Very clean held resort, room and bathroom extremely spacious, short distances. Over 90% russian guests, but not negative anything else. Wireless internet in the room for one week 47,- Euro (quite expensive). read more

    The main restaurant offers wide choice near breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals of high quality and very tasty. Drinks were always promptest and you had to really never wait. There was always enough seats in the restaurant. Further at the beach a mexican and italian restaurant, but we only the latter austesteten and from the kitchen definitely not loved. Also the atmosphere seemed rather cool.

    The friendliness the egyptian staff is hardly to exceed. One does not find in any other holiday destination, that one everywhere so preferred and treated friendly, (even without giving any tip). Room cleaning worked perfectly, complaints (our refrigerator didn't work) were immediately taken care of. Minibar was filled with soft drinks and water and was free.

    Animation we did not use it. Pool well heated (25 °c) and very nice laid out. Always enough chairs and umbrellas to choose from. Unfortunately gives it from me for the beach a bad review. Very nice laid out, with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. You want in the sea baden, the huge disappointment. Until one knee in the water is, you have hundreds of metres above dead corals and stones into the sea wade (without bathing shoes impossible). A shame, shame for this actually very nice beach! A jetty needed to be built, otherwise frightened off therefore all the guests. Many were disappointed and angry.

Our week was unfortunately somewhat too cool, but nevertheless we could very much undertake and recover. The complete staff are always friendly and helpful. Soft animation is the right word, not too obtrusive, but nicely asked, whether the beach games participate want. I have a lot of them, because the weather not so after swimming was. I am neither a disco a supermarket retired, so what did you in Germany enough! I don't need or at the hotel, but i am already over 20! For my sister and me, it was a relaxing vacation, we were sad, that we no ... longer had booked! 1 week is too short! With 2 kilogram more on the body we flew back, which speaks for the great -kitchen! read more

We stayed for 2 weeks over christmas to this hotel. We really enjoyed it. All were extremely friendly and attentive, and it was constantly deseamed and wiped. The food is also varied and tasty been. We have the cheffkoch (german) met, a very pleasant and friendly. His name is Ingo, we often spoke with him, he has us even the kitchen shown (very clean). The beach promenade was very nice, definitely walking (also until the end) with bicycle or also on foot. There is lots to see. We have made a trip, swim with the dolphins. It was also a ... great day been. The organisers are both german, Petra and Ralf and are great mood. The have their own internet side possibility and friends. De, as one can also directly log on. The hotel is not a 5 star standard. Cleanliness the room was very poor (blood stain at the bettumrandun, dirty curtains and very dusty). The food was actually good, but not diverse. The tables in the restaurant and on the terrace were not cleaned after every guest. There lots of russian guests in the hotel are, the manners (table manners, clothes) much to be desired. read more

Anyone who stays here will have one of the best hotel experiences they will ever have.The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are to die for. ALL staff are so friendly and they cannot do enough for you to make sure your stay is first class The pools are very clean and have loads of sunbeds,so no need to reserve with towels at sunrise!! The beach is stunning,clean and again loads of sunbeds Wish we didnt have to leave after the week but all good things must end See you all again without question read more

