The hotel is recommendable only if you like having breakfast with 150 people at a time in a railway station-type atmosphere. The place is totally overstaffed and each floor has a room with staff lingering on stand-by so that you constantly feel deprived of your privacy. One cannot go for a walk along the seafront without being chatted up by restaurant staff, souvenir sellers or elderly women offering massages on squalid loungers. Gym was closed. Staff is generally friendly, but many don't speak much English or cannot help because they have responsibility only for one small task. What capped it ... all and really ticked me off was that receptionists passed on personal billing data and bookings I had made to a visitor - a complete no-go!!! read more

If you want to find a friendly caring and polite staff serving you in a nice hotel then this one is on the top of the list in Sanur area hotels. The beach is just a few steps outside the the pool area. Highly recommend you to get up early in the morning to watch the amazing sunrise taking place. Then few miles "jogging" on the beach walking street, shower and excellent breakfast served in one of nice restaurants of hotel. Good start for a awesome day! read more

Very nice hotel with a beautifully landscaped garden directly at the beach. The buildings have a maximum of 3 floors. In the hotel are also smaller shops. read more

    There are several pools, not directly next to each other. This has the advantage, that not the ' crowds' around the pool are. Chairs and covers were abundant. But the places in the shade were very popular. Towels for the beach and the pool could be changed every day.

    The hotel is directly at the stood. Shopping are sufficiently available and are in front of the hotel. The transfer to the airport took 25 minutes, can however with extremely high traffic already times 1,5 hours, take.

In february we were for 5 days on Bali. The hotel has a fantastic garden with a large and clean beach section. The breakfast buffet was (for asian standards ) a dream, massive choice at all and very tasty. The rooms, we had the easiest category, were okay, but they needed a little be cleaner. The hotel's location is good, quiet and still central. Since Bali not free the island the gods is, i recommend an urgent to make excursions and the best with Hans. He speaks good german and super nice. The tours it is for the of the ... guests and the at a good price. read more

We were about 2.5 weeks Bali and two weeks after a round trip in the Sanur Beach. In the hotel there is nothing to moan about, the staff is attentive and helpful, the rooms are with flat screen tv and free wi-fi internet access. Because the hotel already somewhat older is the a or other surely any little find but lots of people go every year there was probably some says. Food we were outside the hotel at the beach or in the town, very cheap is the food on the night market the bazaar sindu you easily with ... the bus to reach. From the hotel runs a regular shuttle bus service to the department store ' hardis' what andenkeneinkäufe is very recommendable as they fixed everything cheaper than in any traders or souvenir shops. At the end möchter i especially my guide made mardika highly recommend the we every two days a tour booked. He speaks german, we stayed with him and he told me especially in relation to my keris collection very with its local knowledge and are translations helped, i hope it sometime again to see read more

Dear Sirs, We have had the possibility to stay at Sanur Beach Hotel as members of a German Travel Group. It was our first stay in an Asian country. Now we are back at home for more than a week and we still remember with a warm, thankful feeling for the pleasant time we had at your lovely place. All of your staff was so full of engagement in a smiling way to make our stay comfortable. A special thank to your waiters' and kitchen crew, who was extremely flexible at the occasion of 2 outdoor dinner events which was ... interrupted by rain, giving their best to move 150 persons and buffet materials to Tirta restaurant after working for hours in the afternoon to make all decoration so beautiful, but in vain! Thanks to the young men at this events who was serving drinks with gentle smiling even if many of our group wasn't able to speak english. Many thanks as well to your reception and bell boy staff, giving me shelter with my WiFi connection resp. giving all our luggage from bus to all our rooms and handle so cautious at all this stuff of us excited Germans - we're doing hard to be relaxed, its our nature! The hotel is a bunker with 440 beds, on the hotel there are 2 or 3 villas for the somewhat better wage earner. The hotel how should i say it is on two wings divided which at least i think with the range to do. You can the two complex down at the pools very good. However, i must the hotel an absolutely brilliant, beautifully laid out, well kept and clean and well-maintained unit tout. Even the beach promenade is nice, and i would say the garden facilitities are of the three large hotels the most beautiful in the Sanur ... Beach! read more

    Clear the rooms in the direction south are better, because those just on the seaside uestions our shows on the driveway which isn't so bad, because there were just for sleeping is. The optics of the room i am afterwards something bribed, because you also the somewhat cheaper category had. The rooms were clean at least the bedroom the bathroom convinced me less. The room had beautiful parquet is more pleasant than carpet and clear in warm countries always handy. Bed was comfortable as well as clean. Air conditioning, hair dryer, minibar with a fridge, safe (free of charge), tv. The seating on the balcony was not as good as was peeling off. But at the front desk answer and the comrades exchange then! We must finally also no spelder or splinter capture. The bathroom went verhltnissmäßig from the size. The front door of the bathroom was a sliding door which always something we were splashed wet was the fact that the shower an open was. And the dried spots didn't bother me a bit. Because it is the cleanliness of the zimmerpersonals again reflects but i do that because of the zeitmanagements also no reproach. The light mold but you could better air circulation eradicate. In other words it is a average for the category perfectly alright!

