The hotel is directly at the beautiful sandy beach. There are enough chairs on the beach or by the pool; if the there discarded towels away ☺ The pool was always clean and is enormous ; our room was also absolutely okay. As well as the food. It was always something there for everyone and the staff has always tried hard. Who for this price complained, should it more expensive book. So we have booked at home not a choice every day. We liked it. read more

We were very disappointed from the this hotel, very unfriendly, meals were partly not enjoyable. The rooms are very shabby. We had to the room three times change, in every room was mold and dirt. For us it was the worst vacation. Unfortunately for the time! read more

The hotel is surrounded by a large, very nicely laid out garden area. Everything is like a small village with a few shopping possibilities.     We had booked a junior suite and were satisfied with it. The size the only it was perfect, the condition was alright. It has everything worked perfectly, air conditioning, mini-bar, jacuzzi. There was also a coffee maker, which we didn't use it. But we have to say the the room next door a door (it was locked, but no idea why they are there) and you almost every word could hear.

    There are 8 restaurants in the property. We were 1 times in the italian restaurant, however, we were the food not convinced. Then we were each evening at the buffet, there was every day another theme nights. The food here was delicious, you had a wide choice. For breakfast the selection was also good. And every day of course there was always so many fresh fruits! In the afternoon you could eat in the snack bar at the beach, there was but unfortunately always the same food... Only Hot Dog, burgers, fries and salad.

    The friendliness of the staff must be stressed. Even without giving any tip were all very attentive and very pleasant! It was always a lot of laughs, dancing and singing. On arrival it rained, and the first room in which we arrived was totally underwater. The bell boy then reacted immediately, from the phone right the front desk called and then in a new room brought. We were thrilled the everything worked well! In the hotel almost only spanish & english spoken. Now and then a word of german. The cleaning of the rooms was fine, the mini bar was every day with water, Cola, Cola Light, Fanta, Sprite and beer filled up. Very annoying, however, are the schmuckverkäufer, the from and to their stalls of the lobby, by the pool, the restaurant etc. Build. They are really very pushy...

    The pool always a very clean impression. We could every morning watch how he cleaned. The pool bar looked ok from, we however not used. The beach is served each morning from the sea-grass cleaned. Chairs were also always! The beach was also very nice - like in paradise:-)

    The distance to the airport is approximately 30 minutes. For excursions is the location also ideal, to bayahibe about 45 minutes drive, after higüey about 50 minutes. From our room we had 2 minutes on foot to the beach.

Cleaning is a foreign word, the constant noise disturbance (animation ) by the pool ( children's pool) nerve slaying, rooms tiny and really shabby, kids had after first night wanzenbisse on the whole body. Food buffet was great, staff very friendly especially to children, beach was great but extremely busy sea, toddlers unsuitable ;-( no excursion possibilities with small children (9 months) Never deserves 5 *, but three stars. ;-) read more

We stayed over christmas 2012 in the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, it was really a outstandingly beautiful holiday. The hotel and the whole area is clean, very near to the beach located, the buffet is varied and there is something for everyone there. The complex is well structured, the big buffet-style restaurant, front desk, pools etc. From nearly all rooms can be reached quickly and easily. The casino we only twice just to the pastime use it, the small bimmelbahn, however, on several occasions (see drives the whole day always the same round on the complex and is ideal for ... all 3 hotel complexes to explore). The toilet and the shower unfortunately very small held, as a comparison but there is a large hot tub in the room, the it makes up for a little bit. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always to späs presented, the created a very pleasant atmosphere and you feel immediately. All in all definitely again. read more

The hotel complex is a green oasis. Large and well-kept. You can in every restaurant the hotel eat. In the lobby there is free wi-fi. The guest structure are predominantly russians, then the spanish and americans and a small part were germans and austrians. There the complex very big is, there is a train in 25 minutes.     The animation at the pool was very loud. That is why we are in the afternoon always on the sea. That was simply magnificent, high waves great sand and palm trees. Only the loungers may partially be restored, since these are very worn and you back pain gets. The pool was large, but also were missing here in the field of water aerobics many tiles. Here my daughter also injured. The pool bar has already gotten a bit old, everything was rusty but the service was kind. There were showers at the pool, the worked perfectly.