Even under Egyptian proportions the hotel is far away of 5 stars, the food is below average. On the few main courses in the evening you already know, the leftovers to appetizer of the next day be used. The cocktails are cold and poor quality juices manufactured. The offer is clearly guests from Eastern Europe, a Western European claim the hotel do not do it justice. On the volleyball games the majority of the guests only once, afterwards you must take your wounds for the rest of the vacation clean, the field is lined with sharp rocks and Korallenresten. The hotel is as new, very nice and tidy. There is a large pool area with enough chairs, there for our stay the hotel but only up to 40% full, I would like to not imagine how large rush is if it is full. The rooms are big and clean, however are already after 10 months the first flaws in the bathroom noticeable, pronounced joint grout crumbles and rust is obvious. The bathrooms are with a bath tub equipped where surprisingly the plastikbezug the handles without distance mitangeschraubt was. Our door to the bathroom left only with very firm pressure ... close. The rest from the room was actually reasonable, every day it was properly cleaned, and the beds were always made with fresh sheets. A very large problem is however the clairaudience of the hotel. You can hear everything! As we know are early risers on vacation there, the background noise already early in the morning, quite apart from the fact that daily between 9 and half ten the entertainment music starts and not straight in a discreet volume. At the sea there are unfortunately no jetty, but what we already knew, that only what however irritated was, that the hotel on your facebook page indicates, the jetty is' under construction '?! What we in this connection in experience managed to bring is, that they had only recently approved the jetty to build, and the construction is expected to in November 2012 is. Now about the guest structure, the hotel guests were to 80% russians, accordingly nearly all the activity staff also, and it was everything from the animation team announced was first Russian said, then in English, German. If that wasn't bad, if not sometime not any more has translated. The waiters and the staff in general were very accommodating and always friendly. Irritating was furthermore our last day in the hotel. Because we at o'clock picked up, and already around 12 to check out, we wanted the day nevertheless yet by the pool enjoy. A late check out we were offered, with a cost of 50 $or we may a room the showers and move have. Since we had planned our room to use was enough for us the possibility to shower the in the spa area was. The staff this spa department knew however apparently nothing that this is possible.     A culinary shock! There is a main restaurant with a constantly repeated, however visually appealing prepared buffet and 2 à la carte restaurant, for a voucher. There was every evening a topic in the main restaurant ( Italian, mexican, oriental, seafood, french and bbq) but without exception each to 100% wrong was. The food was hardly seasoned, not diverse, the sauces tasted like a finished product. At the Italian evening there for example spaghetti-casserole with todgekochten pasta and a cheese the tasted like nothing. We also much more local dishes expected, or seafood. In the Italian À-la-carte restaurant which subject to a charge was ate we and received the fußili pasta from noon with 3 shrimps and a gooey mango -instant sauce. At our first night was in the main restaurant around 21:15 the weisswein from. How can so what in a five-star hotel happen? A complaint has not commented.

    For those seeking tranquillity is the swimming pool unfortunately not thought, since 9 am. Until o'clock afternoon always music runs, and the entertainment program take place.     The hotel is very much off the beaten track, approximate travel time to Hurghada is about 30 minutes it's not possible a taxi to the hotel to order, since the hotels a private shuttle service offer which of course also the double costs. From Hurghada back to the hotel you can however again with the taxi go.

This hotel is just great, we have here the most beautiful vacation spend. Food was very tasty. Beach great. The staff totally nice. Room large and nice, bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Safe in the room free. Cleanliness great. Bathing shoe please do not forget. read more

The hotel we have to second time, as we have already in December 2011 liked so much. Were from 17-08-2012 until 27-08-2012 in the hotel, had all inclusive, 24 hours booked with (from on vacation), tour operator was bucher-travel. In the hotel itself was much done, there is now a shopping arcade. ( supermarket, pharmacy and so on) shisha bar is now also open, where regularly live music playing. Beach party gives it also. The hotel has a hotel wing open, the other page from the hotel will probably only 2013 open, so we were told. Guests were Mainly from ... Eastern Europe( Georgia, slovakia, Russia) which did not disturb us however. There was always something to laugh about, because it was funny to see how the other nationalities partying. The guests all mutually greeted and were friendly. To our travel time the hotel was fully booked, there were approximately 600 guests there. The hotel is very clean and has a nice hotel. read more

    The room is at the time, December, was a normal double room in the main building we had with a view of the pool. Balcony furnished. Air conditioning. Mini bar included Big enough with beautiful bathroom. Shower and bath tub. The room what we now had, was bigger and with a view of the sea. A dream! There are 6 German program with flat screen available. Mini bar included, bathroom big with glass shower and bath tub. Utensils available like for instance shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. Makeup mirror. The state of the rooms is new and not worn. kingzise bed with great mattresses ( hard) and not through convenient. Kettle with possibilities the preparation of coffee and tea. A large closet with free integrated safe. Wireless internet in the lobby and front desk free of charge.

    The gastronomy is in the hotel very highly written. The quality of the dishes is always freshly prepared. Since we 2 time in the hotel were we knew that, the dishes totally more delicious prepared. Big praise to the chef Ingo.! The really with a lot of love cooks. For me the absolute top it off, the dessert area! hmhmhm delicious! Ingo the chef is very a. We have Ingo once in the lobby bar met on the way to unload the meals, the newly From Cairo met are. And it was at night. The supply shall be at night arrived and the chef has everything in motion. The cargo with all to unload. The hotel has a main restaurant with buffet. What really delicious is. Then there were still 2 a la carte restaurant. ( mexican and Italian) The pizza when the italians is very delicious, in the stone oven baked. Completely fresh prepared, you sit as a guest practically with the preparation for everyone. The mexican we also very good. Guest can speak, whether he would rather sharp, appropriations spicy or not so spicy like. We have ourselves for appropriations sharp decided. The restaurants are on two pfahlen built with water around. Really well laid out. In the water swim plenty of fish.