    There were three restaurants (peppers lation grill & bar, basillico Italy Pavillon, and tirta pool the main restaurant) and a pool bar from the one in the wassersitzend its drinks. And a beach bar (bamboo beach bar) in before a cosy pavilions. I can only from the breakfast from tirta reports. For optics as already said beautifully put on. Enough and enough seating no matter what time. Warm, cold buffet, an egg station (omelet, scrambled egg with various ingredients), pastries, fruits and yogurt. You can't complain there was always something for everyone with the huge choice. It was everything in large quantities available only problem almost every day the same however for the fresh, spicy and clean (you could by a slice the kitchen see) preparation full points. I must stress that we for the dinner always the hotel went!

    The service was quite simply good. No matter at the entrance, as well as the staff of the kitchen or the housekeeping staff. And after a good week stay runs a all the staff of the hotel on the way at least you have to do. But no, i really can't complain. Everything was good...!

    Was also here for anybody catered for at least a good beach holiday mind. Starting at the beach you can for a fee jet ski, surfing, kyte surfing, para sailing make. Tennis court was also available. On the 2. floor of the hotel you can in all languages reading to borrow (free). It is a surplus of spa and massage centers around the hotel. Bikes can be borrowed. table tennis, chess on the floor and even two large fresh water pools are available each with a separate children's area. Good the two pool pool could be a little maintenance stand which at least broken tiles or joints is concerned. But that did not worth mentioning, but just a 'small' drawback is. At least, there is no risk of injury in any way. Water was clean and enjoyable. Chairs are available in large amounts in best condition with cushions and thus it was very comfortable (those have only acquired his). No matter by the pool or at the beach is sufficient space you could at least a bit far from the neighbors, the space was given. Over the beach there are two different opinions. It should be the most beautiful beach in in the area that was it however also. In all cases i have had nicer worldwide seen. If you are picky, you can relax on a little trash upset otherwise one must there generous overlook. The environmental awareness of the balinese i cannot judge.

    The hotel is about about 30-40. minutes depending on traffic from the airport in denpasar on the east side Bali in 'sanur' allegedly with the most beautiful beaches of Bali. In a nutshell you cards the hotel several restaurant so enough possibilities to eat and drink to go. Ebensowie overpriced souvenir shops (notice the offer of house on 50% down then buy)! Good 1.5 kilometer from the hotel there is a big shopping center. There one gets on the ground floor food and on the first floor still clothes. This called hardy and from the hotel is to each full hour a free shuttle and every half hour back. Even the vehicle need there over 10 minutes otherwise there is there nothing! Just eat and drink and a large shop. And change there are possibilities there like sand at the sea 'but beware the cheat like the hunde' so the best the money always 2-3 times counted.

We have in the hotel celebrated new year's eve and 4 nights stays. The hotel is in sanur, what its pros and cons has. I like this phenomenon better than Nusa Dua, sanur is authentic. The frontdesk employees are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are really big, well equipped, with a large balcony. You can tell in some places, that the hotel has already gotten a bit old and in need of refurbishment. The pool is large enough and very well maintained, you can also on the garden say. The breakfast buffet was more than enough. The ... nitty gritty of the hotel counts the beach: not enough beach chairs (very early ' reserved) and one can with the tide not at all swimming, we had to in the afternoon always then to the pool go (also not enough chairs). In the all in all a really good hotel. If one not to high have expectations, you can certainly recommend it. read more

From the moment we arrived the staff imediately are at your side, the hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff did a fabulous job daily. Theres door man, a money exchange booth, taxi service 24 hours, computer room, lobby shop, rest rooms on reception level (ground floor). Breakfast was included, and to be honest my favorite part or the day. The biggest a ray of food at the buffet you've ever seen, and alll delicious!!! Theres alot of guests from all different parts of the world, the people i interacted with were all lovely. This hotel is great for ... a family holiday, younger people are better off to stay closer to Kuta as the night life is ragging there! read more

    I shared a room with my sister, it was big enough for the two of us. We had two single beds and plenty of cupboard space for clothing. Nearly every room has a balcony. We also had an interconecting room with our parents, which was very convinenet for us. Air con works perfectly, bathroom is modern, tv has 100+ chanels, there coffee, tea and jug provided, they also provide you with two bottles of water daily. This was really great considering you cant use any tap water at all. So we sat these bottles of water with our tooth brushes!

