The guesthouse's location is centrally located on a busy main street. The positive thing are the soundproof window. Our room was acceptable furnished but had no kitchenette (no fridge). The cable of the TV hung on the wall down. ( cable Funnel?) The bathroom was small with a view through the glass door into the room if you toilet sat. Privacy? The breakfast room, as well as the breakfast itself was functional. Unfortunately the craftsmen with their dirty things on the beautiful Upholstered chairs. ( accordingly looked also from) A parking is behind the house available. In short: a guesthouse ... the after 3 years unfortunately still a construction site resembles, carelessly equipped and is conducted in such a way. read more

Very recommendable, beautiful guest house with perfect location! Just a few strides to the 'city' round the thing off! The staff are unbelievably helpful and every time reachable! The rooms are cozy and modern furnished! Complimentary wireless internet access is available, which work makes possible! :-) in the point cleanliness, personally, I can only say... Top! So... I feel very comfortable in the guesthouse and am in future gladly again visit! read more

Very nice alte villa in a central location. That means however also on a busy main street. Inside the villa a construction site. The rooms in the lower area were up to the breakfast room/ toilets not accessible. There was neither a lounge or usable terrace. On decoration was completely went without, but hung from some walls open cable. You should not believe, but the guesthouse is already three years. The breakfast was pleasant. The rooms are uncomfortable, small, dark (attic) and carelessly equipped. They load definitely not to stay a while! The bathroom is neugemacht, small and with a ... very noisy exhaust air complex mistake. The pictures from the guesthouse on the homepage don't match the reality. read more

The property I would recommend at any time! The staff provides the of the guests in a discreet art. I also think it is good, that you themselves to determine, when the towels and the trash bins are being replaced and not every morning with the service staff the room share. read more

Dining on the ground (empty and construction) No materials in the outdoor area. Website do not reflect the real picture. No personal front desk (one for the front door to the owners of the main ring around the door code-with the volume one problem) room uncomfortable, very functional and dark, since these are on the top floor) the bathroom was small but new. Breakfast is okay. The area is however not comfortably equipped (opened cable, no decoration). Car parking on site. On the opposite side is a squat with the label 'capitalism is schmeiße' and so on, we were afraid ... for our car. From city center by foot in 15 minutes to reach. Potsdam. Conclusion: never again this place. We were only a night and were looking for a better hotel as quickly as possible. read more