    Not to forget our treasure mr.. H.( manager) who really always all its guests care. As a guest met mrs. H. Every wish. We feel like at home in this hotel. But also a thanks to mr.. H.! The friendliness in the hotel is very important. We felt very good. Especially the welcome from the hotel team was really great. If you to the hotel came in, get the guest cold wet towels and a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail enough. Then we realized the nice guest relations manager Silke and mr.. George kaiser (office manager) again. We also by the last year in good memory had. The greeting was very friendly. Mr.. George kaiser worried very cared for us. Got a great room with a view of the sea. The view was wonderful. Many thanks to mr.. George kaiser! The staff at the hotel is simply said very much around its guests concerned. We really had a great perfect holiday, with have fun. Not to forget, Ibrahim ( housekeeping) of mostly night shift had. With Ibrahim we had very good and interesting conversation. Ibrahim power job great. It is always very friendly and polite. Thanks also on Ibrahim! We find it important, if you as a guest in the hotel feel welcome, also in the hotel staff to thank.

    In the hotel is also animation offered. Mainly by the pool. Like for instance water aerobics, and so on kids club is also available. At the beach was regularly beach volleyball played. What we found was a good thing is, that the animation team not intrusive. One was asked, if you want to play for example darts or other games. However nobody was importunate. We were always at the beach, because in a country, you should at the beach go. The beach is very beautiful, clean and has a beach bar. Toilets also at the beach. There is a miracle beautiful cleanliness of, the turquoise water has. Unfortunately is no diving platform available. So bathing shoe not forget. Loungers were always sufficiently available. Or four-poster beds and iglos from rattan. There are two showers at the beach. The way into the sea water lagoon is approximately 800 meters. In the lagoon were plenty of fish. The water was clean, you could look at the bottom. The whole hotel is very clean and nicely laid out, with bridges and a massive pool area.

    Tropitel hotel lies so to say directly at the beach. The beach is a jogging path or waterfront syndromal. The distance from the airport was about 45 minutes as sahl hashesh a bit further out of the way. Around the hotel to reach one must only by a private road to drive. The is very long. Shops only in the hotel. As I have already mentioned( supermarket available) apart from that if you booked all inclusive has, and you're supplied. To the nibble you also evenings in the lobby bar ( chips and nuts) get. The staff are anyway great. In the lobby bar especially: sait, Achmet, Ahmed, Mina, Mohamed) A great team! They are always in a good mood and very polite and above all attentive. Thanks to the team from the lobby bar.

Is the 4th time in Hurghada and the Tropitel is the best hotel where we stayed before. Go to the Red Sea in Egypt, we know what 5 star in Egypt but here we have exceeded all expectation. I do not think will ever be the same when opened to full capacity but now I had a great holiday. read more