    Hotel staff were great, very lovely poeple, taxi service at the hotel was more expensive I would recommend you walk out side a grab a taxi. Room cleaning was good. Theres a doctor on call 24 hours, laundry service available daily.

    From the moment we arrived the staff imediately are at your side, the hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff did a fabulous job daily. Theres door man, a money exchange booth, taxi service 24 hours, computer room, lobby shop, rest rooms on reception level (ground floor). Breakfast was included, and to be honest my favorite part or the day. The biggest a ray of food at the buffet you've ever seen, and alll delicious!!! Theres alot of guests from all different parts of the world, the people i interacted with were all lovely. This hotel is great for a family holiday, younger people are better off to stay closer to Kuta as the night life is ragging there!

    The hotel grounds are quite large but every where very accessable, 4 restaurants and a couple of bars, tennis court, 2 massive pools witha swim up bar. Beach is literally at your feet, right next to the pools, with plenty of lounge chairs at both the pool and the beach. Mini marts, restaurants, stores, bars, massage salons everything is right out side the resort. Its a half hour taxi to Kuta, which is roughly $7 and every second car is a taxi so its extremely easy to get around!

To recommendation the travel agency, in-depth research on the internet and the stated here urlauberbewertungen convinced us to book this hotel. Unfortunately have our expectations not met. 2 weeks the same breakfast. The beach is only sporadically cleaned, although each night enough trash washes ( amongst others glass; spray etc.) Our room in the wet area moldy and poorly finished. Electrical behind bedside table was completely open (without covering) no plug in the bathroom for shavers. The tiles the pool area very often torn ( risk of injury) everything was poorly repaired. Chairs are also not more highly. In ... the 2. Week was to sleep impossible, because around our room at crews of different airlines rented was. That means the come and go at any conceivable time. ( bad ) three stars are ok, but not 4! Is not comparable with the puri santrian or Hyatt next door for the same price! read more

Breakfast buffet very good and varied. If you however a bit for example in the afternoon by the pool order it is very expensive sometimes more expensive as in Europa. For 2 milkshakes 108,00 Rupiah the are circa 9 Euro. In the hotel are the prices very expensive. However the hygiene is very good and the employees are also very friendly. We have the first 3 days after our arrival at the Royal Beja Palace spent. 3.5 stars are almost bit an understatement. The hotel and the whole complex is super well-kept and for cleanliness great value. Our room was really huge, exactly like our balcony and the bathroom. It would cleaned daily and fresh towels there was also. Information of our travel guide have we immediately received. The pool is nice and big, loungers and towels are sufficiently available and to the sea it is only 50 meters. The breakfast buffet was more than enough. 100 meters long you ... had the selection of all delicacies. Check in and check out was excellent. Shops, restaurants, massage and much more is within 2 minutes to reach everything and recommendable. read more

    We had a superior room in garuda wing with garden view. The room was big enough, the furniture was however already a bit shabby. Shelf space are sufficiently available, should be cleaned. The balcony furniture was rusty. The largest problem is however the bathroom. The shower cabin is not enough, after showering the small bath underwater. Here in particular would be a more thorough cleaning, the wall tiles on washbasin, before our arrival have been necessary. Unfortunately the wall tiles and the counters would be our stay not cleaned. Unfortunately the hotel is badly soundproofed, we had a room quite at the start of the corridor and are often of rolling suitcases woken up.

    We only booked with breakfast. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant by the pool offered and leaves nothing to the imagination. The offer ranges from muesli with bacon and beans, spring rolls, omelets, bread, cakes, fruit... Also the prices in the hotel bars beach chairs on the local prices.

    The complete hotel staff was friendly and helpful. With the cleaning of the rooms we were not satisfied. It was cleaned daily, really it was clean nevertheless not. In particular the shelf space in the bathroom and the mirror were not cleaned. At our arrival worked air ventilation in the bathroom not, on the next day was the problem cared for. In the hotel complex constantly cleaned, also at the beach is regularly the alluvial seaweed away.

    There is no animation. At the beach there are numerous water haven offers. The chairs and screens at beach and pool are free of charge. The loungers at the beach are, exactly like the editions, already getting old, fulfilled but still its purpose. The use the toilets by the pool we can't recommend. On Bali there was high and low tide. Also at high tide the water is only hip-high. If you at low tide in the watt strolls, you need because of the ashore seaweed bathing shoe. The hotel offers free internet access, the even at the beach works.
