wether we want to change about the food or room always has one us very friendly treated. Also to issues or destinations they gave us very good advice! We the food very good pleased. The location is an absolute dream - and the pool with an outdoor swimming pool, also very clean and tidy. However, there is no small toddlers pool, this would perhaps be an improvement suggestion! Great ... is the pool here, as we every day a little action need, from hiking on city tours to the wellness everything is there. We liked it so much, we've been the 2. time here are read more

We were for the first time in this hotel; just for relaxing. The atmosphere is great, the staff totally friendly and courteous. The location is perfect, various excursions to enjoy. Also a sufficiently large (guarded) parking available. All in all a very nice hotel, that we definitely recommendable and when we our next Berchtesgaden holiday will again book! read more

I was with my colleague from 11-01-2013 until 13-01-2013 in the Alpenhof. The hotel is very clean. Very friendly reception staff, as well as the entire restaurant staff and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The wellness area is with a almsauna, a relaxation room, solarium, infrared cabin and a steam grotto equipped. In the gym, in the wohlfühlalm and in the wellness area is possible for potable water cisterns or tanks for free use. The verwöhnpassion you should not to be missed. Especially in the evening the 5-course menu was wonderful. I had three massages, i was all well ... done. A big thanks to masseur Miriam, the me on saturday funny and i also on sunday morning still another additional massagentermin possible. In the Alpenhof is really the guest-king. read more

All together a really good hotel, with beautiful wellness area, good food and great location! Many beautiful hikes possible, in order to shape up \u263a but also level walks. Yes, the bathroom is quite small, but not really worth mentioning, if you definitely not to 2. need to go. The rest of the room, we had a comfort double room was excellent. read more