Away from the commotion, the everyday life escaped, offers the tropitel an oasis of relaxation on the red sea. Right next to the sea located and with two outstanding restaurants ( on piles in the water built ) presented the tropitel than real eye catcher. A stream, the within the complex from the hotel to the pools attracts, completes the optical full picture from, which through the very nice and well-designed room another highlight receive. A very good, varied kitchen completes the whole. Very friendly staff and a management, which know, as it arrives and the guest at any time ... is available, ensure the 'icing on the cake' of cozy feeling. Halli Galli is here wrong, show programs in vain. Live music in the top open Shisha AR with a view of the sea here trendy! All together we are also next year come back. We were 4th times on Egypt in June, but first time in Sahl Hasheesh. This little "city" is very-very nice, there are the luxury hotels. The Tropitel hotel is a new hotel (open in September 2011), and here not too much guests. The staff are wonderful, lovely, friendly, helpful, and they gave me everything, what we wanted. I felt that, the staff are 7 star and not 5. Very much palms and waterfall in the hotel and everything is clean. The rooms are like the "Kings room" very big and modern, the bathroom is same big and there are shower ... and bathtub too. The Restaurants are good, the food are not perfect, sometimes are same, but I hope, this better soon. The animation is very poor, but not too much guests in the hotel, because don't know this. I hope, maybe later, when there are much guests. The sea is nice, but there are very much shell and corals near to the beach. Should be use the shoe. I would like say to the staff a BIG THANK YOU, they are excellent, and they are the heart of the Tropitel. Special thank you Mr. Yousri A. (General Manager in Tropitel), who was very kindly and helpful with me and my family. A very nice and still new hotel, but only to the half occupied (finished only the left wing ) And so the utilization by the pool, beach and to eat still super. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Drawback is the access to the sea. You have to rather far on corals walk to the Can swim. A shame that there was no jetty is. The hotel is unfortunately also very remote, no shops or restaurants nearby. We had almost 2 days no water in the room ( in the entire hotel) supposed to be at the service of ... The hotel has a very nice sandy beach with a private reef in the bay. Unfortunately is the access to the sea very difficult, as the planned pier into the sea loud statements of the staff not yet approved. Thus bedeviled one about: 75 meters on corals into the sea until one once a depth of water for swimming has achieved. That's why bathing shoe compellingly recommendable. For infants not recommendable! Aggravating there are high and low tide to! The pool area is beautifully landscaped, however already many of the kids tiles in the pool. The hotel itself is very ... clean, the rooms are massive and of the staff is constantly friendly and helpful! The food in the main restaurant is well prepared of the 'German chef Ingo'. Therefore I think it is well seasoned and not as I it in the southern countries am used either spicy or bland! The two à la carte restaurant are also recommendable! If you however nothing under the names of the courts could imagine, just after the menus (folders) with the pictures questions! The relieved often a lot:-) In short: Very quiet and relaxing vacation! If you however on the sea happy or evening looks for action must be certainly wait! We in any case are the hotel furthermore watch and are not averse it again to visit! read more

I've been spent one week in Tropitel hotel from 12th till 19th of may 2012. I would like to say thank to staff for amazing hospitality, grate service, european level of service to all staff. We have been spent a great week. This is hotel which was open only in 2011 absolutely new and really correspond a 5 stars)) I would like to admit the professionality of the staff in the restaurant. Each time waiters paid attention of our preferances in drinks and kindly served us. The variety of food is enough to choose and suit on every taste. ... Just grate food - High level - thank to the chief !!!Near the swimming pool you can relax with a fresh coctail mix or fresh juice. The fresh mixed cocktails are the best I have ever tried and especially when you can not to find a fresh mix in France. Hotel is situated in a new area, which is a bit far from the center city of Hurgada, but hotel propose you bus or taxi to get there. The beach is clean and nice. The sea is clean and warm, I was surprised to see the variouse fish in it. In the hotel you can take mask and tube to swim for see the Red sea fish world. We have been taken a boat to make a snorkeling in diving center of the hotel and have been spent a grate day, have seen a lot of different fishes, but also part of them you can find near the hotel too. For finishining I ll just say, the hotel is very calm, nice and friendly without any noise. So I would definitely go back! If you want a relaxing hotel (family, children or coulpe stay) with excellent service then I would certainly recommend this hotel. read more

Very nice and clean hotel to relax. Large pool area, very nice and helpful staff. The food in the hotel was very good and also diverse. Both the Italian, as well as the Mexican are recommendable. Unfortunately speaks in this hotel nobody German, except for some by heart learned words, apart from that the communication only in English (the travel guide). The beach is well taken care of, however one must very far in sea go, until one depth of water for swimming reached, this small minus is however through the great pool area compensated. read more

The hotel is still very new, and it was very nice and clean. The staff are very attentive and really nice! We had all-inclusive and were very satisfied. The sandy beach is simply ravishing beauty, the sea is at this point rather flat. And there were a lot of jellyfish. However therefor it is pool area absolutely beautiful. Our advantage I think was the the hotel was only occupied by half, since the other room not finished yet were. There were but also no construction of the day, what was positive! Options for shopping outside of the hotel there is ... not yet, was developing. But a week for relaxing as a beach holiday can only be recommended. One more thing, if you like a ship offered amongst others to the snorkeling and on an island called paradise Islande. Let it, is rubbish from the ship to the nightmare Island-)! read more