We were already 8 times in Dominican Republic. And we would say ' standard in Dominican Republic. Nothing special to point out.'. Breakfast is normal insufficient no scrambled egg, only a chef for omelets roasts must. To the other restaurants the paths are a bit far. The train by the complex drives needs really long and accordingly you have to wait. The rooms are beautiful and partly renovated! Few showers at the beach and if since then broken! The bars are all ok! We now have approximately 1 week here are overall content but already some times better met ... therefore we would not book this hotel again. Are the 1'. Stomach intestinal flu knew we before also not! Excursions: we are diving here. But privately someone posted the Germany comes. read more

The hotel is a complex in size a village. The area is wonderful, green, varied, has lots of different corners. It is everything with love and much trouble well maintained and very clean kept. The all inclusive program is a real all inclusive with 24 hours all around package. There are 3 large buffet-restaurants with daily changing offer countries themes. At lunch you could also either what snacks or in a restaurant go. The evening are still 9 à la carte restaurant available where for every, really every was anything, that his taste meeting is. The staff is always friendly ... and tries its wishes from the eyes. read more

    The rooms, I had a jr. Suite. She was great, large and comfortably furnished. The furnishing itself did not realistic wishes open. Of course, like you always a 60' flat and bezahlfernsehn in all languages around otherwise. The is however utopian. We had 2 tv a with the sofa and the bathtub and the other at the bed. The was perfect, television and jacuzzi bath tub are. Great experience! The mini bar was every day filled and was in the all inclusive included!

    The service left nothing to be desired. The room was every day fully and properly cleaned and prepared. The towels have been lovingly to figures and decorated with fresh flowers decorated. Was already 3 times in this complex, it has over the years to positive developed. It is constantly attached and renovated. You have to remember where you vacation power-standard but completely reasonable and sufficient For a relaxing Karibik vacation. Our rooms were not the newest but functional and clean. The quality and variety of the food and drinks was again super. Especially are all 3 hotels fully Usable, I think that especially great at this complex. Before a new guest the room refers should be a check-up to be made! Also country category 5 star Safe did not work, air conditioning dripped from the ceiling, jacuzzi in the room was not, the shower was every time a flood in the bathroom and the maps for the room action from time to time their service not. It took 1 week until the increased complaints improved so much for the first' week of vacation'. read more

Great hotels with correct Karibik-feeling. Room, beach pool simply nicer, only, due to the size the 3 hotels very long ways to the various facilities for disabled guests. Regular 'service', as well as and Holdienst with small vehicles could this shortcoming a bit draining. In short: whoever is looking for rest and relaxation, you can leave all stress behind. read more

Since we had already had 2006 our honeymoon in this hotel spent and we also last year in a palladium hotel in Mexico 'vacation' and both vacation really beautiful was, we decided this year but, our holidays reviewed in Grand Palladium Punta Cana to spend. Per: still a wonderful green area, which always of industrious gardeners maintained. Cons: you can tell, that the hotel has gotten old, that didn't bother us any further however. We were amazed there, that our vacation opposite 2006 to 150 Euro per person less cost, what we shortly after our arrival promptly the' explanation' got. ... In our opinion was here clear the costs saved (more for the waiters). The guest structure has also the down side developed what we for example the drinking to excess can be seen some guests fasten; this was 2006 and in Mexico not the case, or we had at this time simply lucky. The restaurant and the lobby the gppc were the whole two weeks of our vacation because renovation works closed and we had to the facilities of the palace use-which for us was however not further bad. read more

    The service has in some areas unfortunately very neglected. I do not want the complete staff judge negatively, as it is also very many hard-working, friendly and able assisting returns; a really big part of the staff should in the service area urgently training. Per: the rooms were always tip top cleaned, sometimes our pool or bedroom with flowers which was very nice and now and then there was a towel and so did we have a from, which was not that bad. Also the waiters in the restaurants and the bars was often polite and friendly. The dishes were always cleared immediately and the beverages were in a flash brought, really great. Many employees were also to a chat and were pleased, if wiedersahen. Tip gladly and is for us a matter of course. We were even a towel at the beach stolen, a service staff took care of it immediately that, and worried we have a new towel card, it has prevented that we 15 $had to pay, what we really found very nice. Again and again great live music in the lobbies. Also the music the three musicians, which restaurant to restaurant drag make their thing really very nice and for the food for caribbean mood. Cons: We know the dominicans as friendly and good tempered people, but we had to unfortunately often experience, that the employees bad mood and quite unfriendly areas and the, although we this really smiling and friendly gegenübertraten, which we were very offputting.     Per: the location of the hotel is in our opinion the best of all three hotels within the complex. This therefore, because the gppc from three buildings, all of which directly at the beach are.
